Upon entering the Healing Tent, you come upon a tall, wooden podium with a sign attached to the front of it (Yes, the one from the hospital check in area). "Check-in Area for Patients," the sign reads, alerting you to the fact that Healer Tillstorm wishes for you to document your medical condition in the book spread out across the top of the podium. It's already opened to the next available page, so go ahead and grab the provided quill and sign in. This way, Healer Tillstorm is sure to not miss anyone, and all those injured can be properly seen and tended to.

The Rules:

1. Regardless of your character's health condition, all general rules and guidelines still apply.
   
2. You may check-in in character or out of character (if your character's condition is too severe), so please utilize the thread even if your character is in serious condition.
   
3. You MUST completely fill out the following form and post it in this thread to be seen by the healer. You'll only need to post in this thread once for each visit.
   
4. After filling out the form and posting it in here please wait until Healer Tillstorm (The1HBIC) calls you to the healing area to post again. I will edit your post here letting you know it is your turn to be seen next. If you post in the healing tent thread before you are called back your post will be deleted.
   
5. Once you have been called to the healing area you may post here, so keep an eye on your post.
   
6. If you do not respond within 36 hours after you have been called on, your post will be deleted. You will have to re-post your injury and go to the end of the queue (line) if you still want your charrie treated.
   
7. Absolutely NO chatting allowed in this thread!
