History of Magic Notice Board

Located right outside of the History of Magic classroom is a large wooden board with a sleek white material placed in the middle of it. The board is charmed to display any recent homework that is assigned, as well as any announcements that Professor Scabior deems important. Make sure you check in frequently! The board has a habit of erasing anything that it thinks has been posted for too long.

History of Magic Lesson One

History of Magic Homework One

Create and draw an original fantasy character who would thrive in the wizarding or muggle community. If you are Muggleborn or grew up with Muggles I want you to do one on the Wizarding community, and the reverse if you grew up in a magical home. If you grew up evenly with both cultures then you can choose.

Once you have finished creating the character make a story (just written) with them in it. You can actually create a comic or just the story but the characters have to be complete either way. Which ever way you choose to portray the story your character still has to be completed.

*Note: If you create a comic you will receive bonus marks

Option One: Do 5 posts attempting to find the location of the portrait that is the opposite end of the portrait in the room within the Great Hall. Posts a sixth time in class linking to the five posts. You may post in class throughout if you need hints.

Option Two: Write a three foot parchment on three places you believe the opposite end of the portrait in the room within the Great Hall, could lead to and why.
