| | |  Arithmancy Final Exam
Upon entering the Arithmancy classroom, the first thing you see is a message from Professor Shackleton floating in midair, a message which is repeated on each blackboard throughout the classroom. It reads: Quote: Welcome to the Arithmancy End-of-Term Exam!
Please take a seat. Parchment and special anti-cheating quills are located on each desk, so you will not need any other materials - except your knowledge!
Your assignment for the final exam is this:
Calculate:
the 4 Core numbers
(i.e. Life Path, Destiny/Expression, Heart's Desire/Soul Urge, and Personality)
and
the 4 Core companion numbers
(Birthday, Maturity, Life Path/Expression Bridge, and Heart's Desire/Personality Bridge)
for either:
Harry James Potter
or
Tom Marvolo Riddle.
Include with your calculations the appropriate meaning from the textbook and an interpretation. Your interpretation should describe the ways in which the meanings do or do not coincide with your knowledge of their lives and personalities.
If you get ambitious, extra marks to whoever does the analysis for both wizards and/or compares the two sets of numbers appropriately! OOC: You may RP your character sitting for the exam, but please DO NOT include ANY answers to any of the questions in this thread. I ask that you please PM your answers to me NO LATER than December 26th, 6pm EST. This assignment is worth 40 points (5 per number - you get 2 points for each calculation, 1 point for the textbook explanation, and 2 points for your interpretation). | |

Willow walked into the Arithmancy classroom for her final Exam, realizing that it was empty, except for a fellow Ravenclaw and a slytherin that she thought was in the the quidditch team. Austin, she thought when she saw the other Ravenclaw, remembering that strange, unusual and very akward Ancient Runes Class.
Willow took sit in the first row, took a deep breath and looked at her exam, before begin doing it.

Emily wandered into the exam room with a frown on her face. Arithmancy wasn’t exactly her strongest subject, and she was nervous. She read the instructions on the board before choosing a desk right at the back of the room. She picked up her quill and with a sigh began her exam.

Amelia entered the classroom and bit her lip nervously. She had been studying for this final non-stop for like the last day, but that still didn't stop the fact that she hated exams no matter how prepared she was. Taking a seat towards the front of the room, she turned her paper over to read the question and then gnawed at her quill before she began to write.

Cassandra sat at her desk reading her exam... Dear Merlin, this was a hard one... This professor enjoyed making the students suffer in a whole different way than AMMZ had...
She finished dotting her Is and crossing her Ts. She stood and looked at the clock. Just in time... she gathered her quill and extra parchment and brought her exam to the professor.
This had been her hardest class so far...
