The desks are arranged in a large horseshoe, Professor Kingsley already seated at one. The chalkboard has been pulled to the front of the U. A large section of the room has been curtained off, though no sounds can be heard.
Come in, take a seat, and the lesson will begin shortly.
ooc: reminder that there will be no homework following this lesson.
It was unusual for her to be the first to arrive. She peeped round the door, and noticed the odd setup within. Curious, Emmy sidled into the classroom, and slipped quietly into a seat.
"Hello professor!" What's behind that curtain, I wonder... she thought, gazing at it intently.
Alex glanced around walking into the Transfiguration classroom. She took a seat at a random desk and pulled out a peice of parchment, a quill and ink to take notes, no doubt they would probably be needed this lesson. "Hello Professor." Alex greeted, "Having a good term so far?" She asked smiling, she still didn't know this Professor's name surprisingly enough considering she adored Transfiguration it being one of her best subjects. Alex wondered what was with the seating arrangement this lesson.
Chris Potter hurried into the Transfiguration room and took a seat near the front. he had no intentions of sitting anywhere near the back, plus there was something curtained off back there. *shiver*
"Oh good morning Professor, how are you today?" he grinned. It was kind of sad that this was probably his last lesson in here. He liked Finals but he hated the end of term, especially since it was his last one!
Patroclus made his way into the classroom. Seeing the Professor, the boy's head was filled with the memory of walking up after his lemur transformation, not at all a pleasent feeling, but the boy was excited for another Lesson!
"Good day Sir!" Patroclus beamed as he took a seat, on at the top of the U, so he was directly facing Professor Kingsley
Ellie skipped on in. Transfiguration, by far, impressed her the most. The things you can do to things when you've got a wand! Cool. Plus, it's all the stuff her dad would do to impress her and Aidan at home. Now, she could to stuff too.
She took a seat on the right arm of the 'U'. She liked the right side of things...don't question it...
And GLARED at the curtain. Fishy. These Hogwarts professors seemed to like curtains. Why was everything so secret?
"Hey Professor Kingsley!" she said, all innocently. "Nice curtain. You've got a real decorative touch." Because that was so obviously NOT there for decoration.

Alright! She was determined to do well in this class, no matter what. Especially with that little mishap with Destiny and that spell down by the student garden, Evelyn decided that her new year's resolution would be, to make this class her strongest subject. YES! A New Year's resolution in the summer!
Walking into the classroom, the Slytherin paused for a moment when she saw the curtain. Whyyy were there so many curtains during classes this year? There better not be any tanks of water behind it. "Hello, Professor Kingsley." she said with a totally innocent and kind smile, regardless of the mischievous twinkle in her black eyes.
Yea, she was totally thinking of transfiguring something into a pocket watch with his face on it again, though... it was too bad she only thought of doing that five minutes prior to walking into the classroom. It wouldn't be too much to sit next to him would it?
She was going for the whole, 'creep him out' thing. Perhaps it'll work.
Jayce jogged down the hallway and into the transfiguration classroom. His watch had stopped working, so he thought that he was late. He definitely didn't want to be late for transfiguration. It had always been pretty fascinating to him. Seeing that there weren't many people in the classroom, he realized he must have been early, and not late at all. He grinned sheepishly at the professor gave a quick nod and quickly took a seat. He wasn't even sure if the professors knew his name yet. But oh well. They'd find out eventually. Smirk.

Eirian stomped into Transfiguration, frowning blatantly as she shrugged her cloack off. "Bom dia, Professor," she said dejectedly, plopping down and putting her cloak on the desk beside her, just as she had been for the rest of her classes, hoping Jay would walk in like he said he would. She had gone to all of her classes because he said he would attend, too. And yet, no Jayce. Great.
Oh, wait, nevermind. He had taken a seat half across the class only moments before. Well, she thought, scooping up her cloak and putting it back on, I'm not moving over there. If he wanted to, he could come sit next to her... before the seat was taken.
Selena took a seat at a desk far away from Alex, or as far away as she could. "Hello Professor, how are you?" she greeted. She looked around the classroom. There was an area that was curtained off and she wondered what was behind the curtains? Was someone going to jump out randomly at them?

Transfiguration - whoo! Vashti definitely liked this class, which was partly why she skipped into it...then paused when she saw the curtain. Ooo. Mysterious. The professors sure liked using those curtains to hide things, didn't they? She took a seat close to the front, eyeing the curtain. Hmm...
"Hi Professor," she said, grinning. "What's behind the curtain?" She didn't expect an answer now but felt it was worth asking anyway 'cause ya never know, she might actually get an answer one of these times.

Keefer walked into the last Transfiguration lesson of the year. Interesting desk arrangement he thought. "Hullo, Professor! I am really excited for this lesson!" Wait, what was with that curtain? Hmm.... This should be fun.

Iris skipped into the transfiguration classroom happily. She looked at the perculiar curtain in the middle of the room and grinned. That looked very .... interesting. "Hullo Professor!" She said cheerfully, greeting the professor, before making her way to a seat.
Eirian stomped into Transfiguration, frowning blatantly as she shrugged her cloack off. Jayce turned his head as he heard stomps coming into the room. Someone didn't sound like a happy camper, he chuckled to himself. Turning to see who it was, he realized it was Eirian. What was up with her? He frowned as she took a seat across the room. Why wouldn't she sit next to him? He was rather confused.
So, he stood up and began to walk over. But just as she stood, he saw yet another familiar face. "Hey Vashti." he grinned at the young Ravenclaw. "Do you care to join Eirian and i?" he said as he took her by the arm, not waiting for an response and pulling her over to Eirian.
"Hey Eiri." he grinned as he took stood over her. "Why are you here all by yourself?" he asked with an eyebrow arched. "Well, anyway, i thought you might want some company." he smiled happily as he looked between himself and Vashti.
"Oh, and i probably should save a seat for Trixie." he said as he tossed his cloak onto an empty seat. Wow, he was rambling today. It was one random thing after another.

Eirian scowled as Jayce approached - with another girl, if at all bloody possible, though she remembered her to be the nice little one from the tree - and turned to look the other way, right out the window. Of course he was saving a seat for Trixie... "I was saving a seat for you," she spat. "I didn't see you. But then again, I haven't seen you in any of the classes I went to, and I saved a seat for you in all of those, too. I was only expecting the pattern to continue. Pity."

If the door to the Transfiguration classroom wasn't already opened from the last person entering, Destiny surely would have threw it open to make her dramatic entrance. She could have waited for the door to close and THEN her entrance could be made, but then she miiiiight be late and all, and really, her entrance wasn't THAT important.
Plus, she had peeked inside and was intrigued by the curtain hanging up, so she wanted to hurry up inside. Last time a curtain was hung up in class, she had thought it was going to EAT her..pffft, everyone knows curtains don't have teeth..unless they were transfigured to have them.
Eeep!!
Walking past the Professor to find a seat near Evelyn, she gave a salute, since he looked like he was into that kind of greeting, "Hullo, Professor Kingsley!"
