So depressing. The fact she couldn't keep a guy. So she was saying there's no turning back? Even if she did want him, she could probably never feel the same again anyway. Maybe she should just stay single forever. No that was just....Unthinkable!
The Slytherin giggled an insy bit at Neptunes opinions of Gryffindors. "Nah I don't think I could ever see myself fitting into that house" she let out a slight sly grin before returning back to normal.
Oh was that the one she had met on the gryffindor table. "I don't mind. Either way works for me" she winked a little. It was a random question anyway, and quite frankly no one would actually know the answer to it.
"Why would he kiss another girl?" Neptune countered. Besides, she was TRYING to help. It was AWFUL that her boyfriend had chosen to kiss another girl over her; pretending that he hadn't was clearly a better choice. Guess the Sorting Hat put Trixie in Slytherin for a reason though...
"But never mind that. We're forgetting ALL about him. I can't even remember his name," Neptune waved her hand away, la la la, who cared about ugly hair? Not THESE blonds! No way, no sir, not ever. "You should start caring! Have you seen him? And he's French." WINK WINK. GIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGGLE. |

Ignoring his pointless 'Oh' she tackled his second sentence. Blah Blah family. She thought as she listened. "She sounds....nice" She managed to say. Sigh, she hated the family subject. It was just so boring! Sigh. But she liked the sound of him being so nice to her, sending her letter's and all. It was so sweet of him. She smiled at him, not really knowing what to say. "Uhm. Tell me a bit about yourself." Lukas nodded, "She is." Annie was pretty awesome for someone her age. He sighed. He missed having her around.
Tell her about himself? Well, there were lots of things he could say. But how many would he actually voice? "Um, I've got a mum and a dad...my mum's the witch my dad isn't magic...he teaches history in a sixth form. My mum's half-North-African-French but both her parents are magic. I have a dog, name's George. I like football. And cooking. And I hate being sick." He listed these things as they occurred to him. The last sentence came after another sniffle. He could feel another sneeze coming on. Perhaps he should get up so he didn't have to push Enya down the stairs again. |

She could see in his face he really missed her, and that he actually cared about her the way a brother would. She looked forward again and kinda wished she had some older brother. Sigh. Enya chose not to answer.
She bent her head as she listened, kinda bored about the way he descrisbed his family. She hadn't asked to know abotu his family. But him. Sigh. Looking up again when he had finished she smiled at him. "Football?" She asked, "What's that?" She'd never heard of the term before. Hmm....some muggle sport? She looked away again while she waited for him to answer.
Leaning away a little when he sniffed again - she didn't want to catch it - and said. "You should get better. It's really not the best look." Smile.

How could she not? It was football for crying out loud! He gave her a slightly incredulous look. "It's a sport." he replied, "A non-magic sport." "Two teams. Eleven players a side. One ball. You're supposed to kick it to the opposing side of the field and get it past the goal-keeper and then you get a point." he explained. "It's really loads of fun. Kept me going last year." he added. He blushed thinking he'd said too much.
He nodded his fervent agreement. "I want to get better," he said earnestly. "I don't know how to make that potion my mum makes," he explained. He sighed. "It helps, doesn;t fix it, but it helps." |

She asked him before adding, "What's the point?" Well yeah. Quidditch was quite fun in her eye's, but she wasn't a huge fan. It was just a game to pass the boring times...when it was on. She bit her bottom lip.
Sigh. Of course he wanted to get better. Duh everyone did! "Why don't you just go to the nurse?" She asked him. It was simple and effective. Enya leant back where she sat, getting more comfortable then she already was. She was planning on staying and getting to know Lukas more.

Salander winced in pain, the walk from the COMC grounds were arduously long on a busted leg. But with the stairs looming up ahead he knew the walk was the easy part. He paused as he leaned against the wall, holding a bloody hand at Alice to give him a moment. "Isnt there any other way to the Hospital Wing? You know somewhere that wont involve the stairs? I mean I already have enough trouble with them just getting to classes." |

I mean I already have enough trouble with them just getting to classes." It had been a pretty rough walk across the grounds just to make it to the moving stairs. Alice didn't mind when Salander held up his hand to give him a minute, taking the opportunity to lean against the wall herself. She was strong for her size, but Salander was a couple of years older then her, not to mention a good bit taller as well. "Who knew that walk could be so difficult?" Alice said, taking a couple of deep breaths to try and get some oxygen back into her lungs. "I'm not really sure what a better way is...although if you trust my charms skills I could float up up the steps. That way you won't have to be on the ground or anything, and it shouldn't be too difficult. After all the hospital wing is just on the third floor."
Alice had faith in her levitating skills...she had done exceptionally well with the heavy objects in class, and was sure it wouldn't be difficult to guide Salander with her wand and her hands. "Other than getting you off the ground somehow I am not sure what else to do." Alice felt awful that she couldn't think of a better strategy. Salander was so nice and she hated to see him hurting so much.

Shifting his weight so that his wounded leg doesnt have to carry any, Salander grimaced when Alice mentioned where the Hospital Wing was "Oh sure, like the first floor wasnt far enough, they had to place it up on the third? That Hogwarts Healer sure has a sense of humor. " he grumbled.
He glanced at the young Gryffindor when she offered to levitate him up the stairs "You can do that?" he asked awestruck. Well if she can pull a dugbog so easily she probably has pretty good wand skills. Wouldnt she? "Well ok.... what do you want me to do?" |

Well if she can pull a dugbog so easily she probably has pretty good wand skills. Wouldnt she? "Well ok.... what do you want me to do?" Alice nodded. "Yeah I can do that," Alice said pushing herself off the wall. "My guiding isn't great but it's alright, I'll keep you levitating near me so I can guide you some with my hands."
Alice pulled her wand out of its holster. "Alright, just step away from the wall a little bit." Alice made sure no one was around that she could bump him into before saying, "Wingardium Leviosa!" Alice got Salander off the ground a little ways. "Fixate," Alice said once she got him at a good height. "Alright, I think it might be easier if you try and lay flat?" Hoping Salander didn't mind she grabbed him by the hips, which was the only place she could reach and pushed him down gently so he looked like he was lying on a bed. "Alright, here we go!" Alice said brightly. "Locomoter Salander!"
Alice had to admit she was hating these stairs. She carefully tried to guide Salander but she misjudged a corner and sent Salander's shoulder smacking into it. "Sorry Salander!!" Alice said apologetically. Alice didn't think she was moving him fast enough to leave a mark, but if she did they were still on their way to the hospital wing anyway, right?
Alice continued up the stairs, resuming to hit Salander against the wall, and nearly knocking herself back down the steps when she had to move him out of the way of a passerby. Given different circumstances this could have actually been pretty comical. "How are you doing?" Alice asked, once she saw the third floor in her view.

She had never kissed anyone like that before, and no one has ever kissed her back like that either. Twas a good feeling. "Yeah, we can keep that idea for next term, as for this term... We were given permission to have a bit of fun outside weren't we?" Didn't Evelyn say something about ice skates? Raising a brow at Rae's confidence on his behalf, Fletcher amended his statement. "You're right. WHEN I win. WHEN I win I will be sure to buy both you and Salander a round of drinks with my winnings." He was still under the assumption that the winner received a heap of gold as a prize.
And she was right again! Shivering in his boots, Fletcher gestured for Rae to go inside the castle. "Did I ever tell you I like the way you think?" Because he did. "Yes..... what are you thinking now? Can I help?" He followed her inside and tried to warm up by rubbing his hands together.
"Oh yeah, and I'll be needing your help for a little surprise I'm planning for Myrtle..." His ALL-TIME FAVORITE ghostie.

Rae smiled when Fletcher talked about a round of drinks... That sounded good... Her smile kind of turned to a nervous smile, "Congrats by the way.. I never got the chance to congratulate you after the first task." Too many other people around. "I must admit you got me pretty nervous not breathing when you were in there for so long.." Of course he was one of the first out, but to her it felt like forever.

Duh "Heh, well I know now, thanks." Then she proceeded to tell him anything she heard "Well I heard Evelyn say something about Ice skates... And making some kind of rink on the lawn.... His mother did think he ought to try playing it so should be pretty decent and Enya seemed to like it.
He blushed again. He opened his mouth to speak but his sentence disappeared when he coughed. He tried again but only produced a squeak. He cleared his throat and muttered inaudibly. He looked at her. Then he realised she couldn't have heard what he'd said. He looked around. There were a few people but none of them were close enough to hear what he said. He sucked in a deep breath and leaned across to place his lips close to Enya's ear. Her hair smelled nice he thought. "I don't know where the nurse is," he whispered to her. |

"Really, Rae? I was the second one out. And probably the least injured."
He was damn proud of that fact too. Speaking of shivering and the first task....
"Yeah... I just... kind of lost my favorite cardigan to the first task." He'd had to use it as a barrier between the fire branch and his hand. And he'd had to tear it up too for madrake earplugs. Fletcher didn't want to admit that the lost cardigan was his only sweater though. That would sound.... pathetic.
Ooooooh a rope swing out into the lake? Sweet. "Those ideas sound awesome," the boy agreed, though he couldn't really remember which of Rae's friends Evelyn was. She had definitely been at the moving stairs!slide though, right?
"Well," Fletcher looked around them carefully for any eavesdroppers, "I went on a bit of a.... shopping spree at Weasley's Wizard Wheezes this summer...." yeah sure, a 'shopping' spree. "And I've always wanted a toilet seat as a moment of my Hogwarts years...."
He trailed off and wiggled his eyebrows, waiting to see if Rae would catch his drift.

But she prefered to watch then actually play it herself. Sigh. She looked at Lukas and said, "Im sure this football is fun"
Enya had been a little startled when he leaned over, putting his mouth to her ear. She shivered. She felt nervous him being so close, she felt like turning around and actually kissing him. Enya jumped slightly, what was she saying? She couldn't kiss Lukas, he'd hate her for it!
Before she could think any further he began to talk. She couldn't help but laugh, he didn't know where it was? Ha! She leant forward away from Lukas and laughed. The joy seemed disproportionate to the act.
She stiffened when he came close and seemed almost to want fly up out of her seat before he spoke. Lukas was baffled by this. Had he forgotten to brush his teeth? Was she terribly afraid he might sneeze in her ear?
He blinked. She was laughing. At him. Because he was stupid and about as knowledgeable as a first year despite being almost two years older than some of them. He looked at Enya reproachfully. But the pink in his cheeks wouldn't disappear. The matron would think he had a fever not a cold at this rate.
But then she apologised so he smiled his forgiveness. "It's okay," he said, "I suppose it is a little weird since I'm a second year and all." He shrugged. He took her hand in his and stood up. His first impulse was to let go of her hand once he was upright but then, from nowhere, his brain demanded that he keep the feel of her flesh next to his palm. "Thanks," he said, thoroughly grateful. |

She could feel his hand in her's, it felt warm. She peeked down at it as she began to lead him away from the spot they had been talking. Enya really didn't know how long it'll take to get to the hospital wing, but she was going to make the most of every moment. Get to know him more etc.
She turned towards Lukas and smiled at him. She had noticed before he was blushing - when she had laughed at him - and thought it rather cute.. Sigh. She turned back forward to walk a few further feet. Dragging Lukas slightly behind her.
After a few more minutes she called over her shoulder, "So Lukas tell me..." She paused to smile at herself, "Why don't you know where the hospital wing is?" She asked, laughing a little to herself. She knew it wasn't nice to laugh at him but she couldn't help it. Enya stopped and turned back towards Lukas - still holding his hand - and waited for his answer.

I think his great something or other grandfather was my great great great something or other grandfather. Weird hey? And some people don't think I should be in Slytherin because im a "mudblood", i just glad your not one of them" She sent him yet another smile. She didnt usually talk that much, but it felt good to share it. Looking up, she realised that they were almost at the entrance hall. Damn, this was going much too fast. Hey, maybe they could hang out after she was healed too! That would be cool, and she wouldnt have the weird numbness on her mind. If the rest of the walk went as well as the fist bit had, she'd ask him. Evan nodded at the description of Sirius Black, although he'd already known who he was. Who wouldn't know him anyway? He was one of the key people in the process of unrevealing Voldemort. And he was pretty smart too, to figure out Pettigrew was still alive and stuff... the Slytherin wished he was clever like him too. Anyways, back to Emily.
Cocking his head to one side as he processed the information, he smiled softly. "It's their loss, 'cause you're someon really nice," he said , as they entered the huge castle from grounds. Wink. Although he had a certain prejudice against Muggles and Hufflepuff firsties He always thought people deserved a chance. Halting at the stairs, he let go of her as he led her to sit on the stairs, and breathed a little. He was getting soft! He should work out more, he didn't want to lose his stamina. Then, getting his breath again after a full minute, he offered his hand once more to climb the four-floor stairs.

Rae didn't answer when he said he was second out and least injured.... She still worried about him most, even if she wouldn't show it. He lost his favorite sweater.... "Man that sucks... If it was me it wouldn't be my favorite, it'd just be my only one." With that comment she made a mental note to buy another jacket in case something happened to the one she has.... Possibly one for Fletcher too... It was his favorite he lost and all.
Hehh.. "Shopping spree... I've had one of those too... " Though not at the joke shop... She only had about 3 pairs of clothes. The storekeepers had to help her in shopping, for she didn't know what to choose. Of course there was also the candy spree... And the shopping spree for all the new furniture... Sick of shopping.
What did they have at a joke shop that would help acheiving a toilet seat? .....
Think.............

Got it. "We're blowing up the bathroom?" He hadn't technically invited her to this little event... Rae just assumed. "Awesome!!!"

Got it. "We're blowing up the bathroom?" He hadn't technically invited her to this little event... Rae just assumed. "Awesome!!!" "Well yeah, that too," Fletcher mumbled, basically admitting that it was his only sweater. "Oh well. It'll be warming up soon enough." He shrugged it off. He could easily acquire another one. Or something better, like that leather jacket he'd had his eye on for a few weeks.... heh....
He raised a brow as Rae mentioned a shopping spree. Huh. He wouldn't have pegged her for one of those shop-happy girls. He usually didn't like girly girls. "Where were you shopping? Weasley's Wizard Wheezes too?!"
Nah, probably not. But at least she did get his idea. "YES," Fletcher was clearly enthused about the idea. "And not just ANY bathroom."
*Pause for Dramatic Effect*
"Moaning Myrtle's bathroom." He nodded proudly. "Genius idea, I know, I know. I'm thinking she'll really love and appreciate the fireworks." Absolutely.

He was. School was. Everything was. Whatever.
Placing his hands on a windowsill, Rhydin stared out across the grounds. It was cold outside and snowy. Perfect. It was even overcast outside. It's basically the perfect weather for him. He was severely debating on going outside, because he had nothing better to do. Or did he?
Nah, he didn't.

Nah, he didn't. Snow, something Annie just hated. Why you ask? Well, she had nothing to do during that weather, it was cold, and soo wet. She could not play soccer like that. Ugh.
Wondering what could go worse, she started to walk around the school, and there was some hesitating if to do homework assigments or not, or just go study for the next week's exams. It'd be a surprise if she failed, but this term was definitely her worst one.
Too many decisions to make, too many things to consider.
And when thinking too much spammed your head, well...you tend to bump into people and maybe step on their toes. Like Annie did against a boy who was peacefully walking around the corridor as well. "My bad..." She said, pretty much wanting to slap her head off.

Not that his world was completely interesting. He was staring blankly outside, watching people at the lake or somewhere around there.
He turned and looked over his shoulder, but didn't move anything else on his body.
"No worries," he said in his smooth, deep voice. He sighed slightly at the end, and then turned around.
Not like anyone ever payed him attention anyway.

Not like anyone ever payed him attention anyway. iBlink. Annie shrugged, all so weirded out by the reaction the boy didn't take. Most people, majority girls would totally go against her and maybe pull a couple of strands of hair in the process of reclaiming their shoes being messed up. As if they were designer shoes. Eyeroll.
"Alright...still, I'm sorry..." She said, taking a step towards the chilly outside. She just wondered if it was a good idea. See you later... Those were words she wanted to say, but for some odd reason didn't come out.
