You arrive in the dungeons, ready to serve your detention. You approach a desk situated in front of several doors and can hear strange noises coming from behind them. Suddenly, there is an ear-piercing scream and the staff member behind the desk smiles, warmly.

Welcome to Detention!

Here is where students come to be punished. Please post your arrival in this thread and you will be assigned a detention hall. Once you have been assigned a detention hall, post your arrival in that detention hall thread and a staff member will be there to instruct you, momentarily.

Please keep in mind the following, special, rules for detention:

Justin walked into the Dungeons and saw doors behind a desk. He walked up to the desk and signed in for his detention. Hmmm. This should be fun. Silence!

Violet walked into the dungeons and rolled her eyes. Second time seemed boring.She went to the detention check in and lazily put down the info.

"Follow me to the Criminal Cell, Violet." Truebridge led the way, not saying anything further. He hoped that Violet would learn and not end up expelled.

The original plan had been to help Truebridge with the detention with Violet but, after this boy had decided to get involved as well, that changed it a bit. Nolan walked into the dungeon shortly after Truebridge and nodded at the young boy.

"You'll be reporting to the Hooligan Hole. Let's go," he said, beckoning for him to follow him.

Ainra entered the detention dungeon reluctantly. Why had she blown up that fire work again? She couldn't remember except for that it had seemed like a good idea at the time. The worst part was that she was generally a good kid... well kinda. She was a bit upset at herself for this to be perfectly honest. She signed in:

Okay, fine detetion then. Savannah walked in. She started to fill out the sheet. Hopefully Ainra will be here too.

Hecate walked into the detention entrance and extended her hand to the two girls. "Wands. Now. Then, Miss Fortivir you will report to the hooligan hole. Miss Black... the torture chamber." She said coldly.

Ainra handed Professor Hecate her wand immediatly, and mumbled a quick "sorry." before running off to the Hooligan hole.

"Oh, wands! Oops." and Savannah handed her wand unwillingly.

The last time Cela had been here, it was because she'd gone nuts on sugar, masterminded a plan to slide down the moving staircases, risking life and limb, and managed to get herself and six others in the hospital wing in the process. They'd ALL gotten detention, but she'd ended up getting away without taking the blame. (partly because Garret liked taking the credit for things).

This time was different. Cela had her head held high and her jaw set when she arrived to check in. Her Head Girl badge shone, reflecting the little light that there was in the dungeons. She didn't say a thing, only waited.

This was the third time, he reminded himself.

Third time he'd been down here.

And while the first two detentions had pretty much... gone rather okay for him (as it hadn't really been his fault anyway), this one was probably not going to go the same.

However... he wasn't that worried. He was here with Cela and Miles. They hadn't done anything wrong, only defended their friends and stood up to a professor for doing something ridiculously out of line. That, in his mind, was not wrong. When you walked into a room to see someone lighting three small, unsuspecting children on fire... well, it was a bit telling about the person, wasn't it.

He stood right next to Cela, standing silent and straight, eyes on the door to the corridor.

This detention wasn't going to be by any means pleasant, for either side.

Still not saying anything, Cela reached her hand out and gave Raiden's a quick squeeze before letting go again. Her head still held high, she had no intention of apologising or rubbing at the bruises she'd earned herself when Professor Lafay had magically managed to avoid her spell and her tackle despite Cela having the element of surprise. Well at least her conjured ropes hadn't got Cela. Lafay might be fast but her aim hadn't been all that good.

Celandine probably would have lost it had she ended up tied up. Even the thought of it made panic rise along with memories that were still too fresh. She wasn't sure what to expect, but she was resigned to it and determined not to back down.

Miles walked into the dungeon with his hands in his pockets. He'd never been in detention before, never thought he EVER would be. That was what Fia was for, to keep him out of trouble. But he was there for a good reason this time and if things happened again he'd do it again. Looking down at his Prefect badge he stood tall and walked in casually. Looking around he nodded at Cela and Raiden with a smile. Looking at Cela briefly to make sure she was ok, he was worried about her.

Hecate walked in and conjured a chair. She sat and crossed her arms. She was going to wait for the other professors.

Giving Miles a quick little smile, Celandine looked up when Lafay arrived and.... did nothing. Okay? So their detention hadn't started yet? Cela thought about it for a moment, withdrew he wand and concentarted, conjuring chairs of her own. One at a time, and she was a liiiittle tired from the effort of three in a row non-verbally but there they were. She holstered her wand again, gestured at the chairs and then smiled at Raiden and Miles, and sat down herself, smoothing her skirt and looking for all the world like she was sitting down for tea.

Miles looked up as the evil potions master walked in and sat down yet didn't instruct them to do anything. Weird. Oh well. Crossing his arms his eyes wandered over toward Cela who was conjuring them chairs and smirked. Nodding to her he sat down in one almost regally and waited for their punishment to begin. Bring it on.

Watching the professor as she entered the room, face carefully blank, Raiden simply stood where he was. However, when she simply conjured a chair and sat down, he flicked a glance at Cela and Miles. Was she not going to start their detention any time soon then? She was just... gonna sit there?

Okay then.

Dropping into the chair Cela had conjured, he tucked his hands into his pockets and leaned against the back of it.

Hmmm.

If only she had her books. Then she could do homework. Sigh.

Celandine relaxed into the silence, singing songs in her head. She could always summon some parchment and a quill? Then she could work on her essay for Muggle Studies. She started planning it out in her head even while she waited.

"I'm tired of waiting..." She said and stood. "Wands" she asked the students with her hand open.

It was true. they did have wands. Celandine smiled a brief acknowledgement and went back to her daydreaming/mental homework.

Miles looked up from his daydreaming about what he would do for Fia's birthday, he'd have to outdo last years and didn't think that was possible, to find the Professor standing there and holding out her hand. She want something? Hmm. Oh wait she said wands. Well of course they had wands and his was nestled safely in his pocket out of her hands, "Sorry left mine upstairs," he lied and crossed his arms defiantly. She'd have to take it from him. That'd teach her for giving him detention.

Hmph.

Raiden had just gotten interested in staring at the lines on his palm, too.

Letting his eyes slowly move to the 'professor', Raiden held up his right arm, letting his sleeve slide down to show the wand holster strapped there, wand securely tucked into it.

Wand? Here. See it? Yup.

The child was just going to smile? "Miss Toussant, Master Kururugi! I don't know if you are trying to appear defiant or just plain clueless, but I asked for your wands." And she moved her open hand further forward.

"And Master Vorkosigan, go upstairs and retrieve it." She said knowing full well he was lying... what kind of wizard would be caught wandless at Hogwarts... especially a prefect.

Giving the professor a puzzled look Celandine shook her head.

"No miss, you didn't." She said wands. She didn't ask. "You want my wand? Why would you want my wand, professor?" Blink. Was she going to BURN her?
