The walls surrounding the boundaries of the school are a nice place to kick about when you are just having a laugh and want to be away from everyone else (especially peering professor eyes). The walls are high though, so if your plan was to escape, you can think again.

Dan watched Katelyn go " Whats up with you !" he shouted after her, not really wanting an answer. Dan mutterd under his breath in russian before looking back at Sera at a struggle for something to say due to his head ache " you enjoying the lessons so far ?" he said

Sera was the complete opposite from Katelyn in a lot of ways one of these was that sera never said much , which in this case was probably best. Not that Dan didnt care what Katelyn had to say cause he did but his headache made it seem asif everyword was like a drum right next to his ear. The cool breeze ran softly over his face as he looked up to the sky " I like Astrology " he said to Sera absent mindedly

Sera was actually really talkative (sometimes to the point when people would yell at her to shut up) but she never said much around Dan because she still liked him and she got nervous. "Yeah, me too..." she said, equally as vague. she pulled out another stick of gum and held it out. "You want one?"

Dan looked up at Sera " no im okay , listen Sera im going up to the hospital wing to get something for this headache " He said to her " you can come with me if you want " he said as he got gingerly to his feet

"Wait...I can help." she said, gently. Her foster mother had taught her legimency during the summer and she penetrated his mind for a fast slew of seconds. His headache was gone after that. "How d'you feel now?" she asked with a sweet smile.

To Dans suprise he did feel a bit better " I didnt no Legimency could help with headaches and stuff ... so did you just see my memories " he said trying to hide the slightly worried look on his face there were certain things he didnt want people knowing " Thanks " he added with a smile

Dan was now feeling alot better " thanks Sera your a star " he said smiling at her. " Dont worry about Katelyn , shes got alot on her plate .. and i know you two dont like each other " he said looking at the ground.

She blushed. "Don't mention it, anything to help a friend." she squeaked. She sighed sadly when he brought up Katelyn. "I don't hate her. I know she has it bad but she doesn't have to take it out on me just because I got her upset too--a while ago."

She stared back into his eyes, admiring them. So you know it wasn't entirely my fault... she thought, wondering if Katelyn had been making her out to be the bad one. However, she remained silent. She loved him and didn't want to drive him away with something stupid like that. "Well, that's um, good..." she said, shyly and managed to tear her gaze away by also looking at the castle. "I really am sorry, though..." Katelyn would probably still refuse to believe her.

" Dont be sorry Sera " Dan said looking at her so she knew he meant it " honestly in life some people just dont get along " He said truthfully " You and Katelyn are two of those people" Dans books were still scattered across the lawn , he couldnt be bothered to pick them up yet he was enjoying talking to Sera without feeling akward

" Thanks Sera " he said to her as she picked up some of his books including his Astonomy text book and his Russian book. just the an owl swooped down infront of dan with a note for him Dan opened it and read it through with a slight smile on his face " Im on the Slytherin quidditch team reserves " he said to Sera

Dan laughed " im only on the reserves Sera " He hugged her back, when they separated ther was a slightly akward moment were there eyes locked , this happened alot between the two of them and Dan was now failry used to it " Im surprised i got to the reserves if im honest , i had a go at the captain " he laughed. He ruffled his hair and looked over at the quidditch pitch , he didnt expect hed get into the team unless the players in the first team were ill or something

Dan smiled " thanks Sera " it was nice to have someone to talk to that didnt know about the troubles he had at the moment , it was nice to be talking to Sera about normal everyday things like Quidditch rather than wether ther uncle or mother was a death eater." Fancy a walk along the lake ? " Dan said with a smile

As they walked towards the end of the wall and on to the lake dan turned to Sera " im glad were talking again , i didnt want to loose you as a friend" he said with a warm smile. it now seemed a long time ago since he had that agonising headache and Arithmacy.

Alexis walked toward the wall with he puppy T.K running infront of her. She sighed and sat down beside the wall and closed her eyes. It was such a peaceful day that she couldnt just stay inside and do homework.
