The train arrived in a few. Long and loud, fuming at the front, the train pulled into the platform. She was the first one in. Amara got into one of the middle cars and motioned to Zyanya. She pushed the door of a compartment, settled Rush on the seat and slumped next to him.

"Mhmm" The seats were comfy. I like comfy. She looked through the window as the other students clambered in.

Hogwarts, here I come.

Natasha walked along the corridor, trying to decided on a place to sit. The train was still mostly empty. It should have been easy with so many places open. Just as she was passing the one compartment, she saw Amara and her sister in one of the compartments.

"Is it okay if I sit in here?" She asked

The doors has been opened and Aphrodite had finished saying goodbye to Father and Mother, it's time to enter the Hogwarts Express. Finally! After waiting so many years, she was jealous of her Brothers climb into the Hogwarts Express and went to Hogwarts and begin their school year. Now, it was her turn and she was very happy. She met with a few other students who hopefully will be her friends later. After parting with Aidan, Alex, Leo and Theo that was already go their own compartment with their own friends, Aphrodite carrying little Iris looking for empty compartment. There she saw, Amara! The little girl she met at King's Cross Station and peered directly into the compartment and said, "Excuse me, can I sit here?"

Amara was whistling slowly when the two girls entered, almost one behind the other. She cast a look at Zyanya before turning to them. "Oh make yourself home" she said, pointing at the seats. There were enough place for all the them. And she really didn't mind those two, infact they were nice. Natasha in her own unique way and Fro, for she was bubbly and nice.

She doubted if the two girls knew each other. Introductions are in order. "Hey Natasha, this is Fro. I mean, Aphrodite" she said, motioning towards Fro. "And Fro, Natasha" TADA!

She did that swish kind of thing. Cross hands? Swishy? No? Definitely NO!

"Oh, come in and sit down, you two" she said, smiling. "And don't mind Rush, he is just having his nap" she said. Some people felt awkward around black cats. Hmmmm.

Aphrodite nearly collided with a young girl who also wants to enter the same compartment. The little girl was likely to have the same age with her. Still holding Iris, she entered the compartment and sat down in the chair across Amara and Zyanya and smiled at the little girl. When Amara introduce that little girl named Natasha, she reached out to her and said, "Hello Natasha! My name is Aphrodite. Pleased to meet and get acquainted with you!"

Laura was walking along the corridor when she suddenly saw Aphrodite, she stuck her head into the compartment. "Everything alright Aphrodite?" Laura smiled as she looked at the other girls who were in the compartment, she hoped that they wouldn't mind her interrupting but ever since Aphrodite had bumped into her, Laura wanted to make sure that the younger girl was alright.

Laura stood in the doorway not knowing if they would mind her sitting with them or if they would want to talk about the excitement of Hogwarts, they all looked like first year, it totally reminded Laura of her first train ride to Hogwarts she totally couldn't sit still or anything and now here she was starting her fifth year and at the end of the year she would be doing her OWLS which was annoying her but they had to come around eventually and this was her turn.

Laura had sort of gone into a daydream there and giggled when she realized. "Sorry about that I just got thinking." Laura smiled and then decided to introduce herself to the others. "I'm Laura Hope Hyde, Fou..." Laura stopped. "I mean I'm Laura Hope Hyde, Fifth Year, Hufflepuff." Laura would never be used to this. "If you ever need anything just come and find me and I'll try and help." Laura was going to be nice this term.

Good she opened up first. Amara nodded as Fro sat across her and addressed Natasha. The girl did seem a bit shy by what she understood from their first meet. She noticed the little bundle Fro carried.

OH, White bundle.

White cat? Really? She glanced at Amara and grimaced.

"You're cat?" she asked. Obviously. "What do you call it?" Something pretty, again?

Another older student. She was getting pretty miffed with older students. She sighed as the girl peeped in and addressed Fro. But this one did look pleasant and nice. She smiled as the girl introduced herself to the firstie crowd.

Laura. Hufflepuff.

She nodded. "Nice name" she said, grinned. "I'm Amara Kaul" And was she going to be standing there all along?

"Won't you come in?" she asked. People generally didn't like spending their opening Hogwarts trip with firsties, did they?

Aphrodite turned towards Amara who asked about her beloved cat, "Her name is Iris," she said with a smile, "this is from Aidan and Alex," she added. "Looks like you also have a pet cat, what's his name?" she asked, stroking the black cat ears.

When they bumped to each other, Aphrodite could not say much because Father had approached her and she should on the Hogwarts Express. Because it felt bad to Laura and her friend, Aphrodite promised to look them in the compartment or at Hogwarts later to say hello and apologize for having to go by in a hurry. When Aphrodite met with Laura as she looked up into the compartment which she occupied, she is very happy. Even she told her to sit in this compartment. "Hi Laura! I'm fine, it's just almost hit Natasha now wants to enter the compartment. I almost crashed into people twice today," she said, smiling at her.""I was bumped into her until both of us fall when I was looking for Father, Amara" Aphrodite explained why she could get to know Laura.

"Iris" she repeated. "Greek again?" she asked, doubting it. She did hear some Iris from Greek. She watched as Fro stroked her cat. Oh, he wouldn't like it.

"Uhm, Rush" she said. "That's his name, Rush" And he did rush at ALL the times. She nodded at Fro's explanation about her knowing Laura. Why was she telling that anyway? Um, she is well-mannered. She was still looking at Rush. He wasn't exactly very adjustable. Or was he?

Who is that? Who is this little girl scratching me?

Gaaaaaaaaaah. She is touching me. My eyes burn!!!

Jump, jump, jump.

Jump on her, CHARGEEEE!

Claws open and scratch back. MEOW !!!

Serves her right. Ahem.

Now go back to the nap.

"Oh no no no.." she squeaked. "Rush don't!" she yelled as she lunged for the cat. Her mischief partner had charged by then. And he was back to his nap? Nap?!? She stared at her cat in disbelief. She should have known better. Same had happened with mum. Baah!

She looked at Fro. Was she okay?

"Ouch! Amara!" Zyanya yelled as Rush jumped at her having finished with her sister. She jumped up from her seat where she had been seated quietly for the past few minutes. And to her surprise, the bloody cat went back to sleep again. She sat down again and slightly shivering from the little situation. She was not exactly fond of Rush. It was creepy and she had a feeling the cat didn't like her. She looked around at the people around her. She felt a bit stupid for reacting like that.

Amara's head zoomed in her twin's direction. She had just yelled, yet again. Cause of the commotion?

RUSH, OH NO!

The little tyke had done it again. She had been very busy looking at Fro's reaction that she missed the whole Zyanya/Rush show. And he was back to his nap, right back then. Just like that!

How could he possibly go back to sleep in, like, 5 seconds after the action?

The cat wasn't exactly like his master at the sleeping aspect. Maybe he was trying to irritate her?

She personally felt that the cat harbored a secret hatred for her twin as much as she did towards the cat. Mutual emotions. SMIRK.

It was actually amusing to see Zyanya throw her dirty looks at her cat.

Presley pulled her trunks onto the train and quickly located an empty compartment. Even the absence of Elliot couldn't upset her today. She stowed the heavy luggage on the rack above her head and sat down, pulling out her brand new book. Her brother had given it to her for her birthday, today, and she was anxious to read the never-been-turned pages. It was the Ravenclaw in her.

She leaned against the window, pulled her feet up onto the bench (something she never would have done her first year, she recognized), and began to read.

Zyanya sighed. The little cat always frightened her. And Amara just turned to look at her and didn't even speak to her. Maybe Amara was still angry about her yelling at the platform. Or her sister was happy that the cat sprang on her. Well, she knew she had been too harsh on her sister but she thought Amara wouldn't care. She never did.

Looks like she had to be more careful in the future.

"Are you okay?" She asked to Aphrodite. After all, Rush had jumped on the poor girl first. "Sorry about that, Rush doesn't do well with strangers." Zyanya said. She looked up at the cat Fro was holding, Iris. It was white and really pretty.


She turned around to face Natasha, another first year they had already met at King's Cross. "Hey.. Nice to see you again." Zyanya said to the girl, smiling. Natasha had been really polite. Zyanya liked her.

"You guessed it right! Course I named Iris of Greek legend, I.... #ouch," said Aphrodite, who was immediately cut by the claws of Rush, a cat owned by Amara. Rather large scratches directly formed on the back of her hand and a bit of blood flowing from the wound. ''Oh I'm sorry Rush. You do not like to be stroked?" Aphrodite said to the black cat that seemed not care at all. Amara seems panic but Aphrodite immediately calm her down, "It's okay, Amara. I'm fine," she said, smiling.


Aphrodite smiled at Zyanya who had been seated quietly for the past few minutes. "I'm fine, Zyanya. Don't worry, just a little wound," she said, smiling toward Zyanya. She has already common in cats respond especially Mother's cat, Jerome often scratch but the wound was not as big as this. With a smile, Aphrodite handing Iris to Zyanya who had been looking at her, "You can hold her. Seems like she likes you!," she said, smiling sweetly.

Natasha hurried in to not make the other girl wait. It looked like everyone had pets with them as well. She found a good place for her owl, and then sat down, keeping a good hold on her little kitten. "Thank you." She said, grateful she had not been denied a seat.

"It's great to see you again as well.” She said to Zyanya with a smile. She was starting to get nervous again, the compartment was filling up fast, and she had very poor social skills. Not for lack of trying, she has just never been taught how to deal with a crowd of people – and yes, in her mind the small group in here was a crowd.

“Hello Aphrodite, nice to meet you.” Natasha shifted her kitten so she could shake the girls hand. “Are you a first year also?” She asked curiously.

Aphrodite shook Natasha's hand, she seemed very shy. "Hello, Natasha! Nice to meet you too," she replied cheerfully, "That's right, I was also the first year students," said Aphrodite with no less cheerfully. She almost forgot, she almost bumped into Natasha at the same time they will enter this compartment. "I'm sorry I was almost bump you there, today I bumped into Laura and almost hit you," she admitted with a smile.

With a big smile and her rat on her shoulder the young girl entered the train. She had never thought that she would be happy to go back to school. A school was a place from homework, lessons and more homework… But, school was at this moment a better place for her, there were no fighting parents at school, no strange uncle who wanted to talk to her but she was not allowed to talk to, and more important, she could learn to become a better witch! She wanted to become a important person when she had grown up and she needed to study if she wanted to become a very important person! But now she first needed to step into the train and she ordered one of her maids to carry her school luggage into the free compartment she pointed at. “Quickly! I don’t want to wait the whole day until you’re ready! Hurry up!” Sonea spoke bossy to her maid and stood there with her hands in her pocket and did nothing to help her maid who was panting now that she had carried the heavy luggage. She was now a little more ugly to her maid than usual because she hated it that she was again here at the platform without her parents and because she had stayed the whole vacation in a house where her parents where constantly fighting with each other.

After a few minutes, when her maid had done her job she closed the door right before her maid and without thanking her for her help and sat down in her compartment. But she didn’t needed to wait long before she noted that somebody walked toward her compartment door.

"What house do you hope to be in?" Natasha asked. She only asked, because that seemed to be what everyone always asks - she did not want to seem different. "Don't worry about bumping me, no harm done." She said with a smile.

"Are you okay?" Natasha asked, glancing over at the cat. She did not mind the cat at all. While she did not like seeing anyone get hurt, she thought the cat was funny. To her, the cat seemed very random and opinionated - She liked that.

Laura walked into the compartment and smiled. "Thanks." Laura thought that this girl was nice and she couldn't wait to make some new friends. "Your name is nice." Laura smiled. "So are you excited?" Laura decided to sit down with the girls. "If you need anything at all I'll be happy to help." Laura really was going to be nice to them.

Laura looked at Aphrodite and smiled. "It's okay, don't worry about it." Laura didn't want the girl to feel bad, it wasn't nice to be worrying about things like that when it was your first day. "I remember my first time on the Hogwarts Express, I bumped into this girl and was really upset about it but the girl was nice, she was an older student and she sort of help me get settled in a compartment." Laura smiled, it was her turn to be nice. "How about we forget all about it and become friends." Laura held out her hand for the other girl to shake.

Minnie pulled her trunk after her as she made her way to the middle cars. Had it been this heavy the last time ? Or had she really bought that much in Marbella? There was no way the blonde would go any further than this. If there werent any free compartments she would just drop everything here and wait for Ryan to find her and carry her somewhere. Sounded like a good idea.

Just a moment before Minnie would have actually done it she almost walked past an empty compartment. Finally. Opening the door the Slytherin just pushed her trunk and her bag in. Oomph. She plopped down on a seat and put her legs onto the opposite. Now this was the life.

It wasn't on purpose or anything but Felix had gotten away from her and she was now stuck looking for him. This is what she got for not carrying him around, wasn't it? Her arms wanted a break, couldn't the kneazle understand that. They couldn't be occupied by him every second of the day.

"Felix?"

She slid open door after door looking for him. "Feeeeelix?" It was either, he really wasn't in this section of the train or he was ignoring her. She wasn't amused. "Seriously, this got tired ages ago." She whined. Then there was more checking through doors and such.

He had to be around somewhere.

After stowing his luggage Kaiden found himself wandering down the train backpack full of stuff for the day, and Toad on his shoulder once more. He was looking for a compartment, and well, maybe some fun. Seeing a certain Gryffindor up a head, he grinned. This would be good. Tugging on the straps of his bag, he hurried to catch up with her. "Hi Alexa. Whats up?"

No one had ever bothered to mention to her just how hard kneazle hunting was. Not that anyone needed to because she'd had to go looking for him before. This time, it was just harder because she knew that he was especially annoyed by the circumstances. He wasn't allowed to eat Mags and he wasn't allowed to stay in her arms. Poor baby.

No. She couldn't sympathize. He was being a bad kneazle.

She stopped short of a door when she heard someone calling to her. "Hmm?" She spun on her heels to face the hufflepuff that had a colourful personality. One minute he was nice to her and the next he was cussing her and bring out the worst in her. Which time was this one. "Nothing, much, just looking for my kneazle. Have you seen him? Grey? Shiny eyed? Probably trying to swallow an owl?" No?

The third year had been on his way to find a compartment or friends or both, when he spotted a very familiar kneazle slinking down the compartment, weaving around students legs. He smiled to himself and, unlike everyone else just passing over the kneazle, stooped down and picked Felix up. This would make everything easier now, surely. Because his friend, Felix's owner, would be much more inclined to find him.

As the train had just left and people were still busy trying to find their own friends, an empty compartment wasn't hard to come by. Aidan slipped in one, sat down, rested his feet on the seat across from his, and set Felix in his lap. All he had to do now was wait for Lex to come searching for them.
