Large quantities of food are spread before you. Whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the Hogwarts' house elves are the best in the world. The food is superb and the company is as well.

The house poem, penned by All4oliverwood:

Get up off of your seats
Ready for some fun?
You ain't seen nothin' yet
For this years just begun
Friends are rollin' in
It's faces old and new
Nothing comes between us
Dear Gryffindors be true
Outside of the castle
Ready for things to fly
Lions are soaring strong
In a game that's do or die
On this autumn night
Near the crimson fireplace
Solid friendships forming
People so full of grace
Rockin' the competition
In a race for the house cup
Doing everything we can
Earning points to keep us up
Reeling for a win
Us Lions gettin' it done
Loyality guiding us through

William came to the Gryffindor table. What happend to Fee? Why is Witsy still not coming back to HogWarts? Why did I ever see in Minerva? She has too many crazy friends who were William's but turned in him in a minute. William needs to eat something right now.

Nessie walked into the Great Hall and plopped down on an empty seat. She stared blankly at the food sitting in front of her. She wasn't very hungry. She reached over the table and picked up a roll. She started picking at it, occasionally eating a bit.

'What a year.' She thought to herself. She laughed humorlessly. The year was winding down and she had practically lost everything. Pixxi. Her god mother. Everything. Pixxi still refused to talk to her, her god mother found a husband and her grades were slipping. Everything was falling apart. A silent tear slipped down her cheek. She quickly wiped it away hoping no one noticed.

Helga sat in her usual place at the House table, but Helga got bored of her routine. Every morning she awoke at six am, brushed her hair, cleaned her teeth, put on her robes and then went to breakfast.
