Allie walked into the classroom, and said "Hello, Professor."
SHe grabbed a bowl of dried tealeaves, and looked around for a partner.

Alice actually smiled a little bit as she walked into divination. She heard the Professor’s instructions and headed up to the table with the tea leaves on it. “Good afternoon.” She offered, smiling weakly as she took a bowl. Sitting down near the front, she looked at the little tea set. This was sure to be interesting.

Amelia wandered into the Divinations lesson looking around; she heard it was about reading tea leaves of which naturally she didn't see too much point in. But everything was worth trying, right? Noting the Professor's instructions, she picked up a bowl of tea leaves and waited for someone to come willing to be her partner...

Cassandra walked into the class... She hated that she needed to share her lessons with Amelia Rose, but she grinned and bared it.

She grabbed a bowl of dried leaves, and then sat in her usual seat. She looked at the tea. Great... well, at least she was in her element.

Anna followed a line of students through the door, automatically taking notice of the aroma of tea drifting about. Hmm...the reading of tea leaves. She smiled at the professor and then retrieved a bowl of dry tea leaves. She'd worry about finding a partner as soon as she was seated.

Sam walked into the classroom and took a deep breath. It smelled good in here. Even her dislike for the Ministry approved professor was evaporating as she listened to her instructions. She looked around the room and saw Allie, who played beater at the recent quidditch match. She took a bowl of dried tea leaves and walked over to Allie. "Hey. Do you have a partner?" she asked kindly and sat down next to her.

Amelia looked up from her selection of tea leaves at the arrival of the Slytherin Prefect. Perfect, she thought mischievously. As she selected her tea cup, she walked over to the slytherin and smiled politely at the fellow seventh year. "Hello Cassandra," she told her sitting down at her table. "Partners, I believe we are."

"Nope." said Allie

The sickening sweet smell of the tea that filled her nostrils, let Willow know that she was very close to reach the Divination Classroom. Making a face that clearly told the rest of the people that she was not happy to be there, the third year made her way to the usual spot that she took on Divination; the back of the classroom. The farther she was from the professor, the better.

Seriously, what was the point of this subject? The future wasn't written!

Locking one strand of dark long hair behind her ear, Willow arched an eyebrow to the bowl of tea leaves in front of her. Snort.

Meh, whoever she ended up being partners with, better like this subject, because she certainly didn't.

Sam smiled as Allie said she didnt have a partner. "Me either. Want to be partners?" she asked with hopefully eyes. She set down her earth colored book bag onto the ground next to her and set her wand into her pocket. She wondered what this class was going to be about.

"Sure." said Allie, smiling. She was scared she wouldn't find a partner. "I think were trading tea leaves today."

Hermy entered the classroom with a large bag of books slung over her shoulder. Her curly hair had grown to a slightly unruly length, and it was roughly held back off her face in a loose bun by a pencil and a paintbrush. At a close inspection, her nails had a bluish green tinge, and there was paint smeared up her forearm. Not that Hermy cared about her current slightly eccentric appearance.

She smiled at the Professor as she picked up some of the portioned out tealeaves, and headed towards the back of the room. Knowing how some of the staff were about presentation, it was safer to hide her hands far away from the professor. At least they had covered all the palm reading stuff now.

Sam smiled again as Allie said she would be her partner. She did see Mia and Anna around, but she felt being low key right now. Plus she wanted to get to know her fellow quidditch mate. "Yeah it seems so, doesnt it?" she chuckled. She didnt really like to drink tea, but she loved the smell of it. "I wonder how she is going to teach us. I think this could be a good lesson." she said more to herself, than to Allie. But she hoped Allie knew she wasnt just talking to herself.

WHAT?!?! She thought to herself... How was she getting out of THIS one. "Rose, seriously... I am waiting for..." Alright who did she want to be partnered up with, "forget it... fine!" Now she was in trouble...

"I don't know." said Allie."It does seem like ti would be an interesting lesson.

Divination.

The very subject she struggled with the most - more than Herbology - just like Flying. And if she had attended a flying lesson with Wystan and survived to tell the story, she most certainly would survive a Divination lesson with Toussaint. Right?

Right! Yay!

Smoothing her skirt, she walked into the classroom just in time to listen to what the professor said. Tea? Again?! Argh. With a small smile in the woman's direction she did as she was told and took a bowl of dried tea from her desk. Okay now. Don't trip. Don't trip. And find a partner. Oh how Evangeline hated that. Not for the partnership, but for .. eh. Just because.

Looking around, she spotted one of the Tree Girls and made her way to her. She looked like she didn't have a partner yet...and she relatively sane ... for a Ravenclaw. "Erm -- hi!" She said a little bit too enthusiatically. No need to let Willow know she didn't like nor understood Divination, right? She just .. memorised it. "Do you like .. need a partner for this ... tea reading thingymabobby?"

Anna watched as several people around her partnered up. She still hadn't stood up and made the effort to go find someone. She looked around the room. It appeared that everyone already in class was partnered up. Hopefully someone else would come in soon.

Sam nodded as she said it would be interesting. Seeing as they never really introduced themselves, she figured she would now. "I know we know eachother from quidditch, but we never properly introduced ourselves. My name is Sam Edwards." she said, with a gentle smile. She moved a piece of her reddish brown hair from out of her face and tried not to figet with her skirt.

Chloe walked into the classroom and grabbed a bowl of tea leaves and looked around for someone, everyone seemed paired up except for another gryffindor. she walked of to her table to introduce herself.

"hi. i'm Chloe, would you like to be my partner?"

"Alexandra Johnson." she said. "But you can call me Allie.

Anna was just about to stand up and search for a partner when she heard someone talking nearby. She looked up to see a fellow Gryffindor asking about being partners. "Hello, Chloe. I'd love to be your partner. Here, take a seat," she said, nodding in the direction of a nearby seat. Anna had all the necessary components now to start the lesson. All she had to do now was wait for the professor.

Astrid looked around the room and noticed that most of the girls were already finding their partners. If she didn't find one soon, there might not be any left. "Would anyone like to be my partner?" she asked barely above a whisper.

The first thing Willow was going to do once she got to be a fifth year, was to drop Divination, along side with Herbology. Although, if someone made her pick between those two, Willow would quickly go for the latter, for she didn't think that people that knew about plants were mentally unstable.

They were just--weird. And icky, sometimes, with all the dirt of the plants scattered all over their robes. Unfortunately, this wasn't Herbology.

Bleh. This class was bound to be boring. Besides, Willow was one hundred percent sure that she was also going to feel like a complete ignorant through all the class.

Or, maybe she wasn't.

"Hey, Evangeline", Willow greeted the Green Apple, that was looking pretty enthusiastic today. Perhaps she enjoyed Divination? Eek. "I do need one, yes. Care to partner up with me?", the third year replied with a hint of a smile on the corners of her lips.

Well... If Evangeline wasn't good at Divination, at least she was not going to feel like an ignorant. Heheh.

"I have a Grandma with that last name! Her names sounds a lot like yours too." she chuckled. She loved her grandma. She was one of the best ladies in her life. It was like she knew everything too. It was so weird. But it was one of the reasons why she loved her so much. She then looked to the front of the room to wait for the professor to speak.
