The DADA classroom was opened. The desks were pushed to the front of the room so that there was plenty of open space in the back of the room. Rae entered the room and eyed the open windows that were letting in plenty of air and sunlight. It was such a mild day, perfect for a walk by the lake after class. Alone for sure. | |

Fancy had been busy scribbling notes in emerald green ink across her parchment. She heard Professor Rae say the word "partner" and Fancy immediately looked to her left and met Felisia's yellow eyes.
"Let's be partners. I know I can trust you," Fancy said to Felisia, standing up and eager to start using her wand. Fancy tried to remember everything they had learned about dueling stance in the class before. She put most of her weight on her left foot, leaving her right leg and knee loose and flexible for movement. She picked up her ebony wand and held it firmly but still somewhat loose in her right hand and awaited for Felisia to get into her dueling stance as well.
