Selena immediately stood from the ground when she saw Kent. YAAAAY. Hair cutting time. Beaming from ear to ear, Selena waved hello to the Slytherin Prefect. "HEEELLLOOOOO Young Grasshopper!!!" Selena exclaimed, taking another bite of her chocolate bar and finishing off the rest of it. She couldn't eat and cut hair at the same time... well... she could, but she didn't want hair in her chocolate.

"Are you ready?! Do you wanna hold Kent? Or Clarke? You have to be careful with Clarke though, or he might start barking," Selena said, bouncing up and down as she smiled and continued to bounce up and down.

HAIR CUTTING. She hadn't done it since last term when she helped Emma cut her hair. And Selena knew the scissors MISSED being used.

Kennedy chuckled. He had a feeling the nickname Young Grasshopper was going to stick to him, hehe. He looked at the chocolate, but it was gone. He hasn't eaten all day due to a disturbance. Maybe he'll go get something to eat when Selena was done cutting his hair.

"I t-think," he said, nodding. His eyes were still on the scissors. He stood up and went to sit on a chair, he didn't want to get hair all over the couch. "How long have you been in the hair cutting business?" he asked.

He was ready now...kind of.

Gulp.

Selena patted his head and placed Kent and Clare on his lap. Because y'know, she didn't want his hair covering the two creatures. "Make sure they don't get covered in hair," Selena said, snipping the scissors in the air again. Hehe... they made a pretty sound. She totally needed a soundtrack for this moment. Like... Frankenstein music or something cool.

"I cut Emma's hair last year.... and..." Selena thought about it for a moment. "Yup. That was it. Do you want some chocolate?" Selena asked.

Because it would TOTALLY make him feel better. Especially if the haircut turned out bad... then he'd be too hyped up on sugar to notice. Selena dropped a few chocolate frogs on his lap, ignoring the fact that Clarke had probably been bonked with one on the head and was now upset. "Do you want me to give you a mohawk or something?" Selena added, poking his hair with her finger. SHE WAS GONNA CUT HAIR.

YAY.

Mikey looked up at the girl. "Don't apologise.." he replied. She had nothing to apologise for.

After having that long sleep in his cozy bed, Jonathan decided to sit around the common room for awhile. Wow, being in the sixth year sure does have a lot of vacant. Unlike last year where he had to really have to push himself to wake up early or sleep late because of the amount of studying he had to do for his OWLs. But now that he has finally finished it, sixth year doesn't have that much to do. In fact this has been the most relaxed year he has ever been in.

Jonathan took a seat in one of the couches near the fireplace. Nice and warm. The dungeons is especially not the nicest place to be in during the cold winter days. Even with the fireplace, it was still freezing cold. They're under a lake for crying out loud. Salazar Slytherin could have at least found a better common room for them to stay in.

Lucky Hufflepuffs. Their common rooms is probably the most cozy of all. What's more, it's next to the kitchen. DOUBLE SCORE!

Jonathan stretch his legs while sitting down. He was still yawning from that log sleep. He feels like a bear again, hibernating like the good ol' days. Lovely... Well, sooner or later they'll have to pack there things anyway. It will be, after all, the winter vacation. Now, Jonathan can't wait for that.

He stared blankly into the fire.

Ariana walked down into the common room with her light blanket over her shoulder's she didnt have class for a few more hours so she'll just hang around here for a few. she went and layed on a couch & realized she wasnt alone."oh, Good morning!." Ariana said to he boy, who looked a lot older than her

Kennedy nodded, but remembered to stay still. The last thing he needed was to have uneven hair. He slightly flinched when he heard the scissors snap again. Oh gosh.

"Yes, I'd love some chocolate," he said, thankful that she asked. Maybe that'll help him be less nervous. The only person he allowed to touch his hair was his barber, but he was ALL the way across the pond and a few more miles west. "Did she like her haircut?" he asked. If this Emma liked the way Selena cut her hair then it shouldn't be that bad, right?

RIGHT?

He quickly picked up a chocolate frog and took a huge bite of it while he gently petted Kent. "No...just a shorter version of this?" he said. "But not too short," he said. He did not want a mohawk, he's mom would kill him and if not, she'd reprimand him for DAYS.

Alexia arrived in the common room, she thought that the couch near the fireplace was a nice place to relax, but there were students not far from the place she wanted. She approached them and asked "Hi, could I sit here?", pointing to the empty couch. Then she looked at them, waiting for the response.

Hehehe... scissors were shiny. "Remember, if you move, Clarke might start chewing on your shoes, he's half asleep now," Selena said in a sing song voice as she dropped some chocolate frogs onto the seat. Yup. He was set. Selena was going to cut his hair now.

"Of course Emma liked it! You can ask her later," Selena said, as she was about to cut off a chunk of hair. He was distracting her with his questions! Insane person. "Now, how was your day?" Selena asked, smiling brightly with a gleam in her eyes.

She was cutting HAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIR.

On a PERSON.

This was so much fun. Selena could hear the snip snip of her scissors as she started to trim his hair. Pity he didn't want to be bald... it would've been fun...

"sure thing." ariana said with a nod.

Zhenya walked into the Slytherin Common room with Raven and flopped down into one of two free chairs in front of the fire.

"hopefully the heat from the fire will help get rid of any cold air in your lungs," Zhenya said to her friend.

Brr... spending her time outside (especially at the lake) in Winter day was not a good idea for her health. Raven quickly walked back to Slytherin common room to warm up herself. Luckily she had a nice friend who care with her.

She sat at a chair in front of the fire which had been prepared by Zhenya.

"Thanks." she said. "Actually I'm okay. Don't worry." she smiled.

"Oh, good," Zhenya said. She didn't want her friend to be sick.

"Uh, I got a letter from Dima. He said my parents want to have another child!" she said. She was happy to have a little brother or sister, but she wasn't sure what would happen if they did.

Raven took her flask and paper cup from her bag. Luckily she still had hot chocolate. She poured it to her paper cup and sipped it. Hmmm....

"Another child? So you will be an elder sister? Good." she said. But.. sometimes was not good at all. Avian was very annoying brother but sometimes she missed him. Huuhh... She realized that Avian would go to school this year.

"Do you want to have a brother or sister? Maybe a sister, because a brother was soooo annoying!"

Zhenya giggled, she had heard how annoying Avian was. "But he isn't coming here so you won't have to put up with him. Um... I think I want a little sister," she said happily. Yes, that would be cute! Not a brother, because then she wouldn't know what to do with it.

Raven just smiled.

"But I do miss him. Avian is my partner for playing basketball." she said. She loooved basketball! She never played again since she was in Hogwarts. She didn't know if she could play basketball again because of asthma attack.

"So.. maybe you will be 12 or 13 years older than her? Wow.." then she sipped her hot chocolate again.

"Thirteen years older! Wow, I'll be so old when they are still young!" she said, suddenly deciding this might not be a good idea. "But I will be the best big sister ever!" Yes she definitely would.

"Oh what's basketball? Is that where they tackle each other and try to kick balls?" she asked. That was the only muggle sports she had seen.

"Noo.. That's soccer." she said. "Basketball was quite similar with Quidditch. But no brooms. You dribble the ball, then threw it to the basket. That's my favorite sport beside Quidditch." she explained. Growing in muggle community made she knew some muggle things.

"I'm sure you will be a good sister." She smiled. Zhenya was very kind as her friend, so she didn't doubt if she could be a good sister too.

Zhenya frowned, "Dribble? What?" like a baby? She shook her head, no surely not...

Then she smiled, "Thanks Raven! I'll definitely try my best to be the best sister ever!"

Raven scratched her head. "Well.. It's hard to explained it to you because I don't have the ball." said her confused. She wanted to show her how to dribble a ball but that's impossible since she didn't have the ball.

"I'm so glad if you will have a younger sibling soon." she smiled. Suddenly she felt strange, her head was painful. She touched her forehead if she had a fever or not.

Zhenya frowned and sat up very quickly. "Raven What is it?" she asked, trying to stay calm.

She got on her knee and shuffled towards her best friend, "Are you okay? Did the nurse give you anything to keep on you like a potion or something?" she asked. Then she thought it was quite warm where they were sitting. It was a lovely warm but might not be good if she had a fever. "Want to move to the cooler side of the common room?" she asked.

"I'm okay.." said her while she still held her head.

It's very painful! What's wrong? She lied to Zhenya because she didn't want to see her worried again.

"I think.. I'm just tired." then she stood up. "Maybe I need to take a rest for a while. I want to sleep at the dorm. Bye Zhenya.." then she walked to the dorm.

Zhenya watched as her friend walked up to the dorms. She didn't believe that she wasn't sick or anything, because of what had happened at the Balloon party.

She turned back to face the fire and closed her eyes to rest them.

Angelina walked down from her dorm to relax in the common room. She isn't ever really down here ever, so she thought that maybe she could just try getting use to it. She never is down here because she felt like a loner, all her friends where in different houses.

As she headed down she decided to sit on the couch but saw that the once near the fireplace was occupied at one end. She walked over with a little smile and asked the girl sitting there, "Can I join you?" She looked a little fimiliar but it might just be because she seems her around Hogwarts alot and is in the same house.

Zhenya, whose eyes had been closed, was startled when a girl she had seen around a few times asked if she could join. She opened her eyes and smiled, and said "Hi! Sure can, my friend just left. Best seats in the common room."

Then she thought about whether they had actually properly introduced eachother. She couldn't recall so she said, "I know I've seen you around and spoken to you, but I'm Zhenya! I'm not sure if we have properly introduced yet," she said.
