If there was band or something it would be so much funner because you would actually get to see how they play the music and stuff. "Actually, we wouldn't be staring at the DJ because everyone would want to mingle with other guests and hopefully form some sort of relationship with them, maybe some Hogwarts students can get internships with the alumni," she said. That girl really was annoying. She had heard about her before and disliked her. "In addition to that, if we are on a budget, we wouldn't want to hire a live band," she added.

"I agree with Trixie. Live music will be so much better. It will be more entertaining which would make everybody more interested. DJ's are cool because they can play any kind of music.. but live acts are much more exciting." Ella suggested to the group. It was her opinion but she thought that lots of other people would agree. Perhaps live music was more expensive but wayyy more worth it in the whole run.

"What's wrong with memory loss" she mumbled. Well she had to live with it didn't she? She'd heard it in so many conversations recently. "I'm afraid there I can't help you. Memory loss see. Not so good when trying to remember bands" she sighed. "Although this Jane person sounds good" she smiled at the person who suggested it. Selena immediately felt bad. "I didn't mean to offed you or anything," she said honestly. It was just one of the side effects of obliterating people. She couldn't think of any other ones, seeing as she always let her mother work on this part. And her mother always chose jazz bands or something of the like. The Weird Sisters were waaaaay out and she tried to think of some others. "Isn't there a school band of some sort here in Hogwarts?" Selena asked. "They could play instrumental music for now and then after half of the party has gone by, we can switch to a band that appeals more to students these days and recent graduates," she offered.

It was odd... being all crammed up in this rather... "over-stuffed library office". Especially with people she didn't know. She knew the professors, sure. But the students... not so much. It comforted her though that most of the committee was female. Though, she couldn't say that for Professor Whatshisface. Cooties existed for mature adult males also it seemed. What about him...? Did he have it? *horror music playing in the background*
Huh. Barely a couple of minutes into the discussion and already there was drama. Mercedes couldn't even comprehend what was going on. Mehhh...
