It was time for History of Magic to begin! Lainey was excited, too. Today's lesson was a sad one, but it was educational none the less. She propped open her door and waited for her students to arrive. But, more imporantly, and in the spirit of the lesson, Lainey had put on a swimming cap. All her hair was tucked up into it and she'd laid out a cap to match for all her students. | |

Savannah walked into the classroom with her bookbag swinging over her shoulder, She smiled as she walked over one of the desks. "Hello Professor, How are you?" Savannah said quietly as she sat down and placed her bookbag by her feet.

Ariana walked into the HoM classroom, excited abou the first lesson. This was one class she was good at and felt confident. She walked up to a desk and sat down saying, "Hello Professor." She glanced curiously at the swimming cap on the professors head but didn't say anything as she took out her HoM book and got ready for the lesson.

Nat walked in to the class room, hoping that she wasn't late. As she walked in, she felt a mixture of relief and surprise to see that the Professor and a few other students were in the classroom, all with swimming caps on their heads.
"Hello, Professor," Nat said. She took a cap herself and went and sat at a desk in the middle of the classroom. As Nat was a first year, this was her first History of Magic class and already, before the lesson had even started, it was different to how she imagined. She sat at her desk, fitting the cap over her hair which she twisted up out of the way, waiting for the professor to tell them what they would be doing this lesson.

Savannah nodded and picked up the swimming cap, Feeling rather confused but put it on none the less. "Glad to be here, Ma'am." She smiled and quickly got into her bookbag, pulling out parchment, her quill and her history book, and placing them on the desk before looking over to the Professor again.

Athena entered the class room a little apprehensively, even though she was now a second year student. She wasn't sure what trials might await her. She felt her apprehension dissolve as her gaze landed on Professor Lainey wearing a swimming cap. A look of puzzlement crossed her face as she stepped completely into the room and made her way to a table, wondering if Mich and her sister would be in this class with her.
"Good morning, Professor." Athena said smiling, still slightly confused, "I hope your holiday was pleasant." She noticed a cap matching Lainey's on the table, "Should we put these on as well?" She asked, her confusion apparent on her face.

Ariana frowned, than got up and put on her swim cap, covering her pink highlighted hair. It didn't feel very comfortable, but she trusted the professor so she went with it. Deciding to put her book away, she sat at her desk, looking to the professor for further isntruction. It was bound to be an eventful day again she thought to herself.

:: Spencer came in and looked curiously at the Professor. He saw the other students shoving caps onto their heads. "Heh.. Ok." He whispered to himself as he grabbed a green one and shoved his fuzzy red hair into it. His head looked alot like a green olive with bits of red pimento sticking out.
He wondered if he should strip down to his shorts. Were they swimming today? He wondered what the ladies were going to do. A smile crept to his lips, which soon disapeered as he thought of his own sister. He wouldn't want her to be in such a class.
He decided to wait patiently with his cap on. ::
