Lua passed the library tables and into a dark area. She smiled and sighed "Thats perfect" Propering her glasses on, she walked into the dark until she reached the corner, covering herself with her black school robes as she sat down comfortably.
Lua opened her backpack and reached for her potions bool and her wand.
She murmered "lumos", as she proped the book open and started reading in deep silence.

Jamie glanced, miffed, at someone sitting in the Library Corners. He obviously didn't understand that it was his. That's how he thought of the little set up. He flopped down onto the lowset couch as he had done so so many times and lit the candle on the low table before him.

Ah... this was how it was supposed to be.

Once Kamil walked in from the outside in the hall. He immediately saw tthe dark corner, and went over there. He saw two other students, but payed no attention to them. The area he was in was not the very corner because another girl was sitting there already. But he was close to her, but not uncomfortably close. He situated a little table to where it was right in front of a huge bookshelf that made that area almost pitch black. He then pulled a chair to where it was facing the table. He then sat down in the chair, and put his feet on the table. He pulled out the wand, and tapped his head with it.

"What was that spell?"

He thought for a moment, then pointed the wand at his lap.

"Accio....."

A book appeared on his lap. The book had the title.

Beater's Bible

Kamil then said very quietly.

"Lumos....."

A very small, dim light appeared at the end of his wand. He put his wand on the shelf on the bookshelf right above him. He turned to the first page, and started to read.

Rosalie entered the library a few moments after Kamil, having followed him there. She spent a few minutes, looking up and down each isle, until she found a dark area in the back, littered with an array of furnature, and a few students. Among them, Kamil. She watched for a moment, before walking up to him.

"Well you are definitely a hard one to fine." She informed him sternly, folding her arms across her chest. "I've been looking for you for days." She added, then sighed. "Anyways, you collect chocolate frog cards don't you?" She asked absantly. "I thought you mentioned it on the train."

Kamil was broken from his trance in reading the book the second she spoke. He looked a little flustered. He listened to all she said. He then set his book down and stood up. he walked past her, away from the other people a little so they wouldn't disturb them. Rosalie followed him.

"Yes, I collect chocolate frogs......"

He thought for a moment.

"Sorry for leaving so abrubtly in the common room the other day. I had to hurry up, and go to bed. Because the sooner I went to bed. The sooner I would have been able to get up, and sign up for being a beater on the team..... But yes, I collect quidditch cards. Why?"

He looked a little confused. He was wondering why she would be tracking him down just to ask this.

"I though you may want this one..." she mumbled, feeling a little stupid opening their convorsation with talking about chocolate frog cards. She reached into her pocket, and thrust the contents at him which, along with a Morgana Frog card, contained a wadded up piece of paper; the note from her father.

Her face paled as he took it, but she didn't want to look like an idiot trying to wrestle it out of his hands. "Oops..." She squeeked, but said nothing more.

Rosalie K Hale-

Your relatives came over for your birthday, even though you were not here. I assumed the memo missed them that you would be attending school out of the country this year. However, it didn’t. Your grandfather heard news that the youngest Hale had been seen associating rather familiarly with a certain male mudblood at school.

Of course I didn’t want to believe it at first. You had sworn to break off contact with him before I left you there. I knew that you knew better than to defy the wishes of your father. But I guess I was mistaken. I looked further into these accusations and found further information that says you have a few friends of no better standing than the first.

Your Grandfather being the old mindless fool that he is was thrilled that you were making friends. But you should know better. I don’t believe you would have the gall to taint the name Hale in such a way. I highly suggest you pick more suitable companions, or you had better be expecting someone to come straighten it out on your behalf. I doubt you would appreciate the method.

Remember where your loyalties lay young lady. You’ve failed your family enough already, don’t let it happen again. If it does, I will be forced to intervene.

He looked from the paper to the card to her. He spoke slowly, as if as if sorting this all out.

"I haven't gotten this card yet. Thanks."

He put the card in his pocket, and let out an arrogant little smile.

"Considering you threw this at me, I'm guessing you wanted me to read it."

Kamil uncoiled the paper, and started reading. His expression didn't change from the normal until almost at the end. He then was done reading, but just stared at the paper, eye's wide. He mumbled very quietly to himself.

"Hale................. Hale.............. Mark............. Mark Hale....."

He then jerked his head up at Rosalie, his face still stunned.

"YOUR FATHER-"

He stopped realizing he was speaking to loud.

"Your father- is Mark- is Mark- is Mark- Hale- Mr. Hale?!"

The look on his face, he just looked shock.

"With much regret I must claim him as my kin, but only biologicly." She grumbled, not meeting his eyes. "I didn't intend to throw that at you, I forgot it was there." She added irritably, her face now flushed. She was glad the darkness hid it.

"Why does it matter to you anyways? What do you know about that....man...who claims he's my father? I feel him a loose inturpretation of the word...so be careful who your giving titles to." Her voice had once more hit that spot where anyone listening would be shocked that all present were not physically wounded. Her eyes were equally rabid.

Kamil was very angry at what she had just said. There was much anger in his voice when he spoke.

"Don't you dare talk about Mark Hale about that. Markus Hale is one of the greatest Voldemortist Supporters alive!"

Kamil was so furious the way Rosalie had just talked about her own father.

Her face lost all traces of color as the blood rushed straight to her toes, and her eyes filled with tears. At first, she tried to open her mouth and speak, but found that she couldn't. Before she re-gained control of her voice she started shaking, out of fury, out of horror, out of shock.

"Don't expect me to speak so kindly of someone who has turned my life into the living hades that it is today. You do not know what that man has put me through, what he has kept from me!" She hissed, her voice showing all signs of the tears the were welling in her eyes, the tears that were hid by the darkness of the library. "He didn't have the decency to tell me so much as I was a witch! He lied about what him and mom were, he...he..." She knew she wouldn't be able to say any more on the subject.

"He's never been a father to me. Amazing supporter or no. He didn't even acknowledge the most important birthday of his only childs life, until three days past, and even then it was only after telling me what a dissapointment I am." Her voice shook with rage as she whispered the last part.

"I know you never had a father, but I'm not sure what kind of delusional vision you had of what he should be."

Astrid walked into the darker corner of the library, her bag slung over her shoulder and her face weary. A strand of brown hair fell onto her face but she didn't bother to brush it aside as she sat next to a girl arguing with another girl. Pulling out her Herbology textbook, Astrid pretended to be working- but she was really listening to every word they said.

Kamil let out a dark, wierd, creepy laugh.

"A father, is one, who tells their offsprings what they truly are in life. No matter how they feel about the subject. A father is someone who tries to make their child into the best thing they can be in their mind, and that is exactly whjat your father is doing to you. Maybe you should try listening to him. Maybe listening to him would be a start. Maybe having more friends like me would be good. Instead of your other pathetic little creatures you call friends. Your father loves me. Me and him are very close. He is like a father figure. I realize who you are now. He has always talked about such a disappointment his daughter was. So maybe you should be a little more like me. As for not telling you about your life. Well, I've got this saying, I was told by your father, life's tough, get a helmet, because you will fall off your broom when that bludger slams into your head."

Kamil let out a little scoff at his last remark.

"Your father always could make up the greatest saying. He is always so intelligent."

OOC: My characters not a girl.

Kamil suddenly jerked his head to the right. Even though he couldn't see thye girl, he could sense it.

"I don't think this conversation involves you, so mind your own business."

She felt her heart come to a dead stop at his mention of being treated like a son, by her father. He'd gotten what she'd always wanted. The invisible damn holding back her tears broke.

"He's not trying to make me into anything. If that was his intention, he could have done so earlier. He locked me inside, keeping me his personal little china doll my whole life. Now he punishes me for the person he turned me into. If he didn't want me to respect muggles, he shouldn't have lived in a muggle community, he shouldn't have flaunted me in their faces each and every brithday! He should have been honest about what I am!"

"Do you really condone his actions?" She asked, her voice breaking. "Do you really support..." She shook her head. "That man has left many scars on my life, that I do not wish to speak of. If you like him so, fine, you can take my place! I...don't...I don't want it! I don't want any more..." She sobbed

"But anyways, I do not think our convorsation is our own any longer." She stated tearfully, straightening her back, holding her head high despite the tears rolling down it.

Kamil ignored the girl eavesdropping. He pulled Rosalie away from the girl to make sure they were out of earsight. There was a tiny, dim light on Rosalie's face. Kamil just looked at her.

"You-"

His words got lost. He wrapped his arms around her, and pulled her close. Her tears were now all over his shoulder area of his cloak. He was hugging her.

"Just cry, just cry......"

He could fell his cloak getting very damp, but he couldn't stand seeing her crying.

ooc: I apologize, it's 2:15 am here and I read it wrong >.<

Astrid's head snapped up and she slammed her textbook shut; her bright blue eyes, which usually sat so complacently behind her rectangular frames, sprang to life.

"Well, sorry you're so paranoid," she snapped, glaring into the boy's eyes. "But I'm perfectly free to sit wherever I please."

At first, she felt startled when he hugged her. Kamil seemed like the last huggable person in existence, the fact that he'd do so to her, the girl he addmittedly didn't like, astounded her. But it didn't stop her feelings from bubbling to the surface.

For a long while, she just sobbed against his shoulder, getting out the worst of her tears. Finally, when they had dried to a point where she could speak, she asked, in a broken voice.

"What did I do wrong?" She whimpered. "Why doesn't he love me? Why does he chose...you...over me? I'm his daughter!" She regretted saying anything once the words left her mouth.

She knew he deserved a father. His had always been dead as far as he was concerned. If her father, evil though he was to her, could fill that void for him, than so be it. She didn't want him to feel like she resented him for it. He had no say in the matter.

As Jordana entered the Library she noticed that there were quite a few students in the seating area. Wanting to be alone and not be disturbed, Jordana proceeded to walk to the back of the library where there weren't as many students around. She sat herself at a vacant chair that was hidden behind a tall bookshelf. "This is good. Maybe now I can write back to Mom and Dad, and Vivi." she thought as she opened her bag and took out a book, a piece of parchment, and a quill. As she looked down at the parchment the only thing she had managed to write was the date. "Maybe if Amber wouldn't have showed up at the Great Hall I'd have a letter to mom and dad done." she thought with a smile. Even though she wished Amber hadn't interrupted her, at the Great Hall, she was happy that she ran into her. Jordana just wanted to get the letter to her parents over with, so that she could write to her best friend Vivi and ask her about the Travis Attenborough business that her mother had mentioned in the letter she had received the day before. As she began she had a smile on her face at the very thought of her mom and dad receiving her letter.

"Rosalie, I can't answer that. You remember what I told you that time about waht you think of me? you can't judge someone by how they treat others, but by how they treat you. I used that for everyone I've ever met. I can't judge your father by the way he treats you, because I just don't know why he does it. He treats me great though, so I have to have gratitude towards him. From what I have heard, I do not like the way he has treated you, but I can't control that, and I can't answer you. The only person who can answer you, is your father........ Have you ever thought of asking him?"

"Yes, and I don't much want to discuss the outcome." She whispered, squeezing her eyes shut.

Her mind started racing, and she leaned her forehead against his shoulder, as if that could slow her thoughts.

As much as she hated it, she understood his rantionalization, just didn't agree with it. I don't care how someone treats me, if they cannot be equally as pleasent to others, then who am I to say that I have the real them? She though, and instantly contradicted it. But that's a lie. Kamil is only nice to you...no one else...no peers at least, and you still like him, you still excuse everything else he does. Another voice told her, almost mockingly.

"I don't want to talk to him any more! I don't want to even see him any more! If there is any way to avoid it I'm not going home after this term." She insisted.

Kamil thought of everything for a while.

"I got a letter from my master today. He said that, I wasn't going to be living with him anymore."

You could almost hear pain in Kamil's voice as he spoke.

"He says, it is time I lived with my real father. Because my mother died after my father disappeared, I couldn't live with anyone except my master."

Kamil was hoping that it would sink in that he didn't have parents for eleven years.

"I am going to see my father for the first time. My master tells me I am just like him. He doesn't trust, nor does he care about anyone else, except for the people he has trusted. He also told me he loved me even though he only knew me for about 2 weeks, and he loved my mother. My master told me he loved his family, and was very excited about me coming after this term."

There was a silense for a while.

"My master also tells me he is married now. To a beatiful woman, and they live in a very big house. Supposedily, he has been looking for me for months. He is very rich now."

There was another silence.

"I could ask if you would be able to live in our house after this term, until you could find foster parents or something. If your father really doesn't care that much about you, he shouldn'ty mind. But, you need approval from your father...."

Her head shot up, eyes searching for his which were fixed on a book shelf over her shoulder. Instead, she looked at his cheek, just above her eyes.

She felt somewhat bad, it was obvious by his voice that he didn't want to leave his current living situations.

"Sorry..." She whispered. "I wish there were something I could do to help..." She admitted. "I mean...you don't sound to thrilled about this move..." She explained. "But that would be wonderful, living with you and your dad. I just doubt my father would grant such permission."

He suddenly realized how it sounded.

"No! I really want to meet my father. It's just that me and my master have become close. I will see him sometimes, it is just that I am really close to him. I am actually very excited about the move. As for your father....... What if...... What if, I talked to him?"

As Jordana finished writing the last sentence and final greeting of her letter, she put her quill down, and read over her letter. Satisfied with how it turned out, she pulled an envelope out of her bag and placed the letter inside. She sealed it and placed it back in her bag. "I'll give it to Apollo as soon as I get back to my room." she thought as she pulled out another piece of parchment and began writing her letter to Vivi.
