As he sauntered on into the classroom, Paulie hooked his thumbs behind the straps of his backpack and looked around at the seats. It was difficult to recognize the people who had their backs to him. His eyes traveled to the professor's desk, but no one was in sight. Huh. Maybe she wouldn't show..? Doubtful. Highly doubtful. Not really having a preference as to where he sat, the fifth year walked a few paces over to a nearby swivel-chair and shrugged his bag onto the ground before taking a seat. |

"Hey, Kennedy." she said, taking out her wand and conjuring her favourite green and silver ribbons to tie back her hair. |

Victoria walked into the DADA classroom cautionsly. It's the Defense Against the Dark Arts class, anything could happen! It doesn't hurt to be careful. After entering the unfamiliar classroom, Victoria examined around the place, making notes in her mind of everything in the room. It is quite a curious room. It's DADA, but looks...fancy....seriously...glass tables? At least they look like glass. "Good day professor." greeted Victoria politely, remembering her manners. She slowly took a seat on an empty chair, thinking about what they're going to learn today. |

Seeing Cassie preparing for the lesson, Marilyn stood, moving into the isle. Josh was still making his way through the seats, the wobble more noticeable in his upper body. It was painfully obvious that the heels were killing his feet...The Gryffindor was being a trooper, though...and Marilyn felt compelled to give him some credit. Some... Seeing him step directly into her line of sight...and the cameras, she aimed the lens. *shutter sound* CLICK...FLASH |
Bag slung over her shoulder and hair tied back in a tight pony, Kurumi made her way into the DADA classroom eager to finally have a proper lesson. She missed the days when Headmaster Tate had taught the subject. Now THOSE were really lessons and not some hodgepodge assignment assigned by a man who never stepped foot into the school for the school for the entire term. Still, Kurumi was not too pleased about this new woman's beside manner as had been displayed on the announcement board. Honestly. Didn't even go into what all they should bring or needed. Head hanging a bit, Kurumi walked into the room and heard the clicking of what sounded like heels, and she squeaked loudly. MERLIN! She was late wasn't she? Her head snapped up to see that the heels did not belong to Professor No-Bedside-Manner...but to Josh. "J-J-Josh?!" she stammered as her gaze flicked between his face and the shoes that, well, looked utterly ridiculous on his feet. "W-W-Why?" All thoughts about getting to her seat were now temporarily removed. Josh was in heels... |
Carter followed Kurumi into the classroom. He was glad the Prefect knew where she was going. He hadn't checked his schedule that morning, he just figured he'd follow someone and hope he ended up in class. Mission accomplished. He stopped behind her and blinked at the sight that she was looking at. He snickered. "That's a nice look for you mate." he said with a smirk. Silly Josh. He must have lost a bet to Evelyn or something. |

"Hey, can I sit with you guys?" she asked quickly. At hearing herself talk, sheq quickly the three an icy glare, daring them to laugh at the side affects of her recently acquired cold. "And don't say a thing about my voice...I have the sniffles..." she warned them, her eyebrows raised. Since being sick, she was feeling a lot more generous lately. Hmph. |

Phew. He saw as Aurora's things just appeared...like poof out of thin air. "Hey..." he said, distracted by it all. Now THAT was skills right there. "Cool," he whispered. How come his wand didn't do that, eh? |

Arabella-Marie looked about at her fellow classmates and sighed some of the younger students were chatting and she knew that they could end up losing there house points if the professor was to enter the classroom now |
Pam walked into the classroom, really excited for class to start. This is one of the classes that she was eagerly looking forward to. |
Was Rafe late? He kind of jogged into class and looked around and saw other students filing in. Now, he could breathe. Oh, Defense Against the Dark Arts! Rafe could really care less about the Defense Against part. But, this was Hogwarts...not Durmstrang, so things were definitely different and a bit more strict. Oh well, he couldn't really complain. It was his last term after all. He was curious what the lesson would be about. Hopefully, it would be something interesting. Rafe hated the idea of falling asleep and snoring in the middle of class (it had been known to happen.) He took a seat near the back and could noticed a few familiar faces. |
Tom entered the DADA classroom, glancing at the glass table on his way past but not thinking anything of it other than it was a glass table. He quietly made his way to a vacant chair. Sure, Defence Against the Dark Arts sounded cool in principle, but not when you were two years behind the other third years. If they were asked to 'duel', as Tom had heard it being called, he wouldn't have a leg to stand on. Unless they were allowed to fight like muggles.. But, with a name like Defence Against the Dark Arts it was unlikely. Subdued and somewhat melancholy, he slipped into a chair, not really taking any notice of the shenanigans going on with Josh, Cassie and a pair of heels. He sighed. Hogwarts, so far, was a pretty lonely place. |
Ryan entered the classroom and found a seat to sit on.He thought to himself this class will be fun |

Turning in her seat she waved the boy to join her. Awwww. He looked so DOWN. No need in all that. NONE AT ALL. Lexi was here. Mhm. |

SAMMY WAS PUMPED FOR THIS! OWL Year, that means focus. And concentration. And-ARE THOSE SPINNY CHAIRS?! :whaa: Sammy basically ran to get a chair. She looooooooved spinny chairs. Yeah so much for that focus. Once she had spun around on her chair a couple of times, clinging to her bag so nothing fell out of it, she noticed something. Everyone was talking. But you weren't supposed to talk too much before class. She could remember her first Charms lesson, she got told off at, big time. And the teacher hadn't been too impressed. SO she decided to be a good little one and sit there quietly. Spinning on her spinny chair. Some other things she noticed as she slowly spinned around was that there was a table that looked like it was made of glass, that couldn't be good. SHe slowed down her spinning further now because she had managed to SMARTLY get herself dizzy. Took out her notebook, even though she really wanted it to be a practical lesson, and WAITED. |

Rose was excited for DADA. She walked into the almost full class and looked around for a seat. She hoped that she would sit next to someone friendly. Rose couldn't wait for the lesson to start. She wanted to make small talk with the other students so she could make some friends, but decided aganist it. She didn't want to lose any points for her house. She waited patiently for the class to start. |
SPOILER!!: Josh? As she was walking to the defense against the dark arts classroom, she couldn't help but wonder just how many professors they'd had over the course of seven years. It was like almost every class was cursed, and flying was just naturally cursed 'cause they had Vinny as a their professor. Yet as she made her way into the classroom, Evelyn was far from expecting to see her boyfriend standing their in shorts and...heels. This...this was Josh right? Then again, how could she mistake him for anyone else? "Josh?" What... What was he doing!? She was too surprised to see him there like that, that she completely forgot to hide her Head Girl badge. Heck, she forgot they were in a classroom! Quote:
o____O! Seeing the flash, Evelyn whipped her gaze on over to the owner, narrowing her eyes some. Or a lot. Oh who was she kidding, right now, she was shooting daggers at Marilyn. Was she behind this?! Evelyn could always use another camera. She kept losing hers for the yearbook. |

Nikolas made his way to the DADA classroom, he knew this year he had OWLs and he needed to concentrate very hard in each single class. Which of course was a torture. He entered into the classroom, and looked over the teacher's desk but there was no teacher. Uhh..okay. He raised an eyebrow and continue on to find a seat. The classroom was already with students many, many students. There was some people he had seen around the corridors but he didn't actually knew. Oh well, he sat down in a vacant chair and dropped his bag beside him. The professor was coming right? He was positive about it, but still he had hope she or he would not show up. Hopefully. |
