Oakey felt he needed to go see Professor Hadley. He needed to discuss some things with her specifically coming clean about about his previous summers. If she was his Head of House then it was only right that she finally know about his unlucky predicament. Not the fact that he was known to be unlucky, but how he came to be unlucky. Maybe she could help him out.

He needed to think of what to say though as he stopped by a suit of armor and leaned against the wall with his hands behind his head and head in the air.

Ronnie walked along the second floor, an annoyed look on her face. Where was that stupid cat?! Merlin's beard! The second she turned away from Oliver lately, he'd just run off! What was with him these days?! She had no idea. He'd never done anything like this before...did Ronnie do something wrong? She was pretty sure she was taking good care of him. She hated having to keep him locked up in that crate all the time but he needed it. He needed to stop running off. Maybe she should get him a leash or something...

As she walked, she came across the suits of armor and spotted Oakey leaning against the wall. She walked up to him and smiled a little. "Hey, Oakey, you haven't seen a little gray cat pass by here...have you?" she asked, cocking her head slightly.

Harvey raised his eyebrows in surprise as Damon said he was hiding from two girls "Two? and I thought it was just one" he wondered why he was hiding from two of them and he hoped that one of them wasn't Taylor but what he said next threw this hope right out the window. "You and Taylor broke up? When? How?" he said a little shocked to be hearing this after knowing just how much Taylor liked Damon and also the other way around! "In what way hasn't she been acting herself?" he asked wanting to know everything that had been going on since it seemed he was way out of the loop when it came to these two.

Damon nodded, "Taylor and trying to avoid Ari... Little as I want to, she can tell when I'm upset so I'm trying to calm down before I go meet up with her," He sighed, "Yes, first day of school, and she and I got into an argument." He sighed, "And lately she's been treating me as more of her little pet who's only here when she wants me to be, dropping the most inconvienent news on me at the worse possible time, like she did before I came here..." He sighed, "Like I said, because I promised Ari when we started dating I'd stop worrying as much and..." He sighed, "Taylor's not helping that."

Harvey listened as Damon answered his questions "Ok.. what news did Taylor drop on you?" he asked as he tried to process the rest of what he said "You and Ariana are dating now? when did that happen?" he asked still getting surprised with this "Wow I am so out of date with the news on you guys. I didn't even know you and Taylor were having problems, or the fact that you had started liking Ariana" well that would be cause he didn't hang out with these lot enough, if he had then he could have been up to date on what was happening with this little group.

"She wanted to get back together and now she hates me. Her actual words were she wished she never met me..." He sighed and pulled the busted locket out of his pocket, "She threw it down and told me that I'm nothing more than her cousin now." Damon sighed, "And Ari and I have been dating a few weeks. Had I a chance to tell Taylor sooner than today I would've." He shook his head thinking about it now.

Oakey was off in his own little world. What was the best way to let Professor Hadley know, should he have written it down first? Practiced in front of a mirror? Why does coming clean to about one's curse sound to much like asking some one out on their first date?

He came back to reality when a heard someone asking him a question. He blinked a long blink and cocked his head some in the same direction. "Hi Ronnie" Oakey said the Gryffindor Girl. He peaked around the statue and down the corridor. "No, I can't say that I have." Why were all the Gryffindor girls losing their cats? Charmer always stayed around in the kitchen area or the common room. "Do you need some help?"

Ronnie sighed. "Nah. I'm sure he'll return at some point later in the dorm." she said with a shrug. Meh. She needed to stop worrying so much about Oliver running off, maybe he enjoyed being out in a bout once in a while. "Thanks for the offer, though." she said with a smile.

Harvey listened as Damon answered his question "I am sure she said those words in anger Damin, I am sure she didn't really mean it." he really did hope that she didn't mean it cause he knew deep down inside her she still loved Damon, this was just pain and anger coming out for some reason. He saw the locket that was busted and listened to Damon "Oh no! Again it could have been said out of anger" he was looked at Damon as he said he had been dating Ariana for a few weeks and didn't have a chance to tell Taylor before today. "So Taylor is angry and hurt over the fact that you are now dating Ariana and not Taylor?" he asked just to clarify things so he could understand why Taylor was behaving like this.

"The locket wouldn't have broken had she not meant it..." Damon sighed, but nodded to his question, "And apparently she was wanting to get back together."

Harvey was sad to hear what Damon was saying cause in all honesty he thought that Taylor and Damon were the type to be together for a long time. "[b]Somthere is no way of the repairing the locket? He smiled at this bit "Well that is a good thing, except that you had starting dating now. " so at least she had the idea to get back together even aftert they had broken up "Ok did anything else happen?" wondering if there anything else that he should know.

Damon thought for a moment then shook his head, "Not that I know of... But Sage is the one who'd put the charm I'd have to ask him." He shrugged and sighed, "Min's back, though I'm sure you know that by now." He nodded.

Harvey nodded that he understood "Yeah do, cause its a good looking locket wouldn't want to lose that or have to throw it away. " he smiled looking at the locket which was a good looking locket and would be a shame if they had to throw it away. He smiled and nodded "Oh yes I do know that she is" he said remembering their convo at the willow. Oh what a conversation that had been. "It feels nice to see her back here doesnt it? after Justin told me she wasnt coming back. " oh he was glad she was back, now they could solve his little problem. He would have to meet her later to discuss a few things.

Okay then, it seemed that Ronnie had her Cat situation under control then. Most others should just be more like her when it came to cats. Instead everyone else freaked out whenever there cats never turned up.
"How have you been Ronnie?" Oakey asked the Gryffindor girl.
He hadn't seen much of her last year, and he's trip to America made it difficult to see anyone over break.

Ugh, where'd it go?!

It had to be around here somewhere because she had seen it! It took a turn...somewhere and most have ended up in this corridor...right? Nearly out of breath from all the running she had been doing Lex stopped at another set of amour guys.

STARE.

They weren't moving; nothing to see there--yet. After taking a moment to compose herself she turned and saw two very familiar people. One was a Gryffindor she had recently met and the other was the Hufflepuff from the night of the feast...the one who ate pigmy puffs, right? "Hey there!" SMILE. "Did any of you see a suit of armour running around?" It had done it and now she wanted to catch up with it!

Penelope was wandering about the castle because she was trying to avoid the homework she needed to do as well as avoid the Gryffindor common room in general. She might not be as upset with Jake and Anya as she had been at the beginning of term, but she still didn't like seeing them together. And the past Quidditch tryout session or so, things had suddenly felt weird around them, and Penelope wasn't sure why Anya was suddenly so tense around her. Although Penelope did want to know, she didn't feel like asking for awhile, so avoiding the places Anya would most likely be (aside from the Quidditch pitch) was her plan for the time being.

She decided to pause for a moment beside a random suit of armor though, wondering where she should head next. Hmm.

Oakey hadn't even gotten a response from Ronnie when the little Gryffindor girl who sat at the Huffie Table during the Feast.
"Have I seen what?" he said slightly alarmed by the girls question. "A suit of armor running?"
He figured that the suits of armor moved occasionally, but they got up and ran around. Oakey looked down the hallway again to see if maybe one of them would come barreling down the corridor. "Can't say that I have?" He gave the little girl a smile, "If I see it come down this way, I'll let you know."

Her shoulders slumped slightly in her disappointment. Yet another person who hadn't seen the bloody thing.

Merlin, at this rate people were going to start thinking she was crazy or something--what's this...he would let her know if he saw one.

...

He didn't think she was going mad and seeing things?! Niiiiiiiiice. "Gee thanks!" BEAM. "I've been tracking him for a while, you see. Once when walking through the fifth floor's corridor I saw him just standing there...so I scribbled on him--that's how I found out that these things moved; saw the same scribbling on the one just around that corner before he hopped to life and did some freaky dance!" Yup, he had.

Heeeeyyyy. "You wanna do me a favour?" She might as well had since Abby hadn't been of much help.

POP.

Armor suits. FILTHY armor suits. Tippin could sniff the dust and fingerprints even before popping to the second floor. He avoided trodding on passing studentsies toes and got his cloth at the ready.

That particular armor suit needed a good rub a dub.

Again.... the toes of the studentsies were a priority.

He had to raise an eyebrow to that, this girl was a real piece of work. He looked back at Ronnie with a look of surprise. You have this in your house? He thought as he looked at her.

He took a step forward and looked at the suit of armor before him, checking to see if maybe this was the guy she was looking for. He didn't see an scribble marks on it though. "It probably ran because you started drawing on it." He the first year a smile. "He might be terrified of you."

She needed what from him? A favor? "I think proper introductions are in order before you go around asking me for favors?"
He gave Ronnie another look, You guys reeled in an interesting one this year.
"I'm Oakey Gunter." He said as he stuck his hand out for the little girl to shake.


That's when he felt something nudge in between him and the little Gryffindor Girl. He looked down to find a House Elf was standing on his foot.
"What can I do you for?" He asked the little guy.

Alexa caught him exchanging glances with the other Gryffindor and couldn't help but feel the boy was secretly talking about her. That might have been the case...or she might have just been paranoid but she didn't trust older kids so when she saw suspicious stuff like that it made her wonder.

She watched on curiously as the boy stepped over to a suit of armour and began inspecting it. That was some good thinking; the thing might have been trying to hide right under their noses! She would never have thought of that. Heh, they had him now...or so she thought until the boy began talking. The words he was using told her that it wasn't the same one. She shrugged. "Why'd he be afraid of that? It's not like I tried using my wand to inscribed stuff..." Though now she had the idea to. "Hey would you teach me how to do that?" Then the suits of armour would have a reason to fear her!

Oh right...introductions...people still did those...

Lex took his hand and gave it a firm shake. "I'm Alexa Cambridge." It had never occurred to her that they weren't properly acquainted; not that it made much of a difference to her. "And now that we know each other I need you to give me a boost so I can see what's inside these suits of armour. I tried asking an older kid but she said no." It was quite the disappointment.

Oh.

A small figure had made it's way between her and Oakey...weird...Lex looked down and saw that it was one of those cute ickle house elves from the night of the feast.

MINE!

Before it could even think to get away she tried tackling to the to the floor. "Gotch'ya!"

What was that? Tippin felt a sensation underneath his feet which felt much like a turnip. But his ears flopped downwards as it revealed itself to be a foot. "Argh!" He bounced off the foot, and backed against the wall.

"Tippin is most sorry, master studentsie!" Maybe if studentsies watched where they were STANDING....

......
"Tippin was just dusting the armor suits. Tippin knows that armor suits get fingerprints alls over them!" And it was one of those jobs that simply could not wait one second. TIPPIN NEEDED HIS DUSTER.

This had never happened at Hogwarts before. A student punishing him before he got the chance to do it to himself. Tippin made noises, but didn't want to struggle against the child.

"Tippin appreciates your punishment, miss studentsie." He felt a fat tear roll down his cheek. And then he was sobbing into the student's shoe.

"I've been pretty good." Ronnie said with a nod. "What about yo-" she began, but was cut off as Alexa suddenly popped up out of nowhere, out of breath.

A suit of armor...running around? "Er, no." Ronnie answered, raising an eyebrow. Huh. That was weird. She'd never seen a suit of armor running around. But it could happen here, they were at Hogwarts! But why would a suit of armor be running around? That was really weird...

Ronnie listened as Oakey answered Alexa. She looked at Alexa for a bit then at Oakey, her eyebrows raised. Why in the world would a suit of armor be running around?! GAH! That was so odd. Well, to her it was anyway. Did they normally do that? She never was around them much before so she couldn't be sure.

Ronnie then turned her head towards Alexa as she began speaking again to Oakey. He danced? Hmm...that was curious. Then, she had asked for him to do him a favor. "I can help too!" Ronnie piped up. Meh. She didn't want to be left out of this. It seemed rather exciting! ...and weird at the same time...

Ronnie laughed a little at the looks Oakey was giving her. True, Alexa was pretty weird....but Ronnie was too. Maybe all Gryffindors were or something..?

Ohh. Ronnie probably wouldn't be able to do that favor then. She was too short and weak to lift Alexa up to look into the armor. Ah well.

Ronnie's eyes widened as Alexa suddenly tackled the house elf to the floor. Merlin's beard! What was she doing...?! "Alexa! What are you doing?!" she asked, grabbing the girls arm and lifting her up off the poor elf.

Lex had barely managed to grab hold of the little guy when she suddenly felt something tugging at her arm. Merlin, this girl was just like Kurumi!

"I'm not gonna hurt him!" She said, trying to calm the girl down before she broke her arm. "I just wanna play with him for a little is all." Yup. She loved house elves and found them a lot of fun to play with.

Such nice creatures they were...so then...why was he crying?

OH NOOOOOO!!!

Alexa grabbed hold of the elf and pulled him into a hug. "Don't cry, I didn't mean to startle you, honest!" She pleaded, giving him a little squeeze. "I just wanted to play with you...don't be sad."

What had she done?!

Merlin, if she had known the thing would have broken out into tears she would have thought twice about tackling him!...The other elf...Toddles was it?Didn't seem to mind...he even agreed to play with her too. Hopefully he would stop crying because she didn't plan to let him go until he got happy again. "My name's Alexa, see? I'm friendly." BEAM.

This little fella's name was Tippninsies...
Hmm, maybe it was just Tippin. No matter. "Tippin was it? It's fine, I should be the one to get out of...ALEXA WAIT!"
Oakey practically barked to the little Gryffindor Girl as she launched herself at the House Elf! About at the same time Ronnie yelled to Alexa as well.
"Alexa let him go, you don't just tackle him." Was she really this nutty, this girl? He looked back to Ronnie with a shocked expression running all over his face.

Oakey got down on his knee's and practically yanked Tippin from her grip. "Tippin, you're not being punished!" He pat the House Elf on the head lightly and looked down at his shoes. "See look my foot fine, no harm done." He gave turned his attention back to Alexa looking at her over Tippin's shoulder. He was not pleased "Alexa, I think if you want to play with them ask them yeah?" He let off a huge sigh, being angry was hard work Oakey didn't like it one bit. "I'm sure Tippin would love to have a play date when he's on his break."

he smiled at the House Elf an apologetic smile."You can call me Oakey too, okay. Studentsies...err... I mean Student is to generic and fits with everyone, I'm not an everyone."
