Salander strolls into Divinations then stops short by the door. He doubles back looking at the corridor then back at the classroom. He seems to be doing this often it was weirding him out. Last time he thought he found himself in a flower shop, this time round he was wondering how he ended up in the library, specially he promised himself he would never go back there if he could help it.

He spots the Divinations Professor waiting at the front of the class "Hello Ms Bishop!" he greeted her a little too cheerfully, then sits himself by his usual corner at the front of the class, nothing to obstruct his view.

'Good day, Professor', Gwen greeted as she walked in the classroom. She then took a seat and looked around. Eh... why does this place look like the library? I wonder what these are about..., the girl thought and tried reading the name of one of the books. Why can't I read it? Odd... Only one more thing- how in the world could books help us in Divination? Are these here for the lesson or is there no more room in the library? Hmm..?

Presley skipped into divination, and immediately noticed the books. The shelves were filled with them, just like the library. She grinned. Were they supposed to predict what was inside the books? "Hello Professor!" She greeted, and skipped to a seat near Gwen. "Mind if I sit here" she asked.

Savannah senses difference immediately when she walked in to the classroom. But what it was she could not tell. Divination is okay, it's pretty interesting but she always have trouble interpreting the shapes. First it looked like a dragon then it looked like a baby. Savannah can never get a correct reading.

"Good morning professor."
Savannah greeted the professor. She has watched her manners more carefully now.

Janice skipped into the classroom, but something stopped her. The class was different.
"Hello, Professor!"
And took a seat.

Penny walked into the Divination class, it looked slightly odd today, trying to figure out what is different..

"Good Morning Professor Bishop", looking at the professor... then walking down to take a seat at one of the two-person tables and taking out her supplies for class..

What about the books?, Gwen wanted to ask. Honestly now, what will we be doing with them today. Predicting our future when looking at the covers? That seems a bit... silly? While thiking about this, the young Ravenclaw heard a voice near her. She immediatley recognized it. 'Of course not', the girl said grinning. Why would I mind?

Selina walked into Divination and looked around the room. She had a real sense of comfort in this classroom now since her experience in the Common Room. Out of habit she placed her hand on her left shoulder where the newest addition of the blue DS was ingrained on her skin. Once she made her way toward the desk of Professor Bishop she beamed at the Professor and said, "Good morning Professor." It was the most sincere Selina had ever been about a good morning in Divination. Because it was actually a good morning. Her mind was no longer so cloudy about all of her issues. Bishop knew that and the unspoken thank you that Selina sent to her Professor she hoped the woman could receive.

Marching into the classroom, Thea's fierce stubbron kitty Maleficent followed her. Raising her hand and smiling at the Professor, Thea went to take a seat.
'I'm sorry Professor, Maleficent won't leave me alone..' She ran her fingers through her hair. Maleficent was irritating at sensing things.. hopefully Professor Bishop would tell her she had to get rid of the cat. Sense that Maleficent..

Divination!

Even though Helena knew that she was a natural disaster at this subject, since the... reading-the-future thing couldn't quite be learned from a book, she started liking this class. You know. No deadly plants that wanted to eat students, no professor that made them turn cats into hats, no smelly potions... it was relaxing and nice. Hehe.

She also missed the flowers as she entered the classroom, since a lot of books seemed to have taken their places. "Hello, professor," Helena gave her a smile, and then walked to her usual seat, somewhere in the front.

Maria stepped into the classroom and nodded politely at Professor Bishop. She sighed and sat down in a random seat.

Destiny, polyjuiced as Evelyn, made her way up the steps to the Divination classroom. She thought, since she wasn't in her own body, the trek up them would have been a lot easier. Merlin, was she wrong! It actually seemed worse and a few times she swore her legs weren't cooperating with her.

Either that, or she was just really, really hungry. She didn't know.

But, once she stepped in the classroom, none of that mattered. She'd soon be in a seat and she didn't think Professor Bishop had any food laying around. Oh well. Glancing around the room, since it seemed everything looked different through Evelyn's eyes, Destiny!Evelyn took notice of the books on the shelves. And it was time to BE Evelyn.

"I LIKE books! I LIKE to read! I'm Evelyn Flores!"

With that, she plopped herself down in the closest seat and began unpacking her things from her bag.

Evelyn was self conscious the whooooole trek up to the seventh floor and to the divination classroom. Mostly because she kept trying to pull down her SHORT hair, as if that would make it any longer. Not to mention she was keeping a close eye on Destiny to make sure she didn't do anything to make her look stupid.

...Well, at least ninety percent of the walk up to the divination class was alright.

Heaving a relieved sigh as they made it to the classroom, Evelyn (who was polyjuiced as Destiny) adjusted her bag as usually, getting ready to drop it on the ground at whatever table they chose, when she heard her. It. Destiny. HER! She...

Stare.

Mouth agate in shock, Evelyn!Destiny didn't even notice the books or the weird change in the classroom. She just stared at Destiny. Or....herself. She stared at her. That is, before she covered her face in embarrassment and hastily made her way over to a table in the BACK, dragging Destiny...herself...with her. Yea, Destiny sat down already, but she was moving again! For the love of Merlin, could she make it anymore worse?! "Just...don't talk." Ever. Please.

"do you mind if I sit here?' Willaim asked the girl, " my name is William Starr' he introduced himself to the girl. " If not, I can sit somewhere else" William said to the girl.

Penny had busy looking around the room, still trying to figure out what was different..only when she heard a boy talking to her, did she look up..

"No I don't mind at all", shifting her belongings to her own side of the table..."I'm Penny Laughgood, pleased to meet you", said Penny with a smile.

Thinking that it was kinda strange that she'd been in this beautiful school almost a year and she was still meeting new people all the time.

As she heard the first person enter, Renée looked up from her manuscript and grinned a little at Salander's doubling back as if he needed to check the classroom. She'd had a feeling the decor change was going to get a few of the students' attention, but in the same respect it had a reason. Even though she was perfectly comfortable in the library, she felt like Kimber wouldn't have wanted her to have her class invade it, so it was easier to just bring books to the classroom.

Either way, it seemed the Slytherin had decided it was in fact the Divination classroom, and she'd smiled again as he'd approached the seat at the front where he'd been until the last lesson. "Good morning. Back to the front, Salander?," she asked lightly. He certainly seemed more animated now as opposed to earlier instances, which was interesting. Perhaps it was the end of term being so close.



Renée wasn't entirely able to put much thought into Salander's attitude change, as more students had entered behind him and addressed her in one way or another. "Good morning," she said with a smile, generally directing the greeting to everyone who was now finding a seat and settling in. It seemed several of the others were unsure about things, but that would all be cleared up once she started the lesson. At least, she hoped it would be cleared up, as it was hard to tell if everyone in fact understood her subject at least conceptually after only one lesson. They seemed to at least be trying, which was good enough for her.

There had been a special smile for Selina, though. She'd understood the gratitude, and had to return it for the matter that certain facts hadn't seemed to be widely known to the school by now. Secrets were still a part of her life, even if they were slowly unraveling.

"Good morning, Thea," Renée said to the Gryffindor girl as she'd marched into the classroom trailed by a cat. That was new, but not particularly an issue unless the cat liked chewing on things. The creature had to get a few points for just making it all the way to the classroom, really. However, it seemed Thea herself didn't particularly want the cat with her, so she inwardly shrugged. "No need to apologize. Sometimes animals just feel attached, but you're entirely welcome to try to get her to leave," she replied with a reassuring smile. She didn't want the girl feeling uncomfortable for the entire lesson, after all. That could interrupt the concentration needed for practical attempts at any type of Divination.



And the amusement of teaching was back, in the form of Evelyn and Destiny. Renée wondered if Destiny knew she was somewhat able to see through the potion they'd obviously taken, and not just because she'd heard of Hecate's final assignment for the term. Even if she hadn't been able to see through it, at least hypothetically, the girl's words as "Evelyn" would have given her away. As would have "Destiny's" reaction to them, and she smiled at both girls as the real Evelyn dragged the other to the back of the classroom. "Good morning, you two," she said smoothly, not betraying her amusement at all except for the fact she had given them a smile. "I think we'll let a few others filter in, and then I'll start the lesson," she added, speaking to everyone who was now seated and waiting. She wasn't really too concerned with the number of students who arrived, but it was polite to at least wait a few more minutes.

" Thank you" William told Penny. " I guess we just might be partners in this class" William said to Penny.

Penny smiled sweetly at William, "that would be cool"... facing forward again, ready for class to start now

Kurumi sprinted into the classroom and made a nose on collision with the door. No, this door wasn’t Bill and she knew that Selina was going to have some sort of smart comment about it when she arrived at her seat rubbing her nose and tears in her eyes. Smacking your nose against something serious hurt. Still, it was minor compared to what had happened in their Charms lesson. Selina still hadn’t accepted her apology, so Kurumi wasn’t sure if she should even sit down in her usual seat beside Selina.

Still, as she looked around the classroom, the only available seat was the one next to Selina. Well, that is what she got for being late.

Kurumi smiled at Professor Bishop and then took her seat, glancing once nervously at Selina before turning her attention back to the front.

" Interesting that you said cool to be partners" Willaim told Pwnny. " I bet you are a great partner" William said to Penny.

It seemed people were starting to get involved in conversations, which meant now was as good a time as any to get the lesson moving. Last one of term, she'd figured she'd be a bit more relaxed, but she still needed to keep control. First, however, she wanted to make sure Kurumi was alright, as the girl seemed to once again have tried to get a bit too close with one of her doors. "Good morning Kurumi," she said, returning the Gryffindor's smile. "Are you alright?" She could answer or not, but Renée couldn't not ask when the girl looked like that.

Of course, they also needed to get things rolling, and she stood up from her chair to move in front of her table, like usual. "Alright. I'd guess most of you are a bit curious as to what we might be discussing today," she said, smiling once again at every one of the students. "Obviously, something related to books. But I'm going to pose a question before anything else." And she paused for a moment, taking a couple steps away from her table before continuing. "How do you think books might be related to Divination?" There were any number of possibilities, really, notwithstanding the one she was going to be teaching in class. It all hinged on how creative they wanted to be, and she knew at least some of them could be rather imaginative.

Kurumi continued to rub her nose and felt extremely self conscious when Professor Bishop asked if she was alright. Kurumi's hands flew to her lap and she nodded her head. "I'm...alright..." And she sure hoped that the door was as well.

At least it didn't seem like she was going to have to dwell on the awkward for too long as Professor Bishop began the class. She had read about some traditional forms of divination from books, but those seemed a bit dry to her at the moment and her mind wasn't able to focus on it for too long. Instead, her mind wandered to a game her brother Takashi and her used to play on rainy days during the typhoon season when they couldn't go down and play at the river. "Perhaps you could take a book, any book really, and ask a question to it with your hands on the cover. Then, you close your eyes, turn to a random page, and have your finger find a random spot on the page. Where ever feels natural to yourself. Then, you open your eyes and read the sentence your finger landed on," she suggested. "I suppose the page number you have opened to and the number of lines from either the top or bottom could also be taken into consideration." Kind of like combining the subjects of Divination and Arithmany in a rather complicated manner. "Using a dictionary in this case could probably be very insightful."

A bit curious? Helena was a little bit more curious than that!

Alright. Books related to Divination?

The girl had a feeling that professor Bishop was not referring to the Divination (text?)books. "Maybe... there are some ancient ones with... ancient magic? That has something to do with Divination?" Uhh... or maybe she shouldn't have said anything at all.

This was confusing.

Simon looked at the Professor and smiled raising his hand he said "Maybe you can use the books to read peoples minds and maybe some books are very old and can be used to tell you about divination." Simon had no idea if he was right.
