South End of the Platform Front of the train getting full? No worries, there's plenty of room in the back cars. Mind your step and take small children by the hand. Kiss your Ma and your Pa, get the last jab in at your younger siblings, but don't dally! The Hogwarts Express will be pulling out soon, headed to Hogwarts for another magical year. You may RP your character boarding the train here, saying their goodbyes, and meeting new Hogwarts students. |
Aaaaaaaaanyone? Aurora had slipped away from her brother, Yvonne and Kennedy as soon as they got onto the platform and made her way swiftly to the south end of the platform. Honestly, a month and a half without being allowed out of the flat on her own and she just wanted some freedom... Though... was she safe here? Surely... Not that it mattered, she suspected Krys or Kennedy or someone had seen where she was going on she'd be found again in a matter of seconds. Pfft. She just wanted to talk with someone... someone who she hadn't been living with for the last month and a half with little time to talk to anyone else. |
As usual, Jory headed to the South end of the platform He was still looking for any sign of his friends but it was so crowded so far he had no luck. He was looking forward to this year even though it was time to take OWLs. Because it was not crowded the badger found himself a compartment quickly and stashed his trunk and cages after which he went back to the corridor. Maybe he'd find one of his friends soon? |

Elliot had had about ENOUGH of her aunt to last a LIFE TIME. And if Aunt Delilah didn't shut her trap soon, Elliot would be sure to strangle her. She had made the incredible mistake of wearing her down and wavy, something her aunt LOVED. She kept touching her hair...and Elliot was THIS CLOSE TO SLAPPING HER. "Stop it! Can I go now?" she asked harshly, scowling as her Aunt grinned down at her. Why was she grinning? DID ELLIOT LOOK IN THE MOOD? Delilah chuckled and shook her head. She patted Ell's shoulder. "No...you have to wait...it's not exactly time yet, is it? We're a bit early, dear," the older woman said, looking down at her niece and was reminded remarkably of her brother. Her haughty attitude, her scowl. it was all Darius. She wished her brother could have been here...she was quite certain Elliot was upset about neither of her parents coming to see her off. But her sister-in-law had to go with Dani, it being Dani's first year at Beauxbatons... Elliot rolled her eyes. "Fine." She hoped she at least saw Hannah...or...perhaps that boy, Ezra. She scanned the heads of all the people here...most looked like muggles. Even Elliot was sporting a pretty dress..no sign of her favorite blonde friend. OR Laura and Soaps, which was good as well. |
"Bugaboo, I am driving myself completely mad!" This was no sport for Ezra, he felt like he was running around in a maze. At least he had met a happy little girl who seemed on helping him though the wall, which seemed like the hardest obstacle of all. England was too complicated! White fruit bat perched on Ezzi's shoulder, lightly fluttering his wings to keep balance as Ezzi stomped through the crouds of muggles, feeling incompetent of this kind of gathering. And to top it off, he had no clue who to talk to. He hadn't made to many friends in Diagon Alley. This was a mess of a day. Ezra moved out to the south end of the station, pulling his luggage behind him. |

WAIT. Elliot did a double take...it was Ezra. Elliot coughed a bit to keep her cheeks from flushing...for her aunt would notice. He looked lost. Like, very lost. "I'll be right back, Aunt Dee!" she said, hardly even noticing that her aunt was peering to see who she was running to.. "Okay, sweetie...don't be too long!" Delilah said with a little laugh. She saw Elliot run off..to some boy. Hmm...did Darius know this about his daughter? She thought it might be time he became a little less clueless with his daughter's life...she was growing up, and fast. Elliot hurried over to Ezra, Ezzi? She still didn't' know what to call the boy. "Hey! Ezra!" she said, a little breathlessly. She suddenly didn't feel like breathing...but she took a deep breath. "Need some help, newb?" she asked with a little smirk. She eyed the bat thing a little...cautiously. Elliot wasn't a big animals person...if she didn't know the animal. |
SPOILER!!: Elliot Finding a smooth wall to lean against, Ezzi rummaged though his luggage and pulled out his iPod. He was about to plug an earpiece in when he heard a female call out his name. Elliot was running after him? She stopped quick before him, panting hard. "Don't you see? My friendship is worthy enough for you to come running after me!" Ezra chuckled, hard, at his remark. Quoting from the day they met at the leaky cauldron. Never knew a girl as clever as her. You know, I really could use some guidance. Did you just get here?" |
darn muggle contraptions. :) Quote:
And running after him? Hey now, Elliot never ran. She was a lady. Thank you very much. "I just thought you looked lost, so if you don't need my help.." she flipped her hair a little, looking quite smug... But then he asked for 'guidance.' Heehee. Elliot grinned. "Yes...I did. With my Aunt over there--" she nodded towards the older brunette woman. She lowered her voice. "Can't wait to be rid of her, honestly. She's so...annoying," she rolled her eyes. And he was quite alone. "Where's your brother?" she looked over his shoulder...and yes, he was very much alone. "No one came with you?" she raised an eyebrow. At least her parents had found a replacement to go with her to the Platform...Poor Ezra! |
Quote:
HAH! This girl was too much. "Oh, please Miss Priss, Elliot flipped her hair at Ezzi, and he lightly grasped one of the curls, twirling it between his fingers. "You can admit you're just as lonely as I am waiting for your friends. The only difference is you know people, and I.. well seem to only know you." So she came here with her aunt. Ezzi gave a light wave of his hand to her Aunt. He chuckled at her comment. "Well, she is family after all. It comes with the duties." Elliot asked about her brother, and Ezra's eyes smiled at her. "Oh, he offered to come with me, but I figured I'd take the time with myself to figure out the place. Worse decision I made. Got lost, didn't know how to pass through the wall." Bugaboo made a light squeak as Ezzi spoke. "But at least I made it here. Bugaboo seems to be enjoying himself." |
You know who you are ^_^ *hugs you* Ronnie pushed her trolley along the platform, her head turning right and left as she searched for someone to talk to that she knew..or someone that she didn't know. It'd be nice to make more friends, Ronnie loved making new friends! After a while of wandering about the platform, she stopped and sighed. Man, this thing was really hard to push! It had way too many things on it and was way too heavy. Well...either that, or Ronnie needed to get tougher. Maybe that was it, 'cause she was pretty weak when it came to things like this. She needed to start working out more or something. |

Miss Priss? This made Elliot "I know some of these people...but none of my friends are here." She glanced around again, and then back at Ezra. Oh, his eyes, they such a nice color of-- GAH! "Ex-except for you, of course. I guess I could call you my friend..." She stuttered, trying not to look at his eyes again. SO HARD. *shrug* Heehee. Elliot wouldn't give in to him! NOPE. Well now. He deserved it, since he refused help. But...well, at least he had a familiar face now. "Well..I can help you through the platform. And..." she looked away, unable to meet his gaze. "Perhaaaaps....since you know noooobody.." she smirked, and looked back at his...*gulp* eyes...."I will allow you to sit with me." She smirked even wider. He couldn't resist her LUUUSCIOUS blonde hair, could he? Or her blue eyes. Bugaboo? He gestured to his...bat. Which must mean that was the guy's name. Bugaboo. "Is this guy Bugaboo, then?" she asked, putting her face in front of the bat's and eyeing him suspiciously. "Hi, Bugaboo. I'm Elliot. I will like you...as long as you DONT bite me..okay?" she said, in a normal voice as if she were talking to any other human. Yeah. Elliot was weird. |

Possibly off with Harlan. Mason soo had a crush on the girl. Scanning around the platform to see if he could find Ness at least, Logan was leaning forward on his trolley when he noticed a girl who seemed to be having some difficulties. Deciding that it was best to be chivalrous, he headed towards her. "Need some help there?" |
:P For Amanda. And anyone else that might want to invade. Somehow it had seemed like the summer had passed by really quickly after she'd had to leave Diagon Alley to go back home to Galway. Either way, Kendall was back in London to catch the Hogwarts Express. Of course, Jeremiah had gotten her there again, after they'd dropped Isabel off at her parents' house so she could spend some time with them and she could be fawned over. Kendall herself was excited over the idea of being an aunt soon enough, but she felt better being away from the Johnsons' house. If she'd been able to sneak away before her and Jeremiah had to leave for the train station, she would have. They'd left soon enough that she hadn't gone insane, and her brother had even taken her to that coffee shop Patrick had told her about what seemed like ages ago, so she could have one of those chocolate coffee drinks. Granted, that meant she was a bit more hyper than usual, but then it was train day. Excitement was awesome, as far as she was concerned. Jeremiah had taken control of her trunk, however, leaving her to wander the south end of the platform with her drink and Accio trailing slightly behind her while she waited to see if any of her friends would show up. She wasn't sure why they'd had to be so early, but then maybe it had just been an ulterior motive of her brother's. Give her time to work off the caffeine before being cooped up on the train. He didn't know her other plans, though, and she giggled softly to herself before stopping to scoop her kitty up. "Jeremiah isn't gonna know about the chocolate," she whispered to the animal, before taking another sip from the takeout cup and continuing to wander. Somebody would show up eventually. She knew that. It was just annoying having to wait. |
I had A Huge Jarvis RP worked out! Then I hit X accidently! I'm teh stupid! Jarvis walked Oakey all the way to the South End of the Platform carrying a few things for Oakey while Oakey pushed the cart behind him. Ever since their encounter in America, Jarvis had not spent much time with Oakey. Most of his time spent at the Gunter' residence was working out living arrangements, and finding Felicity a Muggle Girl's Private School. Oakey was not being himself at all since they ran through Platform 9 3/4. Jarvis looked behind him and Oakey had fallen behind tremendously, So he stopped and waited for Oakey to catch up. Oakey didn't want to go back to Hogwarts. He hated the idea of going back and not visiting Murdoch at his hut every now and them. Ancient Runes wasn't going to be the same either, and COMC wasn't going to be as cool. Not without a dragon there to liven it up some. He was going thinking of ways to get back a the new Groundskeeper for taking Murdoch's job when he bumped into Jarvis in front of him. Oakey practically pushed him into the tracks with the cart! "OI OAKEY, WAKE UP!" Jarvis snapped and regained his balance quickly. "What's got you in such a depressing mood?" He took notice of a newspaper sticking out of Oakey's luggage and grabbed it. after reading the article he shoved the paper into his coat pocket "Oakey, is this about the Headmaster leaving?" Jarvis let out a sigh and shook his head back anf forth. Oakey "I'm sure you realize by now that Professor's come and go at Hogwarts." When he attended Hogwarts back in his glorious Gryffindor days Jarvis had plenty of Professor's come and go. "So quit bellyaching about it and keep your chin up. I'm sure the new Head at Hogwarts won't be any bad." Oakey gave Jarvis a rude stare, it wasn't a sour lemon stare but it was still an angry one. He shouldn't just go around grabbing things out of peoples luggage! "It's not about Tate." Oakey said unpleasantly. Mr. Toombs had a point though, even if he was referring to the wrong staff member leaving. "Sorry," Oakey said to the older man, "It's just gonna be really different without Mr.Murdoch there." |

Tenser than he'd been in a while, Ed landed straight on his trolley when they emerged from the other side. There was only one person who could and would have done that. Isaac. As he relaxed, he slipped down onto the floor next to his stuff. "Ouch." |
eheh Nell and Ed Quote:
OHPLEASEPLEASEPLEASEPLEASEPLEASE let Nell have gotten out of the way! He was now eyeing the door hoping she was all right! |
It wasn't difficult to find the boys after she passed through the barrier. Nell walked up rubbing her hip though from the look of things she wasn't the only one nursing a wound. Though she was pretty sure she would be sporting a bruise before long. Issac looked out of breath and Ed was frankly white as a sheet. She wanted to sit down next to Ed but a twinge from her hip had her thinking twice about it. "You okay? " she asked quietly. Nell glanced at Issac with a grateful look and then went back to studying Ed. |

Wandering around seemed to be doing nothing until he had randomly seemed to stumble upon his friend walking around with her kitten, perhaps this was the perfect opportunity for a little experiment before getting on the train. "I'm surprised I actually had to find you this time. Unlike when you snuck up on me in Diagon Alley." He said before grinning ever so slightly, apparently someone was taking a break from surprising people for the moment which he had no problem with considering it gave him the opportunity to protect the chocolate that he was carrying in his messenger bag that much longer before letting her know that he had it. |
