Now, let's not take Gold wrong. She had no problem with people who were fat, at all. She just didn't want to be fat, herself. You know? It was a very 'You're fat? No problem-o, appearances don't matter, it's who you are on the inside that does, sweetie! I'm fat? NO WAY! I can sooooooo not be fat!' kind of thing.

Having finished writing down the procedure in her notebook, she re-read it to make sure there were no mistakes.


Having settled on a huge bar of Cadbury Dairy Milk Hazelnut, Gold broke it, added it into her potion, and watched it disintegrate. Butterbeer and chocolate. DELICIOUS.

If you could force yourself to forget about the Troll Blubber, that is.

Finally, FINALLY, measuring out a standard glass of the potion, Gold slowwwly drank a sip... and then she quickly drained the rest of the contents of the glass because, you know, she wanted to get this over with as quickly as she could. Her stomach seemed to have turned into painful, little knots, at the horror of the whole process. Yes, the potion tasted delicious, really delicious, but that wasn't much help.

OBESITY!

.... and then she was looking down at herself.

Fat.

SAINTED MERLIN, SHE WAS FAT!

She looked away, and at Professor Lafay. Could she pretty please have the antidote, now? PRETTY PLEASE?!

Drink it. Not more than a glass.

Just the thought of doing that made her pale considerably.

However, one glance at the Professor and her expression, Evelyn frowned before sitting up straight and taking one of the larger vials in hand. Pouring the potion at least halfway up the vial since she knew she couldn't drink a full glass, the Slytherin held it up so she was able to look at it.

It wasn't an all that pleasant color, and the texture of it just... well it matched the color; and the smell. Sure, it was sweet. But Evelyn did not like sweet. At least, not this kind. Swallowing rather hard, if she was able to get anymore pale at the moment, she would've just by staring at the potion.

Taking a few deep breathes however, she raised it to her lips to take a sip, when she happened to glance over at something that moved out of the corner of her eye. Gold had drank hers. And it looked like it was working. Her hazel eyes grew wide... just as the Gryffindor did. No no no. She couldn't look like that! Antidote or not!

Suddenly holding the potion away from herself, Evelyn looked around, hoping perhaps she could pass it off that her potion did not work. Or maybe she could have someone else drink it...

Patroclus was trembling, he was unsure why. A mix of excitment and hesitation surely?

Patroclus was ready, ready to become Fat! He was placing a lot of trust in Lafay's Anitdote, if she had brewed it incorrectly, Fatty Patty was here to stay! He took up his goblet, and with a dipped it into the potion. It was only when the liquid filled the cup, did Patroclus have reservation. Sure it smelt sweet, and would taste like chocolate, it was the visual of all the ingredients that stayed his hand.

Patroclus decided it would be best to just shut his eyes and swallow...

he brought the goblet to his lips, the smell filling his nostrils, the taste of chocolate now evident, and with that he took a sip.

BAM! FATTY PATTY!

Patroclus experienced the most unusual sensation, to him it felt that the liquid rolling down his throat, was traveling to his limbs, feeling his body, enlarging as it went.

His normally skinny and athletic frame became to swell, his chin sprouted rolls of fat usually nonexistant, his belly bursting till it was the size of two Patroclus siding back to back, his legs and arms the size of flabby tree trunks.

Unable to contain his amusement, Patroclus began to laugh, causing his body fat to ripple.
"Bahahahahha"! This is incredible!"

Dianna was already staring at the others who became.. Ehh.. FAT.
Suddenly she felt goosebumps rising on her skin as she held the glass of thick potion.
'It will be all over before you know it..' she kept repeating to herself. One. Two. Three. Gulp.

Dianna squealed after drinking the potion and nearly fell when she saw that she had turned undoubtedly fat. She set down the glass and sat on the chair, hiding her face with her hair in the process.

Looking down at his mixture Joshua grabbed his own veil and observed the liquid inside it. Soo this was going to make him fat hmm? Was he going to look handsome as he was looking now, he was not sure. Plus Evelyn was beside her and looking at her...

...he saw that she was also examining the potion instead of drinking it but she was looking all pale and scared. He knew he had already said that he was ready to drink her potion if she did not want to take it yet what was he going to do with his own potion? He was not sure.

Selena looked at the potion. Oh wells. She looked at the glass of the potion and sighed. "Bottoms up," she said before she downed the glass. It was unsurprisingly sweet, but not in the sickening sweet way. The potion slithered down her throat and she felt something different. 'Must be the potion taking effect...' Selena thought to herself. There were actually people who looked happy about it. So she should just grin and bear it. She looked down and giggled. It was actually quite funny. She was fat now. Hehehe. Instead of underweight she looked overweight now.

Noir carried out on the instruction..She took her wand and pointed it to the tuberworm "Diffindo" she said and then tubeworm turned into an actual tube..She dropped them into her cauldron along with the 3 drops of Re'em blood and the whole bottle of butterbeer.."Don't stir..Don't stir.." she thought..

Noir poured the potion into her glass and drank it.."Ok I feel really weird" she thought..and then she saw her body gained some weight.."Merlin's Bread..!!I'm FAT..!!!" she said almost yelled..

After Noir finished with her potion, she pulled out her parchment and wrote down some notes..

Potion Lesson 3

Fattening Potion


Ingredients:

* 1 gallon of Troll Blubber
* 1 Bicorn Horn
* 6 Krispe Kreme
* 3 Puffer fish eyes
* 10 drops of insuline
* 1 Fluxweed plant
* 500mls of bubotuber slime
* 8 horned slugs
* 5 Tubeworms
* 3 drops of Re'em blood
* 1 bottle of butterbeer
* 1 drop of sea serpent venom
* 1 strand of veela hair
* chocolate or any type of candy to taste


Procedure

* Place troll blubber into clean cauldron and start the fire
* Use mortar and pestle to crush Bicorn Horn
* Added the crushed dust to the cauldron when the blubber was already a water-like
* Increase flame, and add Krispy Kreme’s one at a time and make sure they break down before adding the next
* Take 3 puffer fish eyes with your fingers and squeeze the eye until it pops and the juices fall into the cauldron
* Add the 10 drops of insulin while stirring with a wooden stirrer (One stir per drop)
* Take the fluxweed plant, de-leaf it and drop the leaves in the cauldron
* Stir in the bubotuber slime
* Add in the 8 horned slugs (1 slug after every 5 stirs of the fluxweed stock)
* Incinerated the left over fluxweed plant
* Use diffindo to cut the tubeworm and made them to an actual tube
* Add in tubeworms, Re'em blood, and butterbeer (DO NOT STIR..!!)
* Cover your eyes with goggles
* Add the sea serpent venom
* Add the veela hair
* Make a circle movement around the cauldron and say the incantation 'Altilis'
* Add a chocolate or candy

Fat.

She was FAT.

Gold looked around, and realized that a few people seemed to be finding themselves ... amusing. This was definitely not amusing, at least not as far as Gold was concerned. Hello! Overweight. OVER weight. That = unhealthy. Thank GOD this was only temporary.

Because she definitely, definitely didn't want to stay like this. Gold sat down, finding her robes extremely uncomfortable. AND her dragon-hide gloves didn't fit, anymore. She kept back a cold sigh.

When would they be able to take the antidote?

Soon, please?

Eli followed the professor's instructions to the letter, getting a little squicked when he had to pop the puffer fish eyes. I mean, they were STARING at him! Ew!

The worms and other ingredients were not as difficult to stomach, though the smells coming from his cauldron were DEEEEEESGUSTING. Just, yuck. He went back through his notes and realized he'd forgotten the donuts. It seemed tragic to put these lovely pastries in that nasty oily soup in his potion but he dared not disobey the professor. One, two three... finally all six little beauties, goodbye! They would have been so much better off in his belly.

He stirred and stirred and pretty soon, it was starting to smell better. He put on his goggles, then added the sea serpent venom and veela hair and did the incantation. There. Done? Sure it was!

It looked repulsive. No way did he want to drink it. He looked over at Gold- she was drinking it. Then, people started to get fat.

Eli started to laugh. He couldn't help it; watching people suddenly balloon up was hilarious! He tried to keep his giggles at bay but they just wouldn't stop. At least he tried to be quiet... he stood, silently shaking with laughter as he drew a draught of his potion.

He looked at it. It was oily with lumps in it. It looked horrible and smelled sickly sweet. It made him gag a little to even consider drinking it. But... evil professor said they must drink, so drink he would.

He chugged the draught.

Nothing happened.

He looked down at his hands, expecting something --

And suddenly his skin on his torso felt all jiggly and wobbly, like it was made of jelly. And then, it was like his skin gurgled! Almost as though he had passed gas, but under his skin, a shuddery sensation rushed through his body and then he felt himself expanding at an alarming rate!

POP! POP! POP! POP! RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIP!

The buttons on his shirt popped off, and then it was though he'd exploded every seam of every article of clothing he was wearing as his body suddenly outgrew his uniform. Thank goodness for the work robes or this would be like something out of a nightmare (you know the one, where you're in class in your skivvies. Or worse.)

Eli looked around- this didn't seem so funny anymore. Was the professor going to replace their clothes? It seemed only fair! His mother would KILL him for ruining a whole uniform! But strangely, his didn't seem to work the same as the other students' had. His bum and legs felt heavy and huge, and his gut, too, but his face didn't feel bigger, though when looking down at himself he could tell he had multiple chins. His shoes didn't feel any tighter, though, and his hands looked okay- not like the chubby hands of some of the others. It felt weird- his thighs were smooshed together all the way down to his knees and his belly was huge.

No, not nearly as fun as he'd anticipated. He felt tired and icky, and had started to sweat from the effort of keeping his bulky self standing upright. He went to hop up on his stool and found it was a LOT harder to climb up onto it, and that his belly made him have to scoot it way further back from the table.

A cold draft of air was coming up his robes, too. At least there was that, because it was HOT in here all of a sudden. He felt sick, his belly full of that sweet oily waxy potion.

"Professor?" Chubby Eli raised his hand, turning toward the professor. "My uniform kind of exploded under my robes. Also, I feel a little--"

Sick was the word he was going to say next. He would have, to warn everyone around him. But it was too late. The stuff in his stomach was coming back up like a freight train. There was no stopping it; this ride was going in REVERSE.


BLUUUUUUUUUUGH! The purple-haired boy threw up, retching and gagging as the sweet stuff came up in nasty ropes of oily, slimy greenish yellow disgustingness. The taste and smell of it as it came up threw his nose and mouth was horrific, sweet and hot and vile and sour all at the same time, littered with chunks of Krispy Kreme. The sensation made him even sicker and he did it again, spattering his robes and the floor next to him, everything with the stuff. He couldn't help it.

If only he'd been sitting next to the Slytherin girls when it happened!

He gagged and retched again. Oooooh, his poor belly!

Dianna was FAT and was still waiting for the antidote when she felt a button painfully hit her from somewhere.

"Ow-Oh My.." she quickly turned away. Yikes fat man much? She quietly snickered.

Selena giggled. Hehehe. Everyone looked huge. If only it made her grew taller. Then she saw a boy retch. Oh dear... she paled quite a bit. If she was every hungry before this, she just lost her appetite. Poor him though, most be really painful. Selena was grateful it wasn't her... but right now, it was really uncomfortable. She quickly looked away from the kid, afraid she might retch as well if she saw what exactly came out of his mouth and waved at Dianna. Hahahah. Look, they were both fat. "As funny as this is... I want to be skinny again," Selena muttered to herself. She should slip this potion to her mother one day... see her reaction. Selena chuckled at the thought.

Having followed along with the directions quietly, making sure to follow them (however skeptically) precisely, Raiden peered into the cauldron at the... ew.

This potion was just ew. There was no way around it. He was pretty prepared to gag on the sweetness that was emanating from it; he'd always been one to enjoy sweet things, and Merlin knew he ate more than his share of candy, but such a ridiculous amount of sugar being introduced to a stomach all at once could only make one immediately ill.

Casting a look about the room at those already swallowing their potions, he frowned. Tight robes and buttons flying off. Really, guys? Really? He flicked his wand at himself and his clothes enlarged slightly, getting baggy around his skinny frame.

He'd already lost buttons this term, no need to lose more.

She wanted them to drink a whole glass of it? Uhm, no. No way. He didn't feel like throwing up. Giving a rather covert reproachful look at the professor, Raiden took two sips of it and stopped at that.

It was enough to distort his skinny frame quite a bit, and make his clothes fit again. Vaguely he wondered if suddenly weighing more would throw off his balance that terribly, as he poked at his cheek with one finger.

This was uncomfortable. And Merlin help them all, the Ravenclaw boy with the purple hair was throwing up. The prefect put his head down on the table and blocked it out immediately. Last time there had been vomiting in class, a student had tried to jump out the window. At least they were in the dungeons and he wouldn't have to drag anyone back inside at the expense of their fingernails.

Hopefully some of that kid's sick would land on Lafay's shoes. Or her head.

Having placed the vial of potion back down on the table, Evelyn glanced at Josh for a moment, noticing that he was looking at her. She was fine. Really. Just, she needed a bucket sooner or later...and fast.

Snapping her mouth shut again as she stared at all the people taking the potion, a particularly disgusting sound flew to her ears as she cringed and clamped her hand over her mouth. No, they didn't need two people getting sick. Yes, she usually had a strong stomach, but the nauseating smell mixed in with the sound of someone getting sick, it was becoming a little too much.

There was no way she could drink this potion now without ending up like...

Bahahaha! OMG NO WAY! Purple head was the one to get sick? Eyes widening in surprise, Evelyn lowered her hand as she stared at the sight. He was...fat. Not only did that make her not want to take the potion since their was a fifty-fifty chance of getting sick, but the Ravenclaw suddenly reminded her of an incident a few years ago with a certain...

...Lord Borr.

Or whatever his name was. Well as weird as it was, it made her feel slightly better. That Astronomy Professor always gave her a good laugh. Mostly because he yelled at everyone else.

"Just cut the holes please. I'll practice the spell later." he said, looking ansy. He hadn't finished yet and as sickeningly sweet the potion smelled, he did want to try it.

Jacob put on his goggles. Protection for the eyes... he probably should have put these on while squeezing the pufferfish eyes. But at least he flinched at the right moment that it didn't get in his eyes.

Jacob took the Venom and dropped it into the cauldron... Well at least he didn't get that in his mouth. He then took the Veela Hair and placed that in as well. Now Jacob took his wand... Circle movement, and sharply down... "Altilis" he said and put his wand back on the table. He then took the choclate and added it to the potion.

Jacob took his glass now and dipped it in the cauldron, letting it fill with the potion. He smiled to himself, his hard work will pay off with fattness. That was a pretty fair trade. He works hard in potions and in return he becomes fat. Jacob put the glass to his lips, and drank it. Licking his lips a bit, Jacob felt kinda strange... Looking down, he saw a enlarged belly, his arms were huge and he couldn't see his own legs... This... Was... AWESOME... Jacob started laughing...

Then he suddenly fell of his chair, and was laying on the cold ground. Jacob struggled to get back up but just couldn't. After a bit more struggling, he found himslef face down and rolled over back facing the ceiling again... "I give up" he said.

Chris was actually scare to drink the potion, forget just girls his age, he didn't want to be Fat either!!! Taking the ladel and putting a standard amount into a cup he putit to his lips and with a deep breath drained the whole thing, trying of course to not think of all the things in it.

For a second he didn't feel anything and then a rumbling in his stomach showed something was happening. Oh no. All of a sudden he felt his arms and legs swell and his neck got thicker and then his pants were so tight he could barely breath. Looking down his belly was not protruding way over the top of his pants. "Oh no!!" He said sadly. If he didn't get an antidote quickly his clothes were likely to rip.

"Professor is it normal for our clothes to come this close to cutting off circulation?" he said worridly. As long as they didn't rip infront of all these people, especially when he was FAT. *shiver*

She looked at Gold and smiled at her. "Miss Laksh, would it make you feel better if I took the potion myself?" She said.

Looking around the class she spotted the Slytherin... she wasn't drinking the potion. "Miss Flores, as I said you may chose to opt out of taking the potion, but you will not get participation points for this class." She told the girl. "Think about this. What has you afraid of being overweight?"

"Well, I'm glad you're enjoying this." She said to the boy smiling.

"No need to hide." She said to the girl.

"Master Carter... what seems to be the problem? You think Gryffindor doesn't need your participation points? I'm sure you aren't afraid to become temporarily overweight..." She said in a challenging tone.

She turned to the child... "Actually you seem healthier with some weight on you, you may want to think about not taking the antidote."

"So?" She asked the girl. "Miss Greengrass, what has you so upset?" She asked.

Hecate was just about to tell him she would fix any damaged clothing when the boy threw up... on her shoes...

She sighed.

He had been sitting in front of her, he'd eaten 7 doughnuts before brewing and another six were in the potion... so she should have expected it. She scurgified her shoes, and then walked to the cupboard to retrieve a peppermint leaf. She put it in the kid's hand and looked at him. "Put it in your mouth and chew on it. Don't swallow, just chew. Your stomach will settle." She said.

"No laughing at your class mates." She scolded.

"You will wait." She spat angrily.

She was quite surprised the Prefect took the potion. He'd done a great job with it. And he was smart enough to enlarge his clothing. "Looking good Prefect Kururugi." She said to him.

"Merlin Sakes!" She said and blasted holes out of the kid's tube worms... "There. Now brew."

"Don't give up..." She said levitating the boy to a standing position, then reinforced his chair. "Now sit."

"It is if the wizard didn't think of enlarging his clothing before drinking his potion." She said rolling her eyes and cast an enlarging spell on the Head Boy's clothing.

"Now pair up... I want you to tell your partner that they are beautiful, and why..." She said and watched the kids.

Amy finished up her potion and drank it down, it tasted nice and she finished it off, in one gulp and happy she was until ARGHH! She looked down at her *whimper* fat body, pair up? she thought, with who, she looked for anyone standing around

"Yes professor." Zane said, looking ashamed. He grabbed his tubeworms and raced to his cauldron. He added the worms, the Re'em's blood and the butterbeer and did NOT stir. He grabbed the goggles he brought with him and added the sea serpent venom and the veela hair. He used a circular wand movement around his cauldron and said, "Altilis". He added some mint trying to spare himself the overly sweet chocolate. He grabbed a cup and scooped some potion. He held his nose and chugged the potion, trying to avoid the sickeningly sweet taste. He felt himself changing, and looked down to see himself...."here piggy piggy piggy." he muttered to himself. He didn't like being fat...but a little weight wouldn't hurt him.

Looking away from the purple head Ravie, her smile faded when she heard her name being called... by the professor. Aw great, here comes the roll of eyes and the angry talk.

Except, there weren't either of those. There were a lot of surprises in this class she noticed. More than the others. "It's not the overweight part I'm afraid of anymore..." she mumbled, staring down at the potion still in the vial. It was the getting sick part that she was. Which she would, she knew it. She'd already come to terms that she'd have to drink it eventually if she wanted her participation points, but she really didn't feel like emptying her stomach like the Ravie kid did.

At least not in public and in class.

Besides, all her hard work of keeping healthy and her athletic body... down the drain in a matter of seconds. Yea, how does THAT boost ones confidence hmm? Who cares if the potion was brewed correctly, she would be fat! MERLIN! Dangit!

Rolling her eyes at herself, she took a deep breathe, pushing all scents and thoughts out of her mind before bringing the vial up to her lips and taking a small sip. Small, as small as it could be. Cringing at the taste, she swallowed and clamped her mouth shut once more. Keep it down. Keep it down. Keep it doooowwwn...

Proving slightly harder than she thought. However, looking down at her hands, she noticed that her fingers were like, little sausages. OMG! SERIOUSLY!? And her skirt and shirt, definitely were three times smaller on her now then they usually were. Great. She was...fat-ish. Not like some others in the room, but still. This was emotionally traumatizing. Practically worse then being set on fire. Okay yes, being fat failed terribly.

But her mind was elsewhere once more. Trying to keep the dang potion down. How could she speak to someone and tell them they were beautiful when she was busy focusing on NOT opening her mouth!?

Extra-large Chris cringed. They had to find partners? Oh well who would want a....oh yeah everyone was this way. The Head Boy waddled over to a Hufflepuff girl he saw standing nearby and stopped in front of her. "You want to be partners?"

Ok so they had to tell each other how beautiful they were and why. "Amy is it?" he could have sworn he had heard her name in a class before. "Well you are beautiful," he said taking her hand, in a complete class-wrok only fashion he was dating Gold. "And you are beautiful beacuse size doesn't matter and what really matters is your personality and how you are as a person; which I have seen is a good one so that is why you are beautiful." he grinned that wasn't hard.

Sure, Amy grinned at him, well Chris, you are beautiful because of your ability to love others completley she told him remebering seeing him with Gold by the lake, you are funny and are a very kind person who takes pity on firsties, she laughed, easy peasy, so now what do we do? Amy said, not that she wasn't enjoying being complemented but were they ment to keep going or?....

With a grin, Ivory stared down at her pulverized bicorn horn ...now bicorn horn powder thanks to her efforts. Setting her pestle down, she inched closer to her cauldron to have a look at its contents, happy to see it looked well, for lack of a better word water-y.

Double checking the instructions she'd copied down in her journal, she tilted the mortar over her cauldron and carefully drizzled the powder over the blubber, making sure to do it liberally so the entire surface was coated. Almost unbidden a waft of the fume her cauldron was giving off found its way into her next inhale and she had to grimace slightly at the sweetness. Merlin, the smell alone would make one fat.

As she went about aiming her wand and turning it counter-clockwise as she'd been taught to lower a flame, she pondered on the situation. Fatness... Now, Ivory had never been one to judge on other's appearances but well who among them didn't cringe slightly when they saw those 400 lb plus muggles riding around on their little electronic wheelchairs. Not out of humor but out of pity...she at least felt it for their health. Cholesterol? Heart conditions? Sure being thin had its downside's too, that's why people had to find the balance. To be healthy. A little meat on one's bones didn't hurt infact it was beneficial. Although many found it not attractive, but well...

Musing to herself now on the whims of society to dictate what was beautiful, she added the Krispe Kreme donuts one at a time. Watching the doughy goodness dissolve completely before adding another. Of course she left her own edible one on the side for when she was done. Odds were when she was fat, she'd be hungry right? The logic was inconsistent but made sense, at least to her. Shaking her head to rid herself of her flyaway thoughts, she tuned in now on what the Professor was explaining. The popping of eyes. Eeeh...

Her eyes slid sideways to stare at the small transparent bowl where she'd counted out the three pufferfish eye balls. The eye balls that were now seemingly staring at her. Experimentally, she moved one way...then the other, convinced they were following her. Biting her lip and taking one in between a thumb and forefinger before she lost her nerve due to her overactive imagination, she held it over her potion and squeezed. Sure she jumped back slightly when it actually did Pop since she hadn't really expected it quite so literally, but for the most part she stayed in place without too big of a grimace as she squeezed the viscous eyeball juice straight into the mixture with a few very disgusting drops hitting her robes. Leaving the residue sclera in a waste bowl on the side with a jittery fling of her hand, she washed up to her forearms in the back sink before jotting down her process so far in her journal.

Listening to the next instructions and writing those down too, she grabbed the insulin dropper and her stirrer and set to work. One drop, one counter clockwise stir. Again and again she repeated until finally all ten drops of the sickly sweet hormone had been added and stirred into her solution. Leaning forward in her stool, she stared at the recess of her cauldron while holding her breath. Well, at least there were no explosions ...yet.

Sparing a reassuring glance at her procedure list to make sure she was on track, she grabbed the Fluxweed stock and stared at the numerous leaves protruding from it. Quite a few leaves it seemed. Expelling a breath, she tilted it towards her and began the process of deleafing it. One little leaf into the cauldron...Hmm. Staring at its progress into the sweet mixture she observed as it wilted on contact. Was that right? It took a few looks around and another check of her journal to be sure but nevertheless she wondered. Could leaves go into diabetic comas that resulted in wilting? Shrugging her shoulders, she plucked off more leaves and continued adding. Two little wilted leaves into the cauldron...three little wilted leaves into the cauldron...

If Selena spoke her mind like her father had told her when she was little, she would probably be in huge trouble and get point deduction. She sighed and looked around for some one to tell them how immensely beautiful they looked, cough cough, even though they were fat.

Simon looked around, he couldn't see anyone he knew that he could partner with, he had never told anyone they were beautiful, he didn't really feel like telling anyone that at the moment and he wondered why he would say that to just anyone.
