Cassandra walked into the feast, taking a breath as she did. She seemed very tired, and her eyes were red from crying. Another term over... and again... no wand. This must be some sort of record!

The first wand that had chosen her, her step-brother Shane burned, the second was broken by a muggle mob, the third was taken by that vile St. Toussaint in detention and never returned, and now her fourth wand... in the hands of that... that... THAT BUTTON PUSHER!!

She sat at the table and looked at the salad she had in front of her chair... she loved salad... but today... Today she was craving meat... and lots of it. She eyed the roast and then turned her nose up at it... that poor animal...

She forced herself to take the green beans... at least it was warm. And she filled her plate with it... then she took the corn and did the same... all the while eyeing the roast... She hoped that... that... THAT poor excuse for an assistant would not show... or else, show and apologize and return her wand.

Antonio walked up to the staff table and hesitantly took a seat. He saw Intern Trelawney sitting there, seeming to be in a very foul mood about something. "Good day, Intern Trelawney," he said to her before seating himself. "Cheer up, it's the end of term, things are bound to get better." He smiled, knowing that whatever he said probably wouldn't make her feel any better but at least making the effort. She had a very hard job, he was certain he couldn't have performed the job she was doing in any way, shape or form. Antonio was also feeling more optimistic than he had been, since he was hopeful of reuniting with his young daughter finally. He really wasn't feeling that hungry but took some assorted vegetables and a bit of pudding anyway, it was impossible to tell exactly what it was but it appeared to be edible.

"Professor Dumont..." She said nodding to the professor, ignoring his little orphan Annie attitude. Really! Who cares if the sun would come out tomorrow! She wanted her wand!

"Nice to see you, as always." she said calmly.

"Nice to see you, also," Antonio smiled. He decided he had best leave Intern Trelawney on her own for the time being, she looked like she didn't want to be messed with right now! "Enjoy your break," he said, nodding and turning his attention to some peas in front of him on his plate. Being a Slytherin also, like Intern Trelawney, he knew when to push and when not to push.

Another end. As Angela walked towards the staff table, she quietly reflected on the end of yet another term. It had been an eventful one, at least for the students, it seemed. For herself, not so much. Then again, she rarely had anything of great excitement to talk about.

Ascending up the dias, she idly looked at the decorations on the staff table before finally taking a seat, nodding a greeting to the other two staff members present.

Caleum made his way towards the table while making a clear mental note to speak to the Headmistress first. If he was going to find her anywhere, it would be here....but....

"Crap," he said as his baby blue eyes caught the attention of that crazy intern woman. Now there was another thought: Why did he keep calling her 'woman'? Clearly she was evil, crazy, fun to pick on and funny to watch.

And then there was Angela, one person he didn't have a chance to visit. Another year without going to the library. What was wrong with him? "Good evening, Ms. Kohan," he said as he approached the table and took a seat as farrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr away from that Intern as he could.

"Madam Koh-" But she stopped mid greeting seeing that... that... THAT half wit speaking to the Librarian. She would wait, though she was there first and just because his big mouth gaped itself open first doesn't mean he had the right to interrupt her. She growled and looked away.

And she looked at him. What a funny little look.

Caleum turned his head, a sly smile obviously plastered to his face. He couldn't help but snicker lightly to himself as he heard her growl at, what he thought, was his appearance to the staff table. Neatly and nicely, he folded his hands on the table while his thumbs began to twirl. OH he was about to have one last bit of fun for the year.

As a voice spoke up near her, Angela turned her attention in that direction. "Well, hello Professor Myers. Haven't seen you in quite some time...I believe the last was in the staff room? I thought you were planning to come by the library?" She inquired with a small smile. Of course, he had probably had other commitments and such. Perhaps next term.

Glancing towards the other staff member whose greeting had been broken off midway, Angela spoke again, including the woman in the conversation. "Ah, hello Miss Trelawney! How did you enjoy your first term as a staff member? Certainly different than being a student, I imagine?"

Sophie made her way over to the staff table for the final feast. She was sooooooo excited for it to be holidays. Especially since she had something to look forwards to. She smiled as she spotted Caleum and made her way over, "This seat taken, Mr Myers?" She said with a sly smile. "Hello Angela and Antonio " Sophie waved, looking around the table. That is when she saw the intern, not looking too happy. Great. "Ummm, Hello Cassandra."

"It had many good moments, and obviously," she looked over to Caleum then back at Kohan, "some bad ones, but it was nice to be back at Hogwarts... it's home... for a lot of us."

Cassandra looked over to the woman who called her childish a few days prior in front of Myers. "Professor Brooks." She said in greeting and then turned her head.

Caleum turned to smile at Angela. "I know. I'm rather upset that I didn't get by the library in time before the end of term," he said with with a sigh. "And yes that was the last time we spoke. I hope this year has treated you well." He completely ignored the fact that Angela spoke to Trelawney but didn't miss that Sophie spoke to her as well.

His eyes playfully narrowed to her as he nodded his head to the seat next to him. Now why in the world would Sophie feel the need to speak to that Intern after what happened at his office. Hmmm...tonight needed to have a little bit of action. Oh and the little Intern can be nice when she wants to be.

Cassandra took some water and sipped on in, slowly, cautiously. She looked around the hall for Professor Forrester or Drago... even the odd potions professor with the affinity for getting lost in the school... Ari didn't seem to be around either... And the headmistress... she hadn't come to find her... or called for her. Could she not know about her little temper tantrum yet?

Caleum hoped that he could talk to the Headmistress about Trelawney's little fit that she threw in the hallway. She needed to know what type of professional she worked with but there was a part of him that didn't want to say anything at all. Just have the little intern go on her merry way and only allow him to poke fun every once in a while. He would even let her do the same.

Oh please someone cut the tension between the sides of the table please before I do it myself!

Sophie watched as Cassandra greated her and then turned away. Geeze. Rudeness! Sophie smirked and then took her seat next to Caleum, noticing the look she receive for greeting the intern. "Just being nice." She whispered, with another smirk.

Sophie was in a very good mood. The feast was about to start, term was nearly over. Her and Caleum weren't acting weird anymore and the intern was about to get what's coming. Good food soon to come, GREATcompany, and the entertainment was sure to come.

Headmistress Rae swept into the Great Hall, her hands clutched firmly in the inner pockets of her cloak. She dreaded this feast as she had never dreaded a feast before. Usually the chance to present awards and wave good bye was a high moment for them all before summer, but the treasure wasn't safely found, and she had her own news to worry about.

She seated herself at the table and reached for her glass of water. Settle down, Cassandra.

Cassandra ignored the CoMC professor... infact the ONLY professor to EVER take away points from her in her whole school career! Cassandra was never going to forget that.

She turned to the headmistress, who seemed to be a little... off. "Headmistress?" She asked cautiously. "Are you feeling quite well?" She had a pepper up potion if she needed.

"Yes, just... thoughtful," Rae smiled thinly. "How was your term, my dear? Ready to report back to Mungo's with all your new knowledge?"

"Oh Yes Ma'am... ready with many notes and papers." She said, "The term was very good... I had a lot of concussions and broken bones, oh and thank you for letting me teach the last charms class, Headmistress. That also was a very good experience I will treasure."

Vindictus came in and plopped down next to Caleum. "D'ya think that Neo will bring some acorns to chuck at the students?" he joked and looked over at the Ravenclaws who were still overly cheerful since winning the Quidditch Cup for the second straight term.

Rae nodded and glanced at the gathering staff. "You're most welcome, and I'm sure the students appreciated your enthusiasm."

Anna Greingoth approached the staff table, immediately searching for two of her favorite professors---Professor Brooks and Professor Myers. Of course, when she finally spotted them, they were seated together. She almost hated to interrupt them, but actually, that was what she'd been doing all term. She didn't even have enough fingers on her hands to count the times she'd just barged on in and interrupted many an important conversations between the two. Why stop now?

Anna cleared her throat to postpone the interruption, and then finally spoke. "Professor Brooks? Professor Myers?" Anna began. "I've come to say goodbye. I hope the two of you have a nice summer. Professor Myers, thanks for the twenty chocolate frogs you bought me! They were all gone before the night was up! Professor Brooks, thanks for all your adivice at the beginning of the term. It's been wonderful having the two of you as my professors this term."

"They did indeed." She said patting herself on the back. She too looked around the room. The Gryffindor Prefect had come to the table and as she did, Cassandra took a sip of her water.

Cassandra choked on her water and didn't even bother listening to the rest of what Anna was saying. Professor indeed.

Sophie watched as Cassandra sucked up to the headmistress....Oh she needed to suck up, that was for sure. Her eyes glanced over to Caleum shiftily and then she said loudly, "Hello Rae, we tried coming around to your office before, but you must have been busy. Caleum had something to tell you."

She was too busy watching the intern, that she didn't even see Anna approach the table. Sophie jumped, "Hello Anna, I didn't see you there." She said, smiling even more. Anna was so much like herself, and seemed to copy her or follow her around. "You are welcome anytime, Anna. You know that. I hope you have a great summer. Any plans?"
