Plopping down on the big overstuffed chair by the fire Mikey rubs his full belly,propping his feet up he sit back and waits for people to start rolling in

Izzie walks into the common room with her arms full of books and luggage. She was glad that she had shrunk her trunk, but she could NEVER do that to her precious books. Unfortunately she had so many that she could not entirely see where she was going. It was too bad, because she could not see her feet and proceeded to stumble as she walked through the room. "Umm, hello?" she called out, unable to see if anyone was there behind her books. "I have got to find a place to put these down so I can find my room" she said to herself. "I am so lost, I hope I'm in the right place..."

Popping his head around the side of the fat chair " Well if you got this far. You must be in the right place"pointing down the left tunnel " Why dont you go ditch your stuff and when more people show up we will get a little party going ... I am Mikey "

Belle look around the common room, it was nice to be back here and she took the seat by the fire and relaxed. Belle just loved Hogwarts soo much. She wondered what the lessons were gonna be like this year

Isobel walked in to the common room, in the process of having a mini panic attack. She had been walking around the grounds, seeing the familiar sights and breathing in the air. Then she had walked t by to see who had signed up for Quidditch tryouts...big mistake. Just thinking about it had given her a mini panic attack. She looked around frantically, looking for someone to talk to. When she saw Mikey she rushed over and plopped down in a chair next to him. "Hi," she said, and her voice gave away that she was having a mini panic attack.

Maybelle walked into the common room, looking for someone to talk to could be difficult. But, never-the-less she found Isobel. Walking over to her she sat down. "Bonjour Isobel." Maybelle said happily. She really wanted to be nice this year...for some reason.

Giving a wave from his fat chair " hey Isobel we grabed some junk from the kitchen and are trying to get a bit of a shin dig going are you up for it " tossing her a bottle of butter beet to see if her Quiditch quick reflexes would kick her back in to the here and now

Maggie was a little overwhelmed and unsure where to go. She overheard one of the boys she had talked to at the feast tell another first year to take the tunnel on the left. Picking up her stuff, she followed the girl to their dorm.

Isobel looked up and saw Maybelle talking to her. Bonjour? Maybelle was not French, she didn't deserve to say Bonjour, that's what Isobel always said. "Hola Maybelle," she said with a small smile, it was all she could muster in the middle of her mini panic attack.

And when Mikey threw something at her she screeched and hit it out of the air with her hand. Then she looked at it and was glad it was closed. She smiled sheepishly and picked it up. "Sorry, I wasn't paying attention." Yeah, she had been having a mini panic attack.

Maybelle looked at Isobel. "Are you alright?" She asked, maybe she saw the Hufflepuff tryouts... "Is it something to do with Quidditch? Ms. Capitan". She said, trying to make her smile.

Maybelle looked at the chair next to Isobel. Ooh, someone to talk to. "Hello." She greeted the boy. "I'm Maybelle...Anne Ozera...just in case you didn't know..." She said, jokingly.

grinning at her " Hey but quick as ever "pulling out his wand "accio butter beer " catching the bottle as it pops out from under a table on the outher side of the room,tossing it to her again " to taking the cup " raising his own bottle to her

Isobel gave Maybelle a wry smile. "I just looked at the Quidditch sign up sheet and I realized I had to test all those people, and decide which ones get on the team." And she had a mini panic attack.

Isobel smiled at Mikey. This time she was prepared and caught the bottle he tossed her. She grinned and touched her bottle against his. "To taking it out from under their noses." She was sad because Jake was gone, and afraid they were going to fail without him. She would practice a lot and work the newbies hard. They could win if they set their minds to it.

Seeing the weight of somthing writen all over her face.Mikey hold up his bottle of Butterbeer and sips to her toast.wipeing the foam from his lips he looks to Isobel "My Dad is a medic,he is also in the U.S, Army Reserves,I think he has a great out look on teams and team work .....He says you might ony have 7 on your Team that you can see but in fact it is the 8th team member that is your best man person, they will be the one that carries you when you think every thing is lost," jerking his thumb toward the Puff Quditch sign up sheet "Yea i signed up because I am apart of this house,If I dont make tha list of 7 that you write down I am still the 8th man " giving her a wink and a tip of his butter beer " too the 8th man player

Maybelle smiled at Isobel. "Well, obviously you'll make the right decisions...I'm sure of it." She said all full of optimism. Then, Maybelle looked at Mikey. "Yeah, most people call me Maybelle...well except for Isobel's brother, Jake Newman...he calls me Maybelleina...but he only has permission for a nickname." She said. "Maybelle Anne Ozera is my whole name...it's nice to meet you Mikey." She said catching the butterbeer that he had just tossed to her.

"So calling you May O is out " pulling up a cushion in case any thing came flying his way " just kidding just kidding peeking out over the top of the pillow

Janice saw that all the girls went to the left tunnel, and the boys to the right. So, she followed a girl to the left tunnel while dragging her luggage

Maggie turned to look over her shoulder and saw another girl dragging her bags, she smiled at her. "Hi."

Ronnie came into the common room and recgonzied a boy that she met last here....oh boy...what was his name again. Something with an M...She walked over and sat down on a chair near his. "Hey! How was your summer." She smiled at him thinking hard over what it could be...

She readjusted and tucked her legs underneath her in the chair giving her self another 2 inches of height. "Mine was boring as always, never anything fun to do." She told him thinking about her summer.

Izzie smiled. Good, at least I made it to my common room. Wow, there's quite a few people here now. This is exciting. she thought to herself. She jumped a little when she heard the older boy introduce himself. "Oh, hi." she said blushing a little. "You can call me Izzie. I'm new, but I guess you could tell huh? Are we really having a party?" She walked over to the desk in the corner and put her books down. She could put them away later, for now she just wanted to look around and get to know people. She would be "stuck" with these people for a year at lthe very least, so she figured that she had better at least try to be friendly. Outgoing was not her strong suit.

Nessie walked in nervously and a bit shyly. She took a chair and hoped she would see somone she knew soon. She didn't want to start sitting there all by herlsefas she would start thinking about what had happend, which could make her cry. Nessie shook her head trying to erase all thoughts. She then started to play around with her fingers and tried to look normal.

Daisy walked into the Hufflepuff common room, looked around and flopped onto the first sofa she came to, next to another first year girl.
'Hi,' she yawned, trying hard to stay awake 'I'm Daisy.' Daisy kicked her shoes off and curled up into a ball on the sofa, poking herself to stay awake.

Oakey saw Renesmee sitting alone in one of the the chairs kind of staring off into space. She didn't seem to happy either. Oakey would NOT allow this. He took the seat opposite her and spoke rather loudly. "NESSIE?!" she didn't seem to notice."Hey Nessie! What's up with you?" He came to realize that she was probably still thinking about her friend. Oakey frowned at the thought that his luck might have caused this. Maybe it was his fault that Harvey was now in St.Mungo's recovering from his accident too.


Oakey was startled by Daisy he had not seen her there on the couch until he heard the loud yawn coming from it. "Daisy?!" he said catching his breath. "You freaked me out. How long have you been there?"

Nessie was trying so hard to erase all her thoughts that she didn't realise Oakey was trying to speak to her."Sorry I was just erm.. daydreaming." said Nessie trying to think quick of an excuse she didn't want Oakey to worry. "Um.. So how is everything?" said Nessie wanting to catch up with Oakey as they never managed to on the train.

"Hi Thats a really pretty name. Im Renesmee, Renesmee Dixon but you can call me Ness or Nessie for short." said Nessie glad she had some company. She really hated sitting on her own especially at this sort of time.

'Hi,' she yawned again to Oakey, 'I've not been here long and not staying long either, I'm so t-ii-re-d.' She failed to stifle another yawn and turned to Renesmee.

'You have a really pretty name too,' Daisy smiled 'are you looking forward to this year? I am loads..' she said. Daisy was glad to meet a girl, who she would be sharing a dorm with - as she had met mainly Hufflepuff boys.
