Alexandrie nearly slapped herself at how much squealing was going on, it was just a wizard bred dog people! She perfered Kneazles and Cats(kittens) over dogs. Crups whatever. Just cause she was pureblood and it was very adorable doesn't mean anything, she wondered what the next animal was.

Bounding out of the Sanctuary, Iliana had a precious, greenish creature hugging onto her neck. "Hey guys, this is Dexter. Dexter's a baby clabbert."

"Alright, you know what I want. Facts and characteristics. Go."

Alexandrie looked around cluelessly, she never heard of a..clabbert. Maybe someone else had?

"The Ministry of Magic Classification is XX." Simon smiled, he knew that, he was glad he actually knew something.

Darn. Another missed opportunity to hold the Crup. But ooh, another creature had been brought out. A Clabbert. Not quite as cute as the others but it was still an 'aww' moment. Ella raised her hand. "Clabbert's have a large pustule on their forehead." She said as she looked at the actual creature in front of her who was displaying this look. "And it flashes whenever they sense danger." She stated with a thoughtful expression.

Nymphy raised his hand. "A clabbert is an amphibian, kinda like a frog. However, this creature has the tail of a monkey and a horn. Mostly they live in tropical climates and eat bugs and lizards. It is rumored that they possess red puss that glows red when they sence danger.

"Mame, I would be honored if you would let me hold Dexter." he said. "He looks so well taken care of. I can see he was well raised"

What?????? A little flattery never hurt anyone!..........Don't give me that look...

Aww, what a cutie! Not quite as cute as the kneazle baby, but Vashti liked this one a little bit better than the crup. Assuming it didn't also hate Muggles. She raised her hand to answer. "They're native to the southern states in North America."

Aww man! Another lost opportunity to hold something adorable. Oh well, Miss Awesome Teacher Lady was on her way with another creature that was... surprisingly cute. Aand, she knew a lot about clabberts! Keeley raised her hand, green eyes gleaming and offered, "Clabberts are a cross breed of a monkey and an amphibean. A frog, I believe?"

She couldn't decide if the little creature was cute or not! It was green and small and just utterly adorable in her own mind, but, she generally disliked clabberts at the same time. But then again...they had that adorable yet dangerous thing going on with it's teeth. Multiple thoughts on this little creature for her. "They are tree dwelling creatures." she said, raising her hand once more and staring at it's arms and feet.

Sidney raises her hand. "The Clabbert's skin is smooth and hairless. It has a mottled green color."

Marie raised her hand, "The webbed hands and feet and long arms and legs of the Clabbert make it easy for it to swing between brances of trees."

Oh. Ellie didn't like these as much. They kinda grossed her out, actually. She wasn't going to hold this one. Nope.

"It has that thing on it's head." she pointed, "that flashes red when it senses danger or even muggles."

Mina listened closely as she petted Samara. The adorable little kneazle was still sleeping and looked ever so innocent. Next up were Crups, Mina wasn't really a cat kind of person, even though she was part-Kneazle once, but the kitten was way to cute. Yet, the little Miles looked just as adorable. Cute little creatures, yes that was her weakness for sure.

Seeing Professor Lawson hand over Miles to Anya, she looked down at Samara and gave her a light stoking. Was that a purr she just heard?

Seeing Professor Lawson return with another baby, she turned her attention back to the front. Clabberts, she's never really seen one in person before. Craning her neck slightly, she caught a glimpse of it. It really did look like green horned monkey to her. With her free hand, she raised it. "They were once used by American wizards and witches to give them early warning about approaching Muggles,"

Beaming with excitement, she took the little puppy into her arms. "Funny business, back to you, gottcha." That was all she heard Lady Lawson say, cause once she had Miles her attention was ALL on him. While the professor went for another creature, she atempted to pet the crup's head, though he was having fun trying to nip at her robe ends.

By the time Lady Lawson returned with another baby creature, she had craddled Miles in her arm on his back and was rubbing his belly with a grin. Her eyes flickered over to Lady Lawson and tried to think up an anwser. It was hard to do with Miles wiggling around. "Um...they have smooth green skin." And her attention was back on Miles.

"Professor, they have a mouth full of sharp pointy teeth." Patroclus answered to the question. The Clabbert, was a difficult one, it was not as cute as the others, but it looked like it would be fun to climb trees with. Its skin looked like it would be very smooth.

Gold raised a hand. "It's an arboreal creature, professor," she said, cheerfully. "It can sense danger, and the pustule on its forehead flashes red, when that happens. The International Confederation of Wizards basically had to stop people from keeping clabberts, to get an early warning about the approach of muggles."

Hehe.

Xylon raised his hand. "It looks like a cross between a monkey and a frog," he said, eyeing the creature clinging to Prof. Lawson's neck. "One of its characteristics is that it has short horns."

He raised his hand, "They're native to the southern part of the United States," he told her. He was not keen on holding a clabbert. That red thing on their forehead scared the daylights out of him.

Willow raised her hand and said "A Clabbert kind of looks like a frog which would explain the words meaning of mud or wet clay."

Hermione looked at the Clabbert, it was cute looking she thought, not as cute as the dog but nice. Unluckily for her she knew nothing of the sort about it.

Dianna raised her hand once more
"It's like a cross between a frog and a monkey. The thing on it's head turns red when it senses danger. Oh, and it is a Scottish and Anglo-Irish word for "mud", "soft dirt", and "wet clay". Or "to curdle" if I am not mistaken." she said thinking about all the books she read about a Clabbert.

Noir raised her hand quickly "A Clabbert is an arboreal creature that resembles a cross between a monkey and a frog. Its smooth skin is mottled green, and it has short horns and a wide grinning mouth full of razor sharp teeth. The arms and legs are long and supple, enabling it to swing between branches with the agility of an orang-utan. On the Clabbert's forehead is a large pustule which flashes red when the Clabbert senses danger. Clabbert feeds mostly on small lizards and birds." she said

Kate didn´t know about this one, so she stayed quiet and listened to her classmates.
