Walking into the Great Hall, Natasha walked over to the Slytherin House table, not that there was much of anyone around. She just wanted a bite to eat before she did anything today. She sat down, her fingers running through her dark hair in an absent fashion, glancing around. It really was pretty empty. Sighing, softly, she picked up a bread roll.

Scorpio moved into the Great Hall with a spring in his step as he started his final year. Looking around the hall, he sighed as he noticed how empty it was, but grinned as it made it all the easier to notice a pretty brunette sitting at his house table. With a smirk, he made in her direction.

"Good Morning, beautiful." The Slytherin said he slid into the chair next to her. He looked around the hall wondering where everyone else was, but quickly decided that he really couldn't care any less than he did at this very moment.

Natasha looked next to her, seeing a boy sit down. "Morning," she said with a smile to the boy who looked a few years older than her, at least. Pity. She was not too bothered that there wasn't very many people around, but she liked that he was there. She wanted to talk to someone, and a Slytherin seemed good.

"I'm Natasha." She added, thoughtfully.

Scorpio grinned as she replied too him. "And how is this day treating you so far?" He asked her with a smile. "It's lovely to meet you Natasha, I'm Scorpio." It was bizarre to think that it was this early in the morning, and there was already a smirk on his face. Even that wasn't normal, but then it had been a while since he had started the morning surrounded by females.

"Perfectly, considering I've just come here from my Dorm." She said, with a grin. "I hope it's been good for you, too?" Natasha asked. "It's just as good to meet you." It was certainly interesting that he did not bring out the usual reaction when she was in any way complimented. She felt different in many ways, today.

Scorpio laughed and started to butter his toast. He took a sup of his pumpkin juice and then looked around the room once more. Hmm. He took a second look at the Ravenclaw table, wondering if he could spot Cela or Livvy. The day was just getting started and that meant that the fun was just going to keep happening over and over and over until it was time to go to bed. He smirked a little at that thought.

For the first time he made it to the Great Hall without dying of hunger. Like he did the other day. It took him so long to find the food that his stomach had shrunk in on itself. That was a bad day for him. Going hungry did nothing for his mood, and missing his twin didn't improve his navigating skills.

With the purpose of a man on a mission he strode over to the table threw himself onto the bench and a whole muffin disappeared in his mouth before he drew a breath. "Thank you God!" he said strewing crumbs everywhere.

Natasha smiled, finally taking a bit of her roll, she was never one to eat very much food, anyway. She glanced around, expecting that more people would probably come into the hall soon.

Natasha glanced towards the boy who headed straight to the Slytherin table and started to eat, looking like he hadn't eaten in a while, as he ate his food so quickly. "Hello," she said with a friendly smile.

He chocked down another muffin and chased it with some orange juice before he took in a staggering, deep breath. After he felt that he could talk without looking stupid he grinned at the girl that spoke to him. "Morning love," he said to her sounding just like his father. Hey, his father had his mother in love with him on first sight. So whatever he did worked and Diggy thought it was the way to go.

Oliver swaggered into the great hall like he had been doing so since he was.. well since he was 11. To the onlooker it was impossible to tell that he had started here at Hogwarts only yesterday. He looked over to the Hufflepuff table first kinda tempted to go sit there to have his breakfast before he focused on his own table.

He did a double take when he saw the young man sitting wolfing down muffins. “Dillon?” He mumbled to himself. Did that mean Egypt was back? Had the 'other' Greenwoods been reunited?

With a rare look of trepidation on his face he walked over to the boy. “Dillon, mate.” He placed a hand on his back and sat. "I never expected to see you here." He said rather causiously.

"Morning," she said. Most of the Slytherin boys she knew either seemed to be like this, or... Strange. It was fine with her, though. Natasha picked up a glass of juice, looking at the boy, a smile playing on her lips.

Well at lest he got a smile out of her. That was a start. A very good start. He had the Greenwood charm, he knew it and she knew it. "Are you going to let me see a full smile," he asked her smoothly. If only his dad could see him at work. He was going to make easy work of the Hogwarts girl, yes he was. The thought gave him a tickle and he snorted a laugh into his glass of juice and the juice splashed him in the face.

No matter, he was still a Greenwood.


His focus was totally on the girl that had spoken to him so to say that he was as surprised was a understatement worthy of calling Paris a fashionista. He looked up in surprise at his tall uncle looming over him. He blinked to make sure he was still awake. He did have the uncanny ability to fall into a daze with his eyes open. "Wha--Oliver?" he started. He didn't really know what to say to his uncle. He hadn't seem him in more than a year. "Well, if you had told me yesterday that I would be going to school with my skyscraper of an uncle I would have called you daft." he said easily recovering his Greenwood suave. "I didn't expect to see you either." he added.

Where Oliver was usually a cocky self assured git, he knew when to tone it down.. and now was one of those moments. He reached over the table and grabbed the jug of orange juice and pulled it towards him as he listened to his nephew, smirking at the younger lad's term for his height.

The Uncle thing was weird for Oliver – Dillon felt more like a cousin, not only because they were near the same age but he was only half related to the boy.

He smiled a little – a genuine smile and not the amused one he normally had plastered across his face. "I had to leave Durmstrang and this was my dad's second second choice of school." He shrugged as if to say 'no biggie'.

“When did you get back? Are you... you know, alone?” Oliver felt thoroughly awkward. Like he was intruding on something that didn't concern him.

He poured a juice and took a sip to hide this unusual discomfort.

"Do I get your name?" Natasha asked, giving him a proper smile. She was not always like this, but it was fun. She drank from her glass, looking away from him for a moment to take a glance around the hall.

He quickly wiped the juice off his face replacing his Greenwood smile. "The name's Dillon Greenwood. A pretty girl such as yourself can call me Diggy though," he winked at her. He was laying it on thick but he was 14 give him a break. He wasn't the Casanova he thought he was. "And what can I call you?" he asked smoothly trying to draw her attention back to him.


A eyebrow raised at Oliver's mention of his dad. IT was well known that Grandpa Greenwood didn't like anything pertaining to muggles and Hogwarts was at the top of his list, but in hi old age some of his vigor had subsided, and Paris had soften the big guy right on up. "Well we are glad to have you." he smiled. It was good to have family near. "Does dad know you're here?" he asked moving down the bench to make room for his uncle.

He shrugged, it was a sore spot for the whole family to talk about his sisters that were stillborn. It nearly broke his mother and he was a fierce defender of his mother. And he didn't trust himself to answer anything pertaining to them without getting chocked up. JoJo was the crier, not him. "No we're all back," he said looking the wind beneath his cocky exterior. He suddenly found something very interesting on his robes as he tried to hid the emotions written on his face.

"Okay then, Diggy it is." Natasha said looking back at him, smiling at the way he acted, it was kind of amusing. "Natasha Lovato, but Nattie or Tasha would be fine." She answered.

“Thanks.” Oliver replied. “It's good to be here.” Really it was. Hogwarts was a breath of fresh air compared to the stagnant, regimented way of doing things at Durmstrang. He shook his head. “No. I don't think my dad's told anyone.” Cos he was ashamed that his son had been kicked out? Or because it was Oliver and he was only considered as half a son. Probaly the latter. Oliver failed to make his father proud even when he was doing well at school and keeping his nose clean... so what was the point? “Does my brother know you're here?” He frowned.

He watched the boy, unaware of his change in emotions. “Where's Joseph?” he looked around as if expecting to see him. The two were never apart. It was weird seeing Dillon alone right now. “Are your mum and dad back together?” twenty questions but Oliver had never been the most perceptive of people.

He pulled himself up a little bit at her smile. It was a really nice smile Diggy thought, and then he felt the sudden burn creeping up his cheeks. He took a gulp of his juice to mask it. "Natasha," he said. He didn't want to call her Nattie or Tasha, that's what everyone calls her and he wanted to be special. "So um what year are you," he asked casually as he piled more food onto his plate.

"The best way to deal with Grandpa is to send Paris in before to butter him up," Diggy told him. He caught on to that trick a few years ago. For some reason Grandpa Greenwood loved Paris more than anything in the world, sure he loved all of his grandchildren, but Paris was his favorite. And of course being the princess that she was she lorded it over everyone.

Diggy looked at his uncle sensing he wanted to say something more, but Dillon wasn't the prying type. No wait, he didn't pry into people's emotions, but he would pry into a locked diary under his sister's mattress. Or a locked room in a school building. Those things he would pry into with gusto. "Of course Dad knows I'm here." he told him matter of factly. That was a silly question right there he thought.

He flinched at the sound of his twins name. He felt the pull in his chest. He felt like he was missing half of himself without JoJo around. They had never been apart. "Oh um," he started and found his voice had risen an octave. "He's um at MIT," he said softly. Him and JoJo had been sending so many owls back in forth that their mom had to retire poor Goliath before they killed the tiny thing. He looked up sharply at Oliver's question. "Of course they are." he said the acid dripping in his voice. Oliver was treading on thin ice suggesting that Diggy's mother and father would be anything but happily married and in love with each other.

"Okay, sure." She said, picking up a piece of toast and buttering it, still looking at Diggy. "Fourth year." Natasha replied. "And you?" She asked curiously. He looked around her age, and she wondered if he was in her year, too.

He took her distraction to take another swig of his juice. "Yeah," he told her not sure what else to say. "Pull it together Greenwood", he told himself. He wanted to do a victory dance when she continued to talk to him. He tried to keep cool. She was digging him and he wanted to strut. He held back the impulse. "Yeah me too," he said smoothly. "So um do you have a boyfriend," and he mentally cringed and kicked himself.

"Oh, I'll see you around more this year, then." She said, liking that she was getting to know all these people that were in her year. Natasha laughed softly at his question. "No, not yet." She grinned.

He smiled a little at the mention of Paris and his Dad – it was true. The girl could do no wrong in Emmanuel's eyes. His affections usually shown in the form of money and indulgences. Like, as if she didn't get that from her own mother. Paris was a sneaky one and Oliver had to admit, he liked her style.

The news that Nathan knew was weird to say the least. Oliver looked at Dillon, puzzled. But... eh? It didn't quite add up somehow. He raised his eyebrows but merely nodded choosing to bite his tongue.

He took another large swig of orange juice. “MIT? I always thought you two were inseparable.” He chuckled a little. “Twins are like that aren't they? Like they've got some weird telepathic connection going on? Like.. can you tell what he's thinking right now?”

Oliver frowned at this news, as well as at Dillon's change in attitude. He had seen his brother only a week ago, before he left for school and the man was pretty much living the grand ol' bachelors life. A single man with only a minature owl for company. Even Oliver felt a little bad for him. “Wait. Lets rewind here just a sec.” He said doing a twirly thing with his finger. “They ARE back together? That must have happened fast.” He took a moment to study the food on offer and looked back at Dillon and smiled, raising an eyebrow. “Your mum must have worked some mega mojo there. Is he home? Finally moved out of the Leaky Cauldron?” All innocent, albeit tactless questions.

He served himself some bacon and eggs and reached out to grab the ketchup.

Nella walked nervously to her house's table, sat at the far corner and helped her self with some.

Ok good she didn't have a boyfriend. "Well maybe that will change," he added slowly. "Yeah that's good because I don't have a girlfriend you know." He finally drained his glass of juice he refilled it with his wand. It was one of the first things he learned how to do. His mother wasn't the best cook and sometimes you had to wash down her Ghanaian concoctions with juice just to keep a straight face.


He didn't really feel like talking about JoJo right now, but it seemed Oliver was as dense about people as Diggy was about girls. "JoJo wants to work for NASA making rockets or something." Diggy said simply. "We took some genius tests or something and we scored really high." Diggy shrugged he didn't care about stuff like that. JoJo did. Dillon was offered a place at MIT as well but he didn't care to go but he wasn't going to keep JoJo from doing what he had dreamed about. After all he was going to Hogwarts so he could work for his grandfather. "I don't care about stuff like that. But Jo really wanted to go." It had been a hard split for both of them. But as much as they looked alike they were different people and each wanted something different and each was willing to let his twin go after their dream.

He turned to look at Oliver. That was a stupid question. They didn't have a telepathic link, though they did share that special connection that most identical twins shared. Like his aunt Irish and Ireland. Not that Diggy and JoJo were as bad as them. They could finish each other sentences and their children called them both mother regardless of who was really there birth mother. "No I don't know what he's thinking," he told him.

Diggy didn't understand anything Oliver was saying. His mother and father never split as far as he knew and they were always together as well. "They have always been together." he shot back, he didn't like what Oliver was trying to say. "My dad loves my mom more than anything and she wouldn't need to work any thing on him. So you just shut up about them." he said his voice rising. He loved Oliver, but not enough to let him brandy about talking about his family like that. He was working himself up to a good frenzy that was going to end with him on top of Oliver and turning him into the first insect that popped into his head.

No one talked about his mom and dad like that.

The color drained from Diggy's face when he saw Oliver reaching for the ketchup. He hated ketchup because he was deathly afraid of tomatoes. He scooted away from Oliver not wanting to be anywhere near that stuff.
