Lyra groomed Fex with her hands, creating a little mohawk on top of his head. She knew that she had not seen her uncle in a couple of days and giving the goat her first attention was not a very good thing...she heard the clearing of the throat business. She stood up about the time that the door opened once more to find Josh walking thru as well. She gave a tiny wave as she headed over to greet Fabian with a hug. "You know I miss you more than that good smelling goat," she giggled with a squeezing hug. "It would be nice if we had some time together...I mean me and you, without Fex getting in our way."

She let go of Fabian as her eyes wandered around the room to see her favorite Gryffindor, Agie and her least favorite person as well, sipping on...well, whatever it was he was drinking. "I see you came here as well to visit the most popular professor on campus?" she asked Agie with yet another giggle, still staying next Fabian. She knew that if she made another quick get-away this time, he would be sure to stop her in a heartbeat.

Marco sat on the floor, nursing his glass of sour lemonade, and the back of his leg. Bloody goat. He noticed Lyra come in, and all alone. Maybe he had a chance to talk to her, finally. But then a few moments later HE walked in. The spawn of Satan, forged in the pits of hell. The company had suddenly decreased in appealing-ness. But he was going to stick it out. Hopefully Josh would leave.

Christian got up from the floor and walked back over to the cage, he stuck Henry back inside and closed the cage over. After making sure it was locked, he turned on the heel of his foot and walked out of the room without saying a word to anyone.

Agie continued to sit, not planning on going before she had a chance to talk to Fabian. Hmmmm, well Christian had left..but now how could she get Marco out?

Oh no. More students. This was actually quite entertaining. Agie smiled as she heard Josh. She gave give a wink and waved back. Josh knew why Agie wanted to talk to Fabian.

Agie giggled when she noticed Lyra had entered the room. More fun! "Want some lemonade?" Agie said offering the glass to her grinning. Agie was quite happy to get rid of it. "Why yes I have." She winked. Not wanting to give anything else away. She'd have to explain to Lyra after.

Agie quickly rushed to her bag as an idea suddenly rushed to her head. She pulled out a piece of parchment and a quill and started to scribble down a note. Once she had finished it the folded it up and handed it to Lyra with a small giggle.

Lyra wondered what in the world Agie was up too, she knew it was something because the girl just didn't go around handing out notes. She quickly unfolded, read what it said and popped her head up to look around the room. She was not thrilled at all. The only person left standing in the room that she needed to help guide their way to the door was none other than Marco, the very person she did not want to be alone with. Did Agie have any idea what she was asking her to do? She couldn't do it. Her eyes shot to Agie's immediately as she looked desparate.

"Please, no," she whispered as she shook her head. Not only would it be a bad idea because she was not a fan of Marco's but to her, hurting Josh was not on her list of things to do. She knew that if she walked off with Marco, alone, that would be it between the two of them, she couldn't take that chance. She loved both Agie and Josh but at this moment, she had to choose to honor Josh's wishes. She promised.

Agie gave Lyra a pleading look with her eyed. She looked from Lyra to Marco and then to Josh. It was no use. Lyra really didn't want to have to talk to Marco. With a sigh and grabbed another piece of parchment and started to write.



She handed it to Lyra.

Lyra took the second note that was handed to her. She looked from Fabian to Agie for a moment and opened the note. This was something that was a bit more in her league of things and she nodded her head 'yes'. She knew that Fabian needed to speak to her, alone and she was not going anywhere until that happened. She missed her silly uncle and would soon be forced to kidnap him for a bit of privacy.

Agie's smile widened. "Thank you" She mouthed back at Lyra. She owed her big time. Agie grabbed the glass of lemonade to Lyra and offered it to her again.

Completely forgetting the drink being offered to her, Lyra smiled and took the glass of lemonade from Agie. "Thanks," she smiled as she sighed for a moment. She took a drink of the lemonade and squeezed her eyes shut from the slight sourness it produced. She was never a fan of sour things but it was something to wet her mouth at the moment. She was rather thirsty and didn't realize it until the first sip.

Ryder held the boy with one arm over his shoulder and knocked twice on the Professor's door before opening it. He was not sure if the boy was seriously hurt so he did not want to wait.

"Professor..." he said calling into the room as he entered.

"'ello Josh!" Fabian greeted double oh seven. "That I'm afraid i can't talk about" he trailed off with a frown and a glance towards Fex and his choice of music. "Well, sure. You'd have to a tad longer I'm afraid" he glanced around the room wondering who would want to go first, but since none of them would. Especially the now missing Christian, he looked back at Josh, "unless you want to go first?".


Fex was mesmerized by Lyra's touch, she just knew how to groom him the way he liked. His head bobbled after her fingers enjoying her touch. But made a grunt like sound in disappointment when she decided to leave his side.


"Thats always a pleasure to hear" Fabian mused hugging his niece in return, "no offense to you Fex", when the goat gave him an odd look and looked away. Fabian chuckled and squeezed Lyra's shoulder, "Sure darling, we can have dinner tonight. Your not busy are you?"


At the sound of an alarmed student, Fabian turned around to find a slyterin carrying a Gryffindor. "Good god!" he gasped hurrying to help the injured student, "what happened to him?"

Ryder looked at the Professor, "Um well to make a long story short, we got into a bit of an argument, he shot a spell at me... Then I reversed it and um kind of pushed him on the ground really. No use of magic." Ryder said his head down. "I cleaned up the wound from his fall but I guess he hit the ground so hard it kind of jogged his memory." Ryder said putting the boy down on a chair. He looked to the professor, "Will he be ok Professor?"

When the boy put him down he let out a scream the pain was so bad he felt like it would kill him.

"Well I don't really know if he's ok" he replied honestly glassing at the now seated Gryffindor. "Lets hope we can get it all back" he leaned closer to hold the Gryffindor's face to peak into his eyes. With slow and stealthy movements, Professor Clark waved his wand at the Gryffindor murmuring "ennervate".

He lowered the wand with a faint smile on his lips as the kid's pupils dilated and came back. "He should be fine now, though the pain in his body can be dealt with some.." he broke off remembering getting some pain potion from the nurse for his back, but never used it, "pain potion".

He walked behind his desk to retrieve the potion and came to stand by the Gryffindor, "Whats your name kid?".

Josh looked at fabian and smiled." Of course i will go first." he told him as he then asked," may i ?" he meant talking to him about what he wanted to talk about.

"Of course you may" Fabian prodded the Slytherin to speak further.

Agie giggled at Lyra. This was exactly why she only had one sip of the drink. Agie was suddenly distracted by Fex. She leant over and patted him too. "He's pretty, isn't he Lyra." She said scratching behind his ears. "Oh if only his coat was a different colour." She whispered to Lyra with a sly grin on her face.


Agie's faced dropped as more students entered the room. Arghh! Will this ever end? She might as well just leave and come back later. Nah! Agie was too curious.

"Actually..." he paused as he then grabbed his arm and pulled him away from the others as much as possible. Josh looked at fabian as he loosened his tie.. oh gesh. he cleared his throat as he started." um...well..Um.." he looked over at the other students as he sighed. he looked back at him with a hopeless look. He was so screwed." Um.. well i know you pretty much dislike me..but um.." why was this so hard again..oh right cause this was your last moment on earth. After this your about to be worse then turned into a beetle. He could see his life flash before him." um.. well im dating lyra." he could feel the corner coming close and closer to him as they spoke." And well i really care for her ..a lot. I know you dont like me and you would prefer someone...well basically better." he couldnt lie.. he was a lazy kid ..and a few more other things." I just wanted to know if their was anything i could do to be more in your favor because i know how important you are to lyra. I dont want to cause a riff."

Ryder watched as the Professor spoke to the Gryffindor boy, he looked at the boy his face looked much better but he could tell the boy was still in pain. "Professor, is there anything I can do?" Ryder said looking at him as he was the one to push the boy down.

Lyra looked surprised as Fabian asked her to dinner. "Sure. I would love to do that," she spoke as she giggled at Fex. "I'm not busy at all and..." she looked to Fex for a moment, still giggling of course. "Sorry Fex, you're not allowed to go. Maybe next time."

She backed away as Fabian ran to help an injured kid that walked in, standing off to the side with her arms crossed.

Lyra raised an eyebrow to Agie as the evil sly grin came into play. Different color? That could be arranged. "Oh, yes," she began as she was suddenly brought out of her trance. "He is pretty and very fond of me. You know he will follow me anywhere." Plotting...what a beautiful thing.

"My name is Chris Kaplan" chris said through his teeth.

Delilah walked to Proffesor Fabian's office, knocked twice then entered. "Umm, Proffesor I'm Delilah Parkingston and I'm with these two in a sense." Delilah said motioning towards Chris and the Slytherin.

Fabian raised a brow as the kid dragged him away from everyone else, whats this top secret stuff? He fixed both of his green eyes on Josh as he started explaining stuff, especially the dating Lyra part. Astonishingly Fabian was cool and contained as Josh carried his love speech, once he was done. Fabian shot the Slytherin a nod then brought a hand to rub his flared nose.

"I see" he murmured, "no I don't see. Lets put it this way, you have 10 seconds to leave this room before I tear you to pieces. Ten.. One.. Zero" Fabian picked up Josh and dragged him to the nearest cage. Lucky it was a crup cage. Not big enough for a human or student to be specific but will suit him nicely. With a wave of his wand, he opened the cage releasing the crup and dumped Josh inside instead, then locked the cage again with another wave of the wand.


Just as Fabian was done locking Josh into the crup's cage, Ryder spoke. "Oh you can do something for me. I'd like you to watch this cage" he pointed his finger towards the cage where Josh was locked within. "No one should come close to him, anyone tries to unlock him. Feel free to do as you see fit to keep him inside".

"You" he pointed a finger at Lyra, "I'll deal with next! Don't dare to leave the room" he warned before moving back towards the injured Gryffindor.

"Sorry for the interruption Mr. Kaplan" Fabian explained, glaring at Josh across the room. "I see you are still in pain, aye?" he brought the potion out of his robe pocket and waved it infront of the student. "This is a pain reliever potion, I'll give you two spoonful of them and hopefully it will help take the pain away, but you may want to try taking a nap after you drink it" he looked at the kid more intently, "you feel like yourself again?".

"Oh!" Fabian sighed, "Marvelous.. please do come in. I'm very glad you showed up. If you don't mind helping Mr. Kaplan back to his dormitory? Would you?".

"Of course Proffesor" Delilah said walking over to Chris. She held out a hand for Chris to grab so she could help him up. "Ready Chris?" Delilah asked him.

"Here take this with you" Fabian called after Delilah, passing her the pain killer potion, "make sure he takes two table spoons for the pain. And please return the bottle for me after that!".
