Her little nose wrinkled too. "Eww poop on your textbooks it not fun. Though my brother did vanish my wand into a babies nappie once that is pretty gross." her brothers could be horrible gits sometimes.

Paris stared as Daphne demonstrated why it was important to make sure your foundation matched your skin tone. The girl's cheeks went from the palest pink to Rudolph red in a matter of seconds. If Paris had know talking about her dating Plymouth was such a hot button issue she wold have teased her a bit before asking. She tried to keep in her giggle. "Well apparently I have a different definition on what dating is," she giggled. You would think the girl would be happy she had a boyfriend. I mean it wasn't like Plymouth was ugly, then that would be cause to die a slow social death, but Plymouth was cute. In a......Plymouth sort of way.





"Oh well I'm glad I could be here for this historic event. I'm sure my owl got lost in the snow storm," It seemed a better idea to tease Plymouth about this and not Daphne who looked like she was about to erupt. "I uh..think you make a rather cute...interesting couple...when Daphne's color has returned that is." She didn't know if that was the right thing to say.

Could this look any more awkward?

Plymouth hugged Daphne to his side with PRIDE. And a lot of it. Squeezesqueezesqueeze. He waited with a great big grin on his face for Paris's verdict.

"Aww... no. No. See. I like it when she turns pink for me." And without further ado, Plymouth stooped and kissed Daphne's fiery hot cheek.

What was she supposed to say or do in such a situation besides just stand there, rather awkwardly, red-faced and with a stupid grin on her face? Right, she was supposed to make congenial conversation. Make herself presentable and approachable except--She was Daphne Hopton.

Things were hardly that simple. Especially when Plymouth Morgan's lips were connecting with her cheek.

Paralyzed, she simply gushed slightly as the heat went over her head. "I'm not sure it'll ever return," replied Daphne in a joking manner.

Defeat. She'd admit defeat as soon as her stomach stopped somersaulting.

"Good, I say. Shall I do it again? I LIKE you all pink. It's SOOOO cute, Daphadil. Like... a.... puffapod!" Plymouth leaned in and nuzzled Daphne's cheek again. He was doing that thing where he was SO EXCITED and not exactly thinking.


Plymouth should have REMEMBERED the LIST. But, he was.... giddy. GIDDY.

"Oh nonono," began Daphne in a soft chastising voice, cheeks still aflame. Plymouth Morgan was going to kill her right in this corridor if he kept it up! There was only so much heat a human body could take, magical or not. But-But-But...thinking was difficult and everything was sort of hazy, and breathing was also difficult and standing too!

"Plymouth!" Daphne squeaked, trying to sink into her shoulders, as she tried frowning at him disapprovingly with heavy-lidded eyes.

Not in front of others!

"No?" Plymouth looked a little deflated. "Not good? I'm sorry. I just... well... your cheeks are cute, Daphne. And, then Paris was thinking we were cute, too, and then... well... I just wanted to." There. Plymouth had WANTED to, so he did. He WANTED to do her other cheek,too. "Won't your other cheek feel left out?"

"Well, It might," admitted Daphne with raised brows, watching Plymouth playfully besides her embarrassment from underneath her lashes. "Wanna kiss it?"

"Yes, I do, Daphne Hopton. More than anything else in the whole wide world right now. Can I?" Plymouth happy!skipped to her other side and bouncebouncebounced in anticipation.

Giggling, Daphne readied herself by tilting her face slightly. Tapping her cheek, she pursed her lips ready for a little kiss.

Maybe Celandine was right. Kissing was fun! Teehee. "Kiss me!"

Plymouth blinked at Daphne Hopton - or what used to be Daphne Hopton. "Hehe... there's my Daphadil." Plymouth KNEW she was in there somewhere. Oh how he enjoyed when she came out just for him.

But.... KISS ME? she said?

Plymouth leaned and caught the VERY corner of Daphne Hopton's mouth. Just a quick little peck. Plymouth was testing the waters...He eyed her warily when he stood back to his full height. Again? Again again??

Oh! That had been unexpected. Plymouth had slightly missed his target. Blushing furiously (as if it was possible to be anymore pink), Daphne curled the toes inside her shoes slightly, aware of the spreading buzzing sensation through her body. Her heart raced and she could have enjoyed this moment better--if Paris Greenwood wasn't watching them.

Clearing her throat, she gingerly reached for Plymouth's hand, capturing two of his fingers before bumping him with her hip. "Let's go somewhere else," she whispered, cupping her mouth with one hand.

Then she winked.

Paris giggled at the two of them. It was funny and she couldn't help it. "Well pink looks good on any girl." she informed him. He looked like a kid on Christmas morning, it was sweet.

She tried to wipe the smirk from her face, but it was hard and soon she even gave up. "Well there are worse things that cold make you blush." Like having a n eleven year old towering over you, or tucking your robes into your underwear and then walking through the halls.

Now it was Paris' turn to blush, it looked as if she needed to make a very quick exit. She didn't want to be a witness to any "special alone time" between someone that wasn't her and Chris.

Daphne body language was screaming loud and clear. And Paris was getting just as uncomfortable as she was. It was like walking in on her parents. Just an image she wasn't supposed to be witnessing.

Paris held up her hands as if the block the images from her mind. "Oh well I can see that you two want to be alone. So I think I will head downstairs and find my own boyfriend." she smiled at both of them. "See you guys around." She waved at them and turned and tried not to look like she was fleeing the scene of a crime.

Plymouth was wide-eyed and GIDDY. He had toed the water and not got bit! Merlin it was a good day. Plymouth wrapped her fingers into his hand, noting how itty bitty her fingers were.

Was there anything about Daphne that wasn't just CUTE?


Plymouth was just about to tell Paris that they had to go... when... said she was leaving. "Oh. See ya, Paris! We're just going to ... go somewhere... now. hehe!!"

HEHE INDEED.


"You wanted to be alone with me, huh? Whatever for, Daphadil? I'll take you anywhere." Plymouth winked back at her. Maybe SHE wanted to smooch on HIS cheeks a little? Hmmm?

Akwardly, Daphne nodded at Paris, waving slightly at her retreating figure before turning to Plymouth. Still a little shy, she tugged on Morgan's hand and bumped him yet again with her hip. "Here's fine," she mumbled eyes downcast as she swayed slightly from side to side on the spot.

Now that they were alone in the corridor it didn't really make sense to go anywhere else. "Plymouth," she announced with raised brows. "Now that you've kissed both of my cheeks it's only fair that I return the favor."

Right? Because she was Daphne Hopton and she was a Gryffindor; She was all about fairness. Right?

Only fair.

"You won't be hearing any arguments out of me on that one, Daphadil." Plymouth raised his hand to her chin and tipped her head back gently with his forefinger. "But listen, okay? You don't have to. Only if you want." Plymouth tilted her head back just an itty bitty bit more so he could see her whole face better and see her eye to eye and see both those pink-tinted cheeks.

Up. Higher Up. And there were Plymouth Morgan's ever-blue eyes. And there went her stomach again with the never-ending flip flopping. She'd punish it later; after she had gotten her lips on Morgan's cheeks. Crinkling her nose, Daphne twisted her mouth with pursed lips slightly. "You're making me wait!"

And this time, she did stomp her foot.

Plymouth ... well, see, he got a little side-tracked. His wires got crossed. He got distracted. He really couldn't help it. It was totally beyond his control, especially post-impatient foot stomp, when his face lowered to her upturned face.


And, just like she'd asked, Plymouth kissed Daphne Hopton.... on her little mouth.

About time! She thought and puckered her lips, ready to land them on one of Plymouth's cheeks to start paying him back for his well-thought out smoochies. Except, Plymouth really missed his target this time and kissed her right...on...the bulls eye.

Merlin. Circe. Trelawney. LA LA LA. She was NOT listening to the that little shrill voice in the back of her head. Closing her eyes, she leaned into the kiss, the heels of her feet clicking together before she pulled away.

MERLIN. CIRCE. TRELAWNEY OF THE NOT-ALL-SEEING-EYE! DID SHE JUST KISS PLYMOUTH MORGAN?!

Wide-eyed she stared at Plymouth, fingers wiggling nervously in front of her. "Oh. Oh. Oh. Okay!" Bad Daffy! Bad!

Except.....except.....she liked it. "Thank you."

Oh. Oh. Bad Daffy! "That was nice, we should do this again sometime."

WHAT?!

Diane walked through the corridor of the seventh floor going to the owlery only to find its entrance closed. Oh. She should investigate more about the clastle before making appointments. Well, but this was a good place than any other. She stood by the closed Owlery entrance, and waited apparently for something or someone. Hopefully, it wasn't too late?

Daniel was walking from the Common Room holding the letter that was given to him be an owl. He is trying to remember who is the sender of the letter. But he was never good at remembering names unless he saw the face of the sender.

He then saw a Slytherin girl. It was here! he gasped. I know her from the time of the flood.

Daniel approached her and said, "Hello, the owlery is closed for it is now the detention place." he cleared his throat and asked, "So, what is our agenda?" he said smiling. He doesn't have a single idea about what will she be wanting from him.

Diane gave him the kind of smile that was a sort of painless grimace. "Yeah, sorry, I guess I should have know better. To tell you the truth, it's the first time I come to this area..." She trailed off while looking at her surroundings, before she turned back to the boy.

"I'm sorry to ask you here like this, I have something to ask you," she said. "It is, in case you still have that thing professor Kazimeriz gave you in class." She moved a bit closer so it would allow them a bit more privacy, though not to the point they should whisper. A comfortable conversation could be held in this manner, but regardless of that...

She said, "I want you to give that to drink to professor Kazimeriz, and ask him why did he feed the Ancient Runes professor the wrong potion."

Daniel smiled as she did and nodded. He then gave a quizzical look at the request she made from him. And that also sounded like it will be trouble.

Daniel was speechless. "What do you mean?" he asked looking a bit concerned. "Isn't that illegal? And besides it isn't the veritaserum, you know." he said.

Diane smiled simply. "We don't need veritaserum. I'm sure, if professor Kazimeriz thought he was talking with someone he's able to trust - his good friend -, he would be willing to share. And illegal, do you mean what he did or what I'm asking?" she asked, puzzled.

"Well, he gave you the potion, and it's the kind of potion that is given with some ammount of treachery. If the professor wanted you to use it, why not use it on him?" Her smile was kinder by now. "But if you are insecure, it is you decition ultimately."

She stepped back some steps. "The term is almost ending..." and the professor is no place to be found since the incident. "Maybe you can think about it over the summer?"

Daniel scratched his chin. He doesn't want to be expelled from school. And he doesn't want to have anything to do with doing something bad.

"Well, you were right. But I think I have to consider my options and will think of it this summer vacation." he paused. "But don't worry, I will send you an owl of my decision before the next term starts." he said nodding and thinking it over. He had lots of things in mind right now, especially it is the Finals week.

"I would be happy with that," Diane said with a big bright smile. "I'd like to keep in touch with you. I'll have something to look forward to." She moved her weight from one leg to the other. "It feels like there's something I'm forgetting..." Her tone had changed so much when she talked to herself.

When her eyes returned from the roof, previously in thought, she didn't have the smile but a wide-eyed blank look. "Uh, yes, that's... do you mind if you keep this among us. Well, you could tell others, but don't tell anyone important. I don't want professor Kazimeriz to get fired." The only good way to go about this was not to be judgeamental. "We-- I could be mistaken."

Her more concerned look was fastly dropping and she was smiling brightly again. "Can I count on you?"
