Looking for that warm and fuzzy cuddling buddy for a cool fall night? Come on over to make your own stuffed animal! Guys, why don't you make your girls that special snuggly bear?
As you make your way over to the build a stuffed animal station, you will find many different stuffing-less animals on the tables. Choose a teddy bear, an elephant, a hippogriff, or even a unicorn. Then make your way to the stuffing side. In this section, you can hand-stuff your animal with stuffing, hippogriff feathers, or owl feathers. Don't worry; they are all clean and ready for your happy stuffing needs. Once the stuffing is done, do a simple resarcio to sew your animal.
If you feel like getting extra creative, there are a stack of plates so you can transfigure shoes for your cute little snuggle buddy. There are also rubbish bags to transfigure clothes.
Have fun and enjoy!
OOC: RP your charries coming over and building a stuffed animal for themselves or for someone else. All materials automatically refill if they start getting low and there is nothing that would cause any injuries, so have fun building a cute animal. Your lovable student leaders would love to interact and are standing by if you need anything.
Anya nodded. "Yup. I'll show them to you." Because it was totally normal for a 17 and 18 year old girl to go to a Stuffed Animal Shoppe together to make gifts for each other. And no, she wasn't being sarcastic. It was actually a normal girl bonding experience.
Anya grabbed a unicorn and headed to the stuffing station. Stuffffff. StuffStuff. Stufffff.
"Are we going to name them after each other?"
"yes you have to!" she said following the girl to the stuffing station and grabbing a handful. It wasnt very often you came across a girl with muggle blood running through her veins without an ounce of muggle knowledge, but in Arianas case well thats what you got.
She knew nothing anf her past few years she did a lot of muggle firsts with her friends things her parents never let her do, like go to a fair or a normal sleepover or go shopping at a muggle mall. Shhe liked shopping..."we should!" name them after each other that is.. since they were their twinsies or something..

Adelaide was so focused in on stuffing her unicorn, having the head pretty much done, to even notice that someone else had come right next to her. It wasn't that big of a deal. It wasn't like they were going to talk to her anyways.
But then she heard a familiar voice. Addi looked up to see Sarah, the girl who'd claimed her as cousin on the train. She began smiling immediately. She didn't mind the random claiming one bit. It was nice to have a family, even if it wasn't real...as far as she knew that is.
She blushed slightly at the question. "Hey couz. Um...myself." Was that weird? Adelaide didn't think she was too old for stuffed animals, but maybe others thought she was.

Cos THAT part was cool.
"Ohhhh, I dunno... don't mind." His eyes darted around the place. "The puppy ones... are kinda cu-ool." Cool, not cute.

While the other activities were loads of fun, the one thing Claudette was most looking forward to was making her own stuffed animal. Maybe it was silly for a sixteen year old to want to make one, but she didn't care.. she wanted a unicorn, preferably a sparkly one.
And this attraction seemed like a popular one, she noticed as there were quite a few people lined up, waiting to make a stuffy. A couple Ravenclaw girls she knew a bit and she threw a smile in their direction, though they seemed a bit preoccupied. Biting her lip, she looked around to see what she should do next.. get in line.. or where did the line begin? Or maybe she should just grab one of those plush animals. The blonde looked to the front, trying to determine who was in charge.. maybe one of them could point her in the right direction.

Israel nodded, "Nice to meet you." More students were pouring into the area. Seemed everyone like stuffed animals. Israel wasn't sure which one she wanted. She wasn't really a bear person. No matter the color. "I have no clue what to do. I was hoping you knew more than I did." She giggled.
The giggle made her blush. Israel never thought of herself as a giggler, certainly not a blusher. She didn't know any black girls that blushed.
She looked up as Brodie spoke to a new girl. She gave the girl a smile and a wave. "Hullo." she offered.

Oh, she liked this kid. They were going to be best friends. Ariel could FEEL it.
The girl nodded. She giggled as the little boy opened his eyes wide for her. He looked more silly than he did scary. "The eyes are pretty scary," she admitted, stuffing the last handful of fluff into her unicorns belly. "But I think the claws are the worst. Their wings are pretty cool though!"
"No way!" Ariel shot back. "Unicorns can be really stand-offish since they're scared of people. Though I guess they do prefer girls to guys. So I suppose they are more girly creatures." She thought about it for a moment more. "It's only because they like girls better than guys though!" Come to think of it, thestrals were pretty cool too, but again with the horse features. Ack.
Hehe, unicorn girl... Ariel kind of liked that. "Ariel Bride," she said with a grin. "I'm a fourth year Slytherin, but I transferred this year from Beauxbatons. It's nice to meet you, Adi the hippogriff boy!" she said with a wink. Hippogriff boy and unicorn girl-- she could live with that. "What year are you?"
Putting the finishing bits of stuffing into her unicorn, Ariel pulled her wand out from the pocket in her pajama pants. "Resarcio!" she whispered, giving a flick at the seam of her plush toy. And just like that he was good to go! Maybe she'd transfigure him an outfit as well. And she'd probably need to help Adi too, just in case the boy wasn't learned in his spells yet.

Awarlesta had just finished sewing the last bit of her unicorn when she heard someone belt out her name. She jumped a little and went into a ninja pose before realizing it was just Alec.
"Alec-Bear!!" She responded, opening her arms wide for a hug. Regular routine of their friendship, but something was off today. His usual grin was bright and inviting. His hair was utterly perfect and...flowy. Everything seemed super nice about him.

Ooooh! STUFFED ANIMALS! Dylan totally wanted to make one...so he could like, snuggle it all the time.

Melanie was busy trying to decide what animal she was going to be stuffing and giving to Landon when she felt someone bump into her. Turning around, she saw the ickle little firstie. And oh hi there hug. Hugging Dylan back, she ruffled his hair. "Hey there Dylan," she said with a laugh, pulling away. Awwwh... firsties were so cute. Melanie wanted to keep them all. "I don't know yet. I think I'll make Ray here a friend and give him or her to Landon," she said, gesturing to her stuffed animal. She watched the younger boy grab a thing though. What did you call a stuffed animal before it was stuffed? Melanie wasn't too sure. "Are you making a dragon?" she asked, amused.
Dragons. Fierce creatures made to look like cute cuddly things. Not that Melanie was complaining. She'd pick a stuffed dragon over a real dragon any day.

"Claws are scary too,'' Adi agreed. "I would love to take a ride on a Hippogriff someday, though! Have you ever done that? Or with any other creature?'' But hippogriffs seemed the best. Such intelligent creatures they were.
"I don't know that much about Unicorns except they've got silver blood and they like girls better than guys,'' the firstie admitted. Then again, he didn't know much about magical creatures. But that would change soon! He could hardly wait for Care of Magical Creatures to begin!
"Nice to meet you, Ariel the Unicorn Girl!'' he grinned. Adi liked her and somehow knew they were gonna be really good friends. He added the last of the stuffing to his now very plump hippogriff. "I'm a Hufflepuff firstie.'' Hufflepuff the best House ever! Hehe.
"Oh! That's so cool! I was wondering how I'd get him all whole. I thought I'd have to sew him up or something.'' Because he didn't know that spell as yet. "Can you please do the same for mine?'' Adi asked hopefully. "Have you thought of a name yet for him?'' And on second thought he added ''Or her?''

Wade stood by waiting to see what Beezus needed. He blinked, as she seemed a little cold. "..You okay?" He felt a little bad now, since he didn't have anything on him to lend her so she wouldn't be as cold. His onesie was nice a toasty and, well, he didn't bring a blanket with him. Maybe he could try summoning one? She also still seemed unsure on what to do.. hmm. His brows furrowed. Maybe now would be best to make something now, "Well, how's a nice stuffed eagle sound?" He didn't wait before turning to pick up the fake stuffed eagle skin. He stuffed some of the feathers in before looking back at her and oh, she had another girl by her side now.
While Wade was with Nash and Alec, he noticed another girl join them. Ah.. He couldn't help but glance at Nash before back at Tay. He laughed a little when she did her typical greeting, "Hey there, Tay" Rocking the tiger look? Wade curved his hand in a clawing motion before making a purrrring noise. Now laughing again, "Thanks, your outfit's pretty cool looking." It really was to Wade. There were little waves at the end of the leggings, almost like a blue mermaid..Hmm? Which animal? He looked towards Nash, before shrugging. "I love hippogriffs, myself, but not many unicorns are being made." Hopefully that helped give her some idea on what to make.

She had decided to go back inside the castle later and get something to cover herself with when the night drawls on so really, it was all okay. She grinned at him....and his onesie. Minerva mentioned that most of the Hufflepuff Quidditch Team members got their onesies from him. Maybe she could ask for one? ...But nah, that would be awkward. Naaahh.
Nah, what? Beezus couldn't help but raise an eyebrow. Stuffed eagle? And he was already there, grabbing feathers. She chuckled. "Wait, wait. Are you helping me out? Make a stuffed animal, I mean. And an eagle? ....Because I'm a Ravenclaw, huh?" Questions, questions. She had those. Answers please so the brunette wouldn't go around all senseless.

He looked at her, the last he'd seen her was when he'd fallen and nearly drowned in the lake so yeah... He probably seemed like a complete idiot. Lucky him.

The giggle made her blush. Israel never thought of herself as a giggler, certainly not a blusher. She didn't know any black girls that blushed.

Claudette craned her neck a bit, trying to view the table of supplies, and was about to walk in that direction, when a voice at her side made her turn. "Oh.." She smiled at the sight of the Hufflepuff boy talking to a girl. "Hi, Brodie." She must not have seen him when she walked over.. either that or he had just gotten there after her. It was starting to get a bit dark though, so she wasn't being very quick with recognizing people. "I'm doing alright.. you?" She glanced back at the table full of unstuffed toys. Were the unicorns all gone? She noticed a few girls magically stitching them closed and wondered if they got the last of them. Then she turned back and noticed the girl standing next to him as she waved. "Hello," she said, giving the girl a friendly smile. "I'm Claudette.." She wasn't sure she had seen the girl before, but she was new so that was likely.
"So are you two here to make stuffed animals?" she asked the pair, looking between them. Or perhaps Brodie was making one for the girl? Boys generally made them for girls, or at least it had been her own personal experience.. but perhaps she was reading too much into it. She internally giggled at the thought. "I was hoping to make a unicorn, but I don't see any.. I hope they've not run out.." She looked back at the table hopefully, then spotted an older boy (Wade) who looked to be in charge of this activity. "Um.. excuse me.." Biting her lip, Claudette waved to get the boy's attention, not sure if they needed permission or what to start. "What do we do first? Just pick one out..?" She looked over to the table again, hoping there was at least one sparkly unicorn left.

"If you say so," Though of course Wade still wondered how Beezus was going to be completely comfortable. He didn't like seeing anyone look so cold, "You should go make some s'mores if it gets too much." Yeah, nothing like a tastey warm snack and the fire to warm one up.. Hmm.. he noticed the eyebrow raise once he turned back around, shrugging "Sure, nothing like a little house pride in case you didn't know what to make." See, and he had already finished in between her unsureness, as he held the stuffed eagle out while beaming. "You like?" and she could keep it, otherwise, well.. someone will pick it up from the table sooner or later if he left it. Heh.
..Hm? Wade turned his head to see Claudette. "Oh, hey there," he smiled remembering her sharing the compartment with Indy and Min on the train. She also had Brodie and hmm, a Slytherin girl he didn't recognize with her. Aw, and they needed help. He nodded "Oh.. yeah, you just take one of the animal skins.. they're not real, don't worry." He smiled sheepishly, hmm perfect time indeed to make Indy's now.
He took one of the stuffed bear skins, it was so fluffy feeling. "Then some stuffing." He furrowed his brows at the hippogriff feathers, instead taking the regular stuffing, putting it in. "When it's full enough, you just sew it with." Then he drew his wand out, and aimed at the open slits in the skin, "Resarcio" Closing it back up. "How's that sound?" Were they good? Hopefully they weren't too confused now.

S'mores! Great idea. "Yeah, I'll do that. Later..." Because she just had some of the treat and moreover, she would need to find some of it that didn't have chocolates. Allergies, you know.
Look at how fast he worked though. It was just very appropriate that he was one of the people manning this place then. He knew what he was doing. He already got around and filled her stuffed eagle! "Holy snitch. How did you do it so fast?" She chuckled, stepping over to where he was. "I like it, yeah. And I should add some nifty little things on it afterwards, right?" She was looking at those additional decorations now.
Adelaide was so focused in on stuffing her unicorn, having the head pretty much done, to even notice that someone else had come right next to her. It wasn't that big of a deal. It wasn't like they were going to talk to her anyways.
But then she heard a familiar voice. Addi looked up to see Sarah, the girl who'd claimed her as cousin on the train. She began smiling immediately. She didn't mind the random claiming one bit. It was nice to have a family, even if it wasn't real...as far as she knew that is.
She blushed slightly at the question. "Hey couz. Um...myself." Was that weird? Adelaide didn't think she was too old for stuffed animals, but maybe others thought she was.
"That is awesome! My mother is always telling me to throw out my stuffed toys that are at the foot of my bed... collecting dust and things, so I guess if I brought another one home she would not be too please... I was thinking of making another unicorn later for Tag, y'know he has an obsession with unicorns. That would go with the unicorn slippers I ordered for his birthday. My mom is owling them to me in December, giving ample time for the order to arrive at Edwoods." Sarah said as she worked on stufffing the other legs. "So... how has school been? Better or worse then expected? Are you alright with the material? It is pretty brave of you to come OWL year" She said as she began moving to the body of it. She was a fast worker, so she was nearly done

Ariel shook her head. "No. I mean, I rode a horse once when I was young, but that ended badly." The girl shuddered at the thought. NO, she would not care to break her arm again. "I haven't tried to ride an animal since then."
"Unicorns are pretty fascinating," she admitted, "but they're so mysterious. It's hard to find much of anything about them." D'AAAAAWW, the little one needed her help sewing up his hippogriff Ariel grinned. "Sure," she said. Running her wand down the seam of his toy, she flicked her wrist and muttered resarcio under her breath.

The girl shook her head. "It's a boy," she declared knowingly, "but I'm not sure what to name him just yet. Do you have any ideas?" she asked.

Sarah made finishing touches to her unicorn, feeling up the actual body, "that great to hear. If you ever need help, just ask me. I learn better with a partner" she explained. "I wish I wore like that, I just am anxious, tending to prepare ahead of time and all"
She now had finished stuffing her unicorn.. onto the spell

"What happened?'' Well, he guessed she fell off but did she break anything? That would be a pity. That one experience ruining her total outlook on other horsey creatures. "I've never ridden any animal,'' Adi added. "Next time we'll go together and try a horse again.'' He grinned. "And you won't fall this time.''
Adi watched in total fascination as Ariel repeated the spell to sew up his hippogriff. The wonders of magic! "Thankyousomuch, Ariel!'' he said happily taking his toy back and giving it a squishy hug. It was so soft and plump!
"Mine is a dude too. But I haven't the faintest idea about names.'' There were so many! How did one know which was the right name?
