Reagan was actually considering letting her earlier annoyance slide. That is, up until the next words came out of Christopher’s mouth. Then there was that STUPID smirk. The girl stuck her nose in the air, her annoyance returning with a vengeance. GOOD GOSH! No one had managed to get her so annoyed in her life! Well, except Evan Nam but even he was put to shame by this giant. Reagan was overtaken by this emotion so much that she couldn’t get her words out. Not even the fact that Ko had been excited about her coming into this world or that Christopher remembered her from since she was way younger.
By now, Rea was no longer interested in talking to him so she ignored him completely and set about piling her plate with more chicken puffs and dip. Without so much as looking at the world’s most infuriating man, she grabbed a bottle of pop then stalked off in the direction of the tables. Maybe she’d spy on him to check out his dance moves if he danced but she would NOT be conversing with him anymore, thank you very much.

Had anyone ever told her how easy she was to annoy? Good golly! Even his own siblings didn't get annoyed with him this fast and sometimes when they were young he did everything in his power to bug them on purpose just because he could. But this, this was another whole level of he didn't even what to call it. Honestly he kind of wanted to laugh. He hadn't said anything wrong, at least not in his eyes. She hadn't asked. In his opinion she really needed to lighten up and have a little fun.
Still stifling a small grin, Christopher shook his head as he watched her walk away without saying anything else to him. Oh, he had to tell Koen about this! That was going to have to wait until after he finished eating though and found is sister who was more than likely looking for him by now. So until later little one!

Scene 2: The Giant and the The Actress meet Again {July 2108}
Reagan sat back triumphantly, a pleased smile playing on her lips. She had done it, she had gotten the part of Portia - the lead female - of the play called The Merchant of Venice. This alone was not what made her happy - the facts that it was the first day of the summer holidays and that once they announced who would take the lead male role of Shylock, rehearsals could begin. Reagan thrived on the chaos of rehearsals! All she needed was for the play director to announce that Davet would take the lead role and she’d be over the moon! Everyone knew that she and him were born to lead together!
While the director and the other important people made their final decisions, the girl turned her attention to the pastries that had been laid out on a table not far from where she was seated. Moving closer to it, she saw there were some salted-caramel churros. Interesting! Rea had never had those before. Taking one in a tissue, she returned to her seat and sank her teeth into the pastry. Immediately she was transported to heaven. This churro was one of the most delicious things she had EVER tasted!

To say that Christopher enjoyed these things wouldn't be neither true nor false. He didn't love them and he didn't hate them. Over the years though he had been to many types of these things, gymnastics competitions, dance pageants, baking competitions and plenty others. Today he wasn't here to watch however, he was here to help his older sister cater the affair with delight desserts from her bakery. So thankfully he wouldn't have to remain here all day long.
Dressed much more casually than the last time they had seen one another months ago, in cargo shorts and a button down shirt, he appeared rather relaxed as he brought in several more boxes of baked goods. These were carefully placed out on the table with special labels so everyone would know exactly what each one was.
Another churro wouldn’t hurt and this time maybe she would try a different flavour. In any case, Reagan would need the calories and carbs given the packed summer she anticipated. Both of them would be burnt out in no time. With that positive thought in mind, the young woman started to bound her way back to the table but was interrupted by an unsuspecting Christopher.
She squinted at him. What was HE doing here?? Christopher looked so different too, now that he was dressed casually. It only occurred to her then that he was quite handsome; he had been back at the wedding too but she had been quite annoyed with him to notice back then. Rea watched him set up the labels in pauzzlement. “Did you make those?” Rea asked curiously. Then hastily added, “The pastries, I mean.” The latter was necessary because Christopher was sure to give her some smart answer by saying he had made the labels.

Christopher was a little preoccupied with what he was doing and by the small child that was quietly playing with a child's tablet underneath the table and munching on a cookie. If anyone had noticed the young boy with blonde hair and big blue eyes, the man had not noticed but the child was quiet and behaving so that's all that really mattered at the moment, right?
That voice. He had heard it before, months prior. He should had known that's why he was given this task. Placing the final label on one of the boxes, Chris turned his attention towards Reagan. Well didn't she look grown up this afternoon. Not that she didn't at the wedding but wedding's did that, everyone dressed up for those wanting to look their very best. "Mm' the label no, my hand writing isn't nearly as delicate as that." Nope, the lovely labels had all been made by his sister. "As for the pastries, I got to help. Cass, is very finicky about how things are made and presented for events such as this." Meaning he didn't get to make anything completely on his own and was given very detailed instructions on who things should be laid out and presented. He would be surprised if she didn't appear at any moment to ensure that he had done exactly what she had told him to.
