On a long table stretching across the room from the door to the staff dais, every imaginable food and beverage is located.

There are the traditional foods, of course, but some dishes from other countries that you may not have thought to try before. Go ahead and fill up your plate, there's plenty to go around!

Antigone went to stand by the food table just to have something to do... She was waiting for someone.. anyone she knew to come along. One redhead in particular would be lovely to see. Hehe. Oh to be back at Hogwarts... the memories. She felt the urge to go wander through the library again. It was the Ravenclaw in her.

Selena gave the tall person a smile. Tall people... today she was going to feel like a midget. "It's a pleasure meeting you Antigone," Selena said. She prevented herself from giggling at the name. Antigone was actually quite impressed by the teacup human's ability to carry on conversation. Delightful little child. "Indeed they have, " she agreed. Then the Ravenclaw comment made her chuckle a little. "Well, I think that we can agree that there are brilliant minds in all of the houses of Hogwarts, not just Ravenclaw," she said with a wink. She was not here to talk about how exceptionally brilliant she was... not tonight anyway. HAHAHA.

Profession... She wasn't allowed to speak of it really... "Well I was with the Ministry of Magic for a bit. Actually helped keep your Headmaster here last term... I worked at Ollivander's, I have been a Muggle school teacher, a tutor to magical children... I suppose I really don't have a profession to speak of. I am a jack of all trades. Selena nodded. "Wow, that's quite a bit," Selena said. She was quite impressed. Some people just stayed with one job their entire life, it was always nice to have a variation, it gave you different outlooks on life. "Well... I'm thinking about becoming a writer, perhaps a journalist, though it is still quite early for me to decide for sure," Selena admitted, "I have also thought about becoming a healer or even a designer of some sorts," she added. But then again, she still had years to decide. "Is there a certain career that you have especially enjoyed out of the many?" Selena asked.

Her mother thought of it as trivial and wanted her to be a housewife. That was terrible to Selena.

Selena blinked blankly at the woman. "What date?" she asked. Majority of the boys in the school were cowards. Pffft.

She turned to look at Jake and there was a smile dancing on her lips, "Did you happen to see my new addition?" she asked not giving him any sort of hint as to what she was referring to.
