The prefects have their own compartment at the front of the train. Sometimes they hold meetings up here and sometimes special guests ride along with them.

And with that the items began to glow BLUE ready to take off. OCC: What he said guys! Go ahead and Rp your charrie touching a Portkey object and your charrie can disappear. You will soon see where you should post next.  "Recard, mate... Ian Amoroso." He said and shook his hand, "I can help. I'll patrol the cars... What in Hades has happened?"

"Regardless, I refuse to leave until the children are all evacuated safely. Put me to use." And she crossed her arms like a stubborn toddler. "Spoken like a true Headmistress... well, former anyway..." He smiled and winked at her. "Let's get these kids out safe."

Once Milton had recovered and carefully backed away from the female snake prefect before she could rip his head off. Milton looked out the window with a puzzled look before someone named Armen (weird name, Milton thought) entered their compartment and told them what was up.
Oh, portkeys. Milton thought those were fun. It was like flying... in a hurricane. Well, Milton didn't really care what happened to the train, he just wanted to get to the castle and eat. The feast was the best part. "Well, this is not exactly how I thought this train ride would end," Milton began, grabbing onto a weird, metal contraption. "But as long as I get food in the next hour, we'll all survive." JUST saying.
After it glowed blue, Milton was lifted off the ground and transported away to Hogsmeade.

She nodded and eyed the tiki torch. "Feast time, if you please..."

It was such a shame that this had happened, marring the first ride for Anastasia and the first years and the last ride for the seventh years.
At least no one was hurt.
"I'm quite ready to make it to the castle." She put her hand on the torch.

"After you folks, then. And thank you once more, Mr. Recard, for all your assistance. I'll be contacting you later about repairing the train." Annie eyed him briefly and then ended up giving him another handshake before she, too, placed a slender finger on the tiki torch portkey.
