As soon as Nancy'd walked through the Common Room doors out onto the dark, slightly creepy Dungeon Corridor she felt the urge to turn right around and go back to where she'd just come from. Why had she decided to go for a walk all on her own again? Oh, right, there was no reasonable explanation for it. So, what was she doing there? Blue eyes darted around the corridor while Nancy leaned against the nearest wall contemplating what to do next. Where were her friends anyway when you needed them?

Mystic stepped out of the Slytherin common room into the creepy, dark, corridor. She rather liked it down here. It is rather mysterious. She headed up the corridor to the staircase to go up to the Entrance Hall. She needed to go to the owlery to send off a letter.

Shana walked out of the common room and sat down in the corridor,She looked around and banged her head of the wall not too hard.But hopefully it would knock some brains into her.She looked around and shrugged her shoulders.No one she knew was round here she hadn't seen anything but new people since the term started.

Jack was NOT a stalker. Noooooope. It was just the unfortunate fact that a lot of the people he had met this term was in Slytherin, and he couldn't exactly get into their common room, so he had to just...wait around outside for Evolette one of his friends to come out. Sigh. He was sure he looked a little strange--a Gryffindor walking around outside the dungeons? The audacity!

Not paying attention to where he was going, he stepped on the foot of some poor girl who was sitting down on the floor nearby. He stumbled and almost fell down himself, but caught himself at the last minute. "Oh, I'm sorry!" he exclaimed, apologizing to the girl. "I didn't hurt you, did I?"

Whos that with the big feet ? she looked up and shoutedOUCH! then she stood up and sighed.Umm- No Im fine just came as a shock is all.she shrugged and blinked looking up at the boy standing infront of her.He looked familiar but who did he look like ? she shrugged and smiled.I'm Shana.she said looking up.Jeeez.Why does everyone have to bee soo tall ?- she said and slapped her head to her mouth that so wasn't meant to come out of her mouth it was meant to stay in that tiny thick brain of hers but there wasn't much room.

"Oh, hi Shana," Jack said with a small smile, holding out a hand for a shake. He had never seen her before--she looked rather young, which was probably why he didn't recognize her. They would have never been in the same lessons. "Erm...genetics?" he said with a puzzled expression. Hmmm, why WAS he that tall? Genetics had to be the answer, right? True, his dad wasn't nearly as tall as him--maybe he got it from his mum? His brother Jeremy was really tall too, taller than him, actually...

Shaking his head and deciding he could think about that later, he smiled again. "So, what year are you?" he asked. Now that he had stepped on the poor girls toes he might has well strike up a conversation.

Shana smiled.Im a second year,aree youu a Seventh year ? she looked at hiim,It was usually the seventh years that were reaaally tall.So Whats your name ? She shrugged.Genetics ? what are they ? she shrugged,weell she didn't know.Quite frankly she didn't care but if this boy was going to tell her she may aswell learn something.

Jack shook his head. "No, I'm just a fifth year," he told her with a small chuckle. She probably thought he was old cause of his height--a lot of people did that. The facial hair tended to throw them off a bit too.

"Oh right!" Duh. Way to forget your name! "I'm Jack. Jack Fritzera. Gryffindor," he told her. "Genetics are like...your DNA and all that stuff that makes you all unique," he explained. He really didn't know a better way to put it than that.

Shana smiled.Jack ? Jack Fritzera ? She'd heard his name before.But where ? She breifly remebered hearing his name from... ? REEESE! Your Reese Nor- Upstead's body guard,right ? she smiled.Fritzera,Thats a cooool name.Unlike Miller.Miller sounds like a mill then er.So boooring.she groaned and tied the shoe lace of one of her high tops.

"Really? I think it's kind of a weird name, to be honest," he muttered. Fritzera...it was soooooo weird. Why hadn't he inherited the Macmillan name like his great granddad? At least people knew who the Macmillan's were. No one would ever associate a Fritzera with a Macmillan. Well, maybe they would if they knew about his Huffie siblings, but not HIM, the lonely Gryffindor.

BODYGUARD!?! Oh lord, how many people was Reese telling about this whole bodyguard sham? He would have to talk to her immediately...who knew who knew about this little plan of Cale's now? "I'm NOT her bodyguard...a friend just told me to look after her...and apparently she feels the need to tell EVERYONE now..." he added with a frown.

Shana smiled.No I hate it really.she said sarcastically.I'm joking,I think It's a great name.she beamed.She didn't excatly tell me,she was telling me she'd met you and that Cale- I think it was Cale anyway- had asked you to look after her. she smiled and shrugged her shoulders.

Helena hated to roam through this portion of the school, but she was on a mission. "Beg your pardon, but have you seen the Headmaster?"

She hovered for a while but no one answered her. "Oh, well. I must try some other corridor," she said softly and floated through the ceiling.

Natasha walked down the creepy dungeon corridor, slightly wishing she hadn't come down here for some odd reason. It was silly, but it still seemed creepy down here. Maybe it wouldn't be as bad if she just talked to someone, but it seemed no one she knew was down her. "Hey," Natasha said coming over to a girl with a smile.

Jack chuckled. "Yeah, Cale's got some weird idea in his head that Reese and Anna aren't going to be safe unless someone is looking after them--and apparently, that someone is me," he explained with a small grin.

Just then, he heard a voice nearby and saw the Grey Lady. EEEEK! A ghost! Even though he had sort of gotten used to them the term before, when they just...popped up like that...it creeped him out. Gulp. Where was the Headmaster? That was an unusual request--couldn't they just like, fly into his office, scare the living daylights out of him, and then talk to him about whatever they needed? Before Jack could reply, however, she had poofed.

"Whoa, did you see that? I wonder why she's looking for the Headmaster..." he trailed off, wondering aloud with a puzzled expression.

Nancy bit her lip as she continued to glance around the dark corridor in search for...well, what was she looking for anyway? Why was she standing outside her Common Room all on her own? Something was seriously wrong with her. Shaking her head at her own stupidity the 14 year old had just been about to turn right around to head back into the warm, friendly, well, warmer and friendlier than here anyway, Common Room when she heard a girl's voice. Nancy inspected the girl for a moment with her head slightly cocked to the side before giving her a small smile. She seemed nice enough to deserve a smile. "Hey there. I'm Nancy."

Shana clung to Jack as the ghost came.This one looked sccaaary.She shrugged and shook her head still clinging to Jacks Arm.Umm-I dunno mabye she wasn't getting paid enough for spooking us.Shana Joked.She smiled,Jack seemed like a nice guy.Not like the other Jack,Weell she hoped he wasn't the other Jack was scaary.Like the ghosts.And the laast time she ever saw him she'd stuck him to her bathroom wall.

"Hey, nice to meet you. I'm Natasha," she said to the girl. "Are you going back into the common room or down the corridor?" Natasha asked Nancy curiously.

Suddenly water seem to seep into the dungeon level, wetting everyone's feet.

Jack felt something weird at his feet--was that WATER? He looked down and saw that, sure enough, there was water seeping into the corridor. Where on Earth was water coming from? Was it in the Slytherin common room too? GASP! What if Evolette drowned? EEEEEK! That wasn't good!

"Shana, look!" Jack said, pointing the water out to the little girl. "We should probably get out of here...let's go into the entrance hall!" he muttered, looking at the water once again. Merlin knew how high--and how fast--the water would rise. He grabbed the little girl by the hand and hurried down the corridor and out of sight.

"Just this way, Lyra. Fritzera came scurrying down the corridors moments before, whining like a school girl and telling me to get my Head Girl self down here to the dungeons. He never did exactly say what was the matter, though. Knowing him, he saw a spider or dustmite crawling about the floors," Anna said, marching just ahead of her best friend. It hadn't taken Anna a great deal of effort to convince Lyra to come along. Mention 'something you have to see' to the girl, and she was up and rolling. Anna turned to Lyra as she spoke, not exactly watching where she was going. She only turned around when she heard a tiny splash at her feet.

"What....what in Merlin's name? Is this what Jack was experiencing heart failure over? Nevertheless, I suppose it's reason for alarm," Anna said, lifting up her robes, even though they still weren't quite near the drenched floor. "Ugh...my shoes will never be the same. Lyra dear, what sort of attire do you have decorating your feet today? I do hope they're easily replaceable. Oh, and is where are the bathrooms on this floor?!? Myrtle!!!" she suddenly called out.

"Excuse me," she said, addressing a nearby student. "Any idea how the floors of this dungeon suddenly became...oh, dear. The lake..." Anna turned to Lyra, a bit of a shocked look on her face. "Lyra...the dungeons are underwater, yes?"

"What?!" Kaika sighed. So, this was no longer a matter of Kazi's office, it was all over the Dungeons. Weird.

But, then, she spotted someone quite familiar. "Anna!" she yelled, and tried to walk without getting her robes wetter than they were already, "Do you know what's going on? This water is also in Professor Kazimeriz's office" well, clearly, it had to be the same water, no?

And, the water seemed to have cleared out most of the corridor, yes, Kaika should've left the waiting area sooner.

Lyra followed Banana down the stairs as the girl began talking ninety miles an hour. "Wait a minute," she said as she was not paying attention to what was going on. "Who is Fritzera?" As soon as the words were out of her mouth...

SPLASH! GASSSSSSSP!

"MY SHOESSSSSSS!" Not her beautiful Bunbury Idol shoes? Not her favorite pair. "Warning! A warning would've been good." Her words came out mumbly as she lifted up one foot at a time to remove the shoes from her feet. They were waterproof but no one needed to know that and she was sure that they were only meant to be wet for a short amount of time.

And then Banana gave the warning. "Too late! I already know about the water," she growled as she began splashing around. "Where is that Myrtle? And...wow! It seems to be everywhere down here." Well, let her state the obvious of course! DUH!

She was dragging herself back to the common room and stepping down the last step water splashed up around her knees and she slipped and went butt first into the water. It splashed up all around her soaking her to the bone

"Myrtle!" Paris screamed pushing herself up out of the water. "What the devil is going on around here?" She asked as she pushed her wet hair out of her face.

Natasha looked around surprised, as she realized there was about an inch of water on the ground, and a whole lot of people talking about what was going on. She simply looked around bemusedly, because although she had been here the whole time, she honestly hadn't realized anything until now.
