Cornelius made his way out of the corridor and into the large stone courtyard, looking around for a bench or something to sit on. Luckily, there was just that a few yards away, and he plopped down on a bench just moments later. He had sent a letter to Eino a few hours ago in the hopes that the Prefect could help him with a few questions he had about this large castle. Plus, he really wanted to question him about this crush he had. Eino was a nice guy, and his first Ravenclaw friend! He had already been a large help to him, being a new student and all, and if he could help him with this crush of his in any way possible, he wanted to!

Not to say that Cornelius was a ladies' man or anything of the sort himself, but he'd had a fair share of dates, and couldn't say that he'd ever had a crush in his life that he didn't ask out within a few weeks of meeting her. Waiting patiently, Cor absentmindedly tapped his foot to a random beat, his light brown eyes glancing over the large fountain as he stretched an arm across the back of the large bench.

Holding her notebook tightly, the Ravenclaw walked along the corridor. As she finally arrived at the Courtyard, a smirk appeared on her face. One of my favorite places at Hogwarts! Quickly scanning the place, she realized there weren’t many students around…yet. Of course, the Courtyard would probably get soon filled up with students. And then- bye bye peace and quiet, the third year thought as she took a seat on a bench.

After a few minutes, in which she just looked around, Gwen opened her notebook and flipped through the first pages, which contained drawings of Diagon Alley and King’s Cross station. Finally finding a blank page, the third year began drawing a few lines. Raising her eyes from the notebook, Gwendolyn looked at the stone column in front of her, and tried to memorize as many details as possible.

This was the place to read, Katie could feel it, she smiled and walked over to sit down, yup, peace, perfect, simply perfect, she was about to open her book when she turned to see she had accidentally sat next to someone, oops.

"Hello" Katie smiled sweetly at the boy who looked around her age, guess reading had to wait, she wasn't going to just let the boy sit there alone.

It was still here!

And the wishing fountain which seemed to grant her wish before. Erin did finish her first year with no injury or anything. She was that contented before but this time, she would ask for more. 'Trip Kurumi in front of me.' Or..'Let her eat dirty cookies.' Or 'Let Jonathan be mad at her and find comfort in the my arms.' Noooo! "Sorry. That's not what I mean," said Erin looking at the wishing fountain. She joined her two hands together, close her eyes and muttered, "If I see Jonathan Kim when I opened my eyes at this very moment, I swear to Merlin..." Before she could even finish her sentence, she made a peek on her left eye. Oh! Does she still need to throw a coin?

Walking out into the courtyard Jake sat at the first bench he found empty and Will his cat jump onto his lap. He pulled out a book and tried reading but he couldn't seem to get into it, " its such a boring day today" he said to will putting his book down and stroking Will's head. He people watched for a while hoping to catch a familiar or friendly face in the crowd.

Welcome back to Hogwarts Jonathan. He already finished unpacking his stuff and made sure that this time he took care of his things. Last year he lost a pair of socks because the boy's dorm room was well, the boy's dorm room. No one liked to clean it. At least he saw the coat he also left lying around. He felt relieved with that.

Jonathan walked towards the courtyard in the morning. It's still September, he should at least enjoy the last month of summer before it hops to his favorite season: autumn. Oh, Jonathan still needed to write letter from his parents about his arrival at Hogwarts. Victoria will go crazy if she doesn't receive a parchment from him.

Walking towards the courtyard, Jonathan notices a wishing fountain. Was this here from before? Or is the fountain new? Jonathan starred at it for awhile. He narrowed his eyes and tried recalling. He hasn't been in the courtyard that much, maybe that's why he fails to remember about the wishing fountain. NAAAWW, it's new, right? RIGHT??? Jonathan observed it for a moment. Do wishes really come true in here?

Then when he got nearer, he saw his reflection in the water. Naturally, Jonathan fixed his hair. But then he suddenly stiffened as he heard his name. Was someone talking about him? Jonathan looked around to see if anyone was there. Jonathan then moved around the fountain and saw the girl he sat next to while waiting for the Hogwarts Express. What was she doing calling his name? And he heard his complete name. He's pretty much sure, she meant him.

He looked at the girl, starred at her for awhile. Kurumi didn't know her and weren't friends with her but she knew him. She was closing her eyes as well. Is she wishing for something perhaps? Then why did he heard his name then? "By any chance did you call me?" he asked in a straight face. Call. Mention. Said. Whatever it is.

Erin opened her eyes again when she heard a soothing voice, but what the? That couldn't be? That couldn't be his voice. "I swear to Merlin," Erin muttered under her breath with all her eyes fixed to Jonathan. She moved backwards without intending to, eyes still on him. Is he just an apparition or something? Is he real? Is Erin's imagination fooling her this time? Is it night time? Did the moon came down from above? Fool! She fell. Literally, she fell down on her butt.

Aaaah! You are shameful Erin Heyman! Why would you fall in front of him? Why him? The wish came too soon. She didn't even had her deep breath yet. Called him? Called him? Yeah right. But Erin would never admit that. Never in her entire life.

Hmm.. What was just Erin doing? Whaaaat??

She saw her with Jonathan Kim just now and she discovered not too long ago that her best friend liked the sixth year. Goodness, what was happening to the world? That was why she was here, following the little brat. Gaahh, Erin knew Jonathan was with Kurumi right?

Beezus sat on a bench and continued her observation. Then she noticed that someone was also seated on the bench with her, "Do you see that girl? That's my best friend. And do you see the boy with her? She likes him but she's a second year and he's a sixth year..And he's also the boyfriend of one of my other friends!" She murmured, highly absorbed in observing.

Swear to Merlin what? Jonathan blinked as they both exchanged looks at the time. It was hard trying to figure this girl out and normally, Jonathan doesn't really find that hard to read someone. But she's just---- different... Too different.

Then Jonathan widened his eyes as he saw her tripped. From what exactly? Was there a stone somewhere else that she decided to stepped on? Jonathan breathe deeply and folded his arms. Walking up to her, he starred at her lying on the ground.

Again "By any chance did you call me?" he repeated. Wait! What was her name again? Did she ever mention it? Jonathan did remember about her playing the piano and being half.

Was all Slytherins this rude? First, at the Great Hall and now, even outside the castle? What was happening to Hogwarts?

He did walked up towards Erin but what should a man do when he saw a girl lying down on the floor, who might even get bruises? He would extend his hands to offer help so that the girl could get up with the force of his. It should be a romantic moment if he was just not too stubborn. But what the heck! Erin do liked him a lot to get distracted with his negative personalities.

Erin shook her head upon the guy's question. Then twice and then thrice. Erin shouldn't be caught. She was almost caught. Oh no! "You're the guy from the Hogwarts Express right?" asked Erin pointing towards him.

Still people watching Jake felt someone sit next to him before she spoke to him. He looked over at her she looked young second maybe third year he wasn't to sure. "huh" he said startled as he looked over where she was looking, a girl was talking to an older looking guy. "it's probably just a crush" he said to turning back to the girl "I'm sure she will find another interest soon, my little sister likes a different guy all the time."

Huh? Did someone just asked her? Beezus turned around and saw a guy next to her. Oh! Hehe. She had completely forgotten about that, she was too absorbed with looking at her best friend and Jonathan.

She sat up straight when the boy started telling her that it was just a crush. "I know it's a crush.. But." She wouldn't call Erin her best friend for nothing, the girl had guts. "It's just that.. Honestly, I don't know what to do with her. I mean, she could just like someone without a girlfriend right?" And that was when she realized she hadn't introduced herself. "Oh, I'm sorry..I'm Beezus by the way." She said while offering a handshake.

And she shook her head.

Jonathan wasn't dreaming he's sure of that. He heard someone calling his name but since she said she didn't, he'll drop it. It's not like he'll get points for forcing her to asking his question. Jonathan then leaned near the fountain and put his hands onto his pockets.

He nodded as she asked a question. So now he's the guy from Hogwarts Express? Here he thought she's the one who knows a lot about him. He starred at her again, she was still on the ground "Do you plan on sleeping there?" he smirked. "It's dirty" Jonathan added. Well he's right about it being dirty. Not that no one cleans it but it's the ground. People walk in it with their shoes and Merlin knows where else those shoes have been walked on to.

Was was he doing? Oh! He still looked gorgeous. He did what? Leaned onto the fountain?

Oh! Yeah, it's dirty in here. Erin snorted but smiled as she looked at Jonathan Kim. Smiled widely actually. "Yes, you're right," she looked at him again and grinned. "Scourgify!" Erin used her wand to clean up herself. Erin looked like a mess. She was truthfully and hopelessly embarrassed in front of Jonathan Kim.

She straightened herself and walked towards the Slytherin guy and said, "Do you somehow recognize me?" pointing at herself and waiting for the guy's facial response. She needed it at the least. Oh boy, Erin wished he did.

Jake smiled and took her hand in a handshake "Jake and this here is Will," he said pointing to the white furball on his lap. Jake looked back at the girl talking with the guy "Well I cant say much I don't know her or the boy but I'm sure he knows its a crush and if he has a girlfriend and with her being younger he might just put it off as a crush without thinking much about it." Jake looked back over to Beezus "so what year are you in? I'm guessing since you best friend is a second year so are you?" he asked her " you must care about her to be worried"

Aurora had made her way to the courtyard at the first possible moment. She loved it here, the acoustics were so beautiful and people never seemed to complain when she was practicing. And she wanted to try out her new bow. She placed her violin case on a wall and sat down, taking out the instrument and tuning it carefully before she removed the bow. Ahh... unicorn hair... it apparently made the sound far more enchanting than horse hair but, seeing as her birthday was so close to the beginning of term, she hadn't had a chance to try it out - it would have been far too boring to use it for the first time in the music room - and the courtyard was perfect. She carefully tightened it and ran the rosin up and down the length before bringing the instrument to her neck and playing a couple of notes. Wow... it really did work. She was going to ace her practical exam in December! She sat back and began to play a happy little Irish folk tune, smiling to herself.

Eino had just finished his breakfast when an owl had swooped into the Great Hall and landed in front of him. After taking the letter, feeding the owl a piece of sausage, and reading it, Eino tucked the letter in his pocket and strolled out of the Great Hall. The letter was written by his new friend, Corny, requesting his presence in the Courtyard. With some time to spare, Eino decided to go and see what Corny's intentions for the meeting was.

As Eino exited the castle, he began to regret wearing his cardigan. It was hot, but he had taken extra effort to look presentable and removing his cardigan would result in messy hair, so he would just have to bear the heat for now. He made his way down the corridor with his messenger bag bouncing and swinging behind him. Eino intended to go to the library later so he had brought some books which would save him a trip all the way up to the Ravenclaw Common Room later. As he neared the open area, he immediately saw his smiley friend sitting on one of the benches by himself. "Hellos." Eino greeted as he approached the boy.

After having seen the Duck pond somewhere on the grounds, the third year was already making a plan on how to steal one of them. But since the year had just started he knew the Professors and Prefects were extra alert for any rule breakers. So, Daichi decided to wait his *mission* for later.

But now he was bored.

He sighed heavily as his feet dragged him towards the courtyard. He loosened his Slytherin tie and ran a hand to his now blonde hair. The small angel winged earring was shining in the ray of last sun light before the winter would start. Hearing music coming from somewhere, the Slytherin turned his head in wonder who was playing. Daichi looked and saw Aurora playing a...violin?

Daichi watched for some time while she was playing and after he thought she was finished he clapped his hands. "Hey~!" he called with a wave of his hand as he stepped closer. "How long have you been playing the violin?"

Aurora had closed her eyes and was a little lost in the music - the unicorn haired bow made such a hugely wonderful difference to the quality of the sound that she hadn't wanted to stop, but he song had come to an end and then there was... clapping? She opened her eyes and blinked in surprise. "Oh, hey Daichi!" she said, smiling as she put her violin to rest on her knee. "Oh um... since I was about four? So about ten years." she replied, grinning sheepishly. Sure, she had only just been able to hold up the tiny violin back then but her father had insisted. She was glad about it though; she absolutely adored the instrument. "Got a new bow though. Makes a big difference." She waved the bow around slightly - noticing the slight shimmer, one that was not present in a horse hair bow. "Anyway, how are you? Good summer?" Then... "Wait... you look different."

Daichi's mouth dropped a little when she said she had been playing for about ten years. She was a fourth year now right? sooo... She was four when she started playing!What was she? A violin prodigy?! What had he been doing when he was four? Oh right! going to the scariest place on earth, AKA the hospital for he had fallen off the swing~

Closing his mouth , Daichi took a seat next to her and looked at the violin. He didn't understand much about the whole bow thing and he chuckled when she waved it around. "So the new bow is better or not?" he asked as he tilted his head to the side.

"Oh! my summer was really good!" he smiled, his eyes twinkling a little. "I finally convinced my dad in to colouring my hair blonde" he grinned as he pointed at his styled hair. "And get earrings look~!" He held his head to the side to show her the silver little wings and then laughed his usual high pitched laugh when he heard the last statement. "How was your summer?"

"Different?" he asked while laughing. Okay, so he had changed ALOT. His black hair was gone, he had earrings, his fashion style was a bit better but right now he was in the school uniform and to top it off, he had grown quiet a bit over the summer. "I guess so..." He finally answered. "Kurumi and Jonathan didn't recognize me at first" he chuckled. "Actually, i still think Jonathan doesn't know who i am~! He thinks i'm a transfer student named Aedan" he shook his head, still not knowing that his own mind game was being played against his own for Jonathan already knew who he was.

Ah, he was so naive~

Aurora started chuckling slightly when Daichi's jaw dropped. "I wasn't very good when I started." she said, "Nothing to be impressed about - I just had good tutors, that's all." Especially Xavier, her current tutor, he was so much more enthusiastic than her last tutor and she loved him. "Anyway, I have my grade eight exam in December." she added, plucking a couple of notes.

"The new bow is faaarrrr better!" she said. "It's strung with Unicorn hair instead of horse hair and it makes the sound a lot smoother, hang on." She took her other bow from her case - always good to have a spare - a horse hair bow, this one, and struck out a note. Sure, it sounded good, but when she picked up her unicorn hair bow and played the same note it sounded... a lot more... well... nicer. It was difficult to explain with words. "See?" she said, replacing the horse hair bow.

Aurora nodded, "Hmm, evidently." she said, smiling. "I like it, it suits you." she said, reaching over to ruffle it. Mostly to annoy him, but he was cute! "And so do they." Aurora put her hand to her own ears to make sure her earrings were still there - out of habit, she lost earrings on a regular basis. Yup, both there. "Summer was mostly fabulous, actually. I went to Disney World." Which was wonderful!

"Oh yes, rather a lot." Though he still had the cute Daichi-face - she wasn't actually going to say that, it might embarrass him or something. "I'm sure Jonathan knows exactly who you are." she said, knowing that the older Slytherin was anything but stupid, and if even Aurora - who was highly unobservant when she had a violin in her hands - could recognise Daichi then he surely could.

Cornelius kindly greeted the girl who sat beside him on the bench as she said hello to him, happy to meet someone new but also realizing that he was there to meet his friend Eino. But he didn't want to just ask her to leave! He didn't want to be rude, and he honestly wanted to speak with this nice girl. He began to explain that he was there to meet someone, and expressed his hope that they could meet somewhere else at another time. When she left, he had made plans to see her again at a different time.

Cornelius was looking up at the sky at the time Eino made his entrance, his light brown eyes scanning the clouds with mild interest, his thoughts elsewhere. As he heard footsteps approaching, immediately followed by a greeting from a familiar voice, he looked over and greeted his friend with a warm smile. "Eino!" Sitting up straight, the Ravenclaw uncrossed his arms from over his chest and gestured to the rest of the bench for Eino to take. "We didn't get the chance to discuss this lady friend of yours," he announced first thing, his motives becoming clearer as he flashed the more serious Ravenclaw another grin, seeming rather amused with his own blatant-ness. "You nearly suffocate me at the feast, and you give me no details!"

He sat up a little more straight, turning to Eino and clearing his throat, bringing both of his hands up to either side of his face as though focusing in on the person before him. "Okay, tell your tale. I'm ready!" Leave it to Cornelius to greet the boy and then immediately ask for his personal love story.

Eino knew exactly what Cornelius was going to do when he saw him. First he was going to smile, then continue smiling, and finally ask him to join him. He returned the smile, although not nearly as big and bright as the ones he had received, and sat next to the boy. What he did not expect was Cornelius' questioning of and eagerness to hear about Sierra! He placed his bag by his feet as slowly as possible in attempts to stall an answer, but once that was done he turned back to the boy. He could play dumb and pretend he didn't know what he was talking about or come up with some sudden reason as to why he had to leave, but he didn't. He wanted to talk about her. He wanted to tell the whole school about her, if he could.

"I believe that the things that were left unsaid were the ones that spoke the loudest." Eino's nervousness, covering Cornelius' mouth, thinking he was blind, all of that. "I do apologize for that, that was awfully rude, but I would like to request permission to share the blame with my hands. I hardly recall intending to do that." Eino said apologetically, looking from the boy to his hands, then back. He wasn't exactly sure what Cornelius wanted to hear or why he wanted to hear about Sierra. Eino didn't think it was quite as interesting, but rather embarrassing that she caused him to behave so strangely. Well, admittedly, Eino did act strangely on his own, but Sierra's presence only worsened that behavior.

Arabella-Marie wandered into the courtyard after coming back up from the qudditch pitch after signing up for tryouts which she was looking forward to to and smiled to herself, she saw a young ravenclaw girl sitting drawing and made her way over to her and said "Hey what are you drawing"
