OOC: Before posting in this thread, you must first have been called back by Healer Moretti. To be seen by the Healer, please post in the Check-in Area for Patients first then in the Waiting Room for Patients and Visitors.

Upon entering the Hospital Ward and Healing Area, you'll come upon a long hallway that eventually forks into two different directions. You'll want to proceed to the right, the direction that will take you to the Healing Area. Healer Moretti will be waiting for you. It is in the Healing Area that you'll receive the medical attention that will hopefully heal you right away and send you back to classes and your everyday life.

If, however, you aren't able to be healed right away and your character is in a rather serious condition, you will be escorted to the Hospital Ward, where you will receive further medical attention.

OOC: Once your character is seen and tended to, Healer Moretti will deem them "well" and able to return to classes/everyday life. If your character continues to suffer from repeat conditions, it's likely that he or she will be admitted into the Room for Quarantined Patients. If this happens, you will be temporarily placed in the "Quarantined" user group, and your posting in the school will be temporarily limited to the "Quarantined" thread only.

I will lock these threads once a session is finished. When a new session, and a new student is assigned to the room, the thread will be reopened.

Trixie hobbled into the room after being told by the nurse that she was allowed to go back in. She sat down on the bed with a huff, still looking at her broken heels with an extremely sad expression on her face. Her Precious Heels. Well her precious ankle as well but they were 300 galleons!

"Fall down, did you?" Lilyan asked, a smile on her face as she walked into the room. She chuckled a little as she pulled a stool and placed it infront of the girl, sitting herself on it. "Well, I'm sure you were walking better in those shoes than I ever could." She added, her smile soft, and hoping she had made the girl feel a little bit better.

"May I?" She asked, holding out her hand for the girl's shoe.

Trixie smiled weakly and passed her precious shoe across. Oh how she loved those shoes. "Yeah, I'm usually pretty good, but you know, was a little slippy down by the lake" she sighed sadly. "And I think I sprained my ankle. Pathetic yeah I know. I'm sorry if I'm wasting your time" she added along.

Tutting, Lilyan shook her head. "Not a problem at all my dear, that's what they hired me for." She let out a little chuckle, and muttered a quick, and easy enough incantation to fix the girl's heel. It snapped back into place, good as new and she handed it back.

"Broken heel, is kind of the same thing as a broken bone." She explained with a small shrug as she examined the girl's ankle carefully.

Trixie grinned at the healer. "Oh thank you" she smiled as she took her shoe back off of her. Phew no need to spend another 300 galleons then. Trixie lifted her foot up slightly so that it was easier to see, that way she could be examined better. The quicker she got out of her the better.

"Ah." She exclaimed to herself, reaching for her wand again, she magicked a potion over and it levitated infront of the girl. "Drink this, to stop the pain, and I can fix your ankle right up." She waited. It would crack, and it would hurt, unless she drank the potion first.

Trixie nodded as she gently took the potion from the woman and drank it slowly. Not the most appetizing thing she had ever had but if it healed the pain then it was good. She looked at the healer and smiled weakly. "Okay ready" she said as she took in a very deep breath.

She tapped her wand against the child's ankle, muttered an incantation, and then placed two fingers on either side, pushing quickly, there was a crack, and.. that was it.

"All right." She said, reaching for the empty bottle and standing, "Try it." She added, waving her hand.

Trixie winced suddenly as she experienced the crack. There was a moment of pain but that quickly went away as the potion did it's magic. She hesitantly stood up applying most of her weight on the better ankle before adjusting so that her weight was distributed equally across both feet. She smiled. "Perfect. Thank you ever so much" she grinned and proceeded towards the door.

Walking slowly into the ward, he sees a bed on the other side of the room. Sighing, he heads for it. Lowering himself on it, he lays back on the pillow, very carefully. Gasping slightly, he sits up a little and lowers himself more slowly.

Looking down at his side, he dares lift his shirt a little to look at it. Groaning he puts the shirt back in place. It looked even worse then it had the first time.

Staring up at the ceiling he hopes that the nurse wouldn't be mad that he hadn't had this fixed the first time he was injured by a bludger, let alone getting hit by one again, in the exact same spot.

"I see this is the second time you've been hurt." Lilyan started, addressing the young boy. She walked up to him, and held up her hands, "May I?" She needed to see the wound, and for that to be accomplished, she needed to lift his shirt.

Nodding, he raises his shirt above his injury. "No, this is definitely not the first time." he replies warily. He really was nervous around doctors...or healers as they were in the magical world.

Sighing he admits "It was another bludger unfortunately."

Tsking, Lilyan reached for her wand. "You really should take care of an injury when it first starts to bother you. You never know, there may be other complications."

With her fingertips, she gently prodded the area, humming to herself as she did. "Well, it's not a break." She told him, "A bad bruising though. You should be more careful. Levitating a jar, Lilyan smoothed a salve over the area, tapping it once with her wand, and then looking up at the boy. "How does it feel now? Better?"

Wincing a little as she prods it, he knows he should have come after the game last term, but needless to say he was too embarrassed at how he'd played. Getting hit by the bludger today didn't help anything.

Watching as she put the salve on it, he relaxes, waiting for her to finish. Once she was done, he slowly raised himself to sitting. Taking a deep breath, that he'd not been able to do since he'd gotten hit that morning, he smiles. Much better, thank you!"

Leaning back on his arms, he looks down at the colorful skin. It will be a nice scar... he thinks wryly to himself. He didn't mind that at all, it would remind him of his stupidity on the field...

"Well good, I'm glad." Lily replied with a grin, patting the boy's shoulder, she placed the lid back on the jar, and levitated it to the cupboard, "You can go now, if you're feeling fine, but remember to come right away if you get hurt again. It helps to get it taken care of quickly."

Looking down at his hands he nods "I know...I just, I am always nervous around doctors...or healers I mean."

Fixing his shirt, he stands up. "Thank you!" he adds as he heads toward the door.

Anya walked in as JD walked out. As they passed each other, she hid behind her hair, wondering if he even remembered her. Anya limped over onto an empty bed and propped her ankle up onto a pillow, and waited.

Lilyan entered the room, as she had- who knew how many times, she'd lost track already. "I need to take a look at your ankle." She told the young girl, she held up her hands to show that she would do nothing, until the girl was ready for her.

Lilyan observed the ankle, prodding here and there, before nodding to herself, and producing a potion. "Drink this, and I will reset your ankle." She instructed, "The potion will help with the pain."

As the Healer inspected Miranda, she simply scrunched up her face. This poopy feeling was making her annoyed. Like, what the hell. Ah, so the bump to her head was the source of her poopyness feeling? Well, time to get rid of it then. Her bump not her head. Duh.

Aw, levitate? Again? "I-I think I can walk..." She made to sit up, but the dunking in her head made her growl like a badger and... Ah, crap. "Allright...levitating it is then." Heh. And Kay was with Carter? Aw, she really hoped the boy was allright. It wasn't that long ago they had been sitting at the Huffie table and talking, doing Quill work. Sigh.

"I'm going to rest you on the bed." Lilyan said, as she levitated the broken Quidditch Captain into the hospital room, "So just relax, we're almost there." Down the child went, gently, of course, and Lily was off to get potions.

"Here now, this one is for the pain." She said handing over the first vial in her hands. "Do you need help drinking it?"

"Help? Uhm..." could she make the nasty smell go away? "No, I'm good, thankyou Miss." With another face-pulling, she tipped the vial into her mouth, gurgled due to the nastyness and swallowed.

Oh, hey, it wasn't that bad actually. Hehe.

But soon enough, she felt the pain recede slooooooooooooooowly. Oh thank MERLIN.

"Now tell me when the pain is all gone." Lily started, dipping her fingers in that infallible salve, and rubbing it on the gash on the girl's forehead, "This is going to tingle, but that only means it is working."

Yes, she did have to say that every time.

"As soon as you feel no more pain, I can reset your arm."

Leaving the vile on the bed, Miranda looked at the Healer and lay still when the salve appeared. Ooooooooooullright. Grimacing as Miss Moretti dabbed at the gash and sensing it wasn't hurting as much as she though, she started to relax and let the Healer do whatever it was she was doing. Tingle? "Oh, okay." Miranda smiled, soon enough, feeling it getting all tingly! HEHE.

Oh gosh...what a RELIEF!
Her headache was slowly starting to fade and Miranda sighed when she could feel it no more. Thank Merlin. But now she was feeling all tired. Heh. "Okay...I think poopy feeling has gone away." Nod...almost. It was hard to nod when you were lying down. Snort.

Allright, time to reset the arm then?

This better not hurt as much as it did resetting her nose. Hmphf!
