Bright and shining with a variety of different colors, Simply Stylish Salon sits towards the entrance of Hogsmeade's street where all can see. The funky hair salon looks more to be built out of plastic than the usual wood and stone one would see down the street. Decked out with greens, blues, and oranges on the outside with a handful of fun decoration shapes such as stripes, triangles, and stars, this shop is anything but ordinary!
On the inside, you are immediately hit with wizard rock music playing through the shop as the yellows, reds, and orange colors and new assortment of flowing shapes, most notable of them all being the 'swirl', take your attention. A plush waiting area to the side holds comfortable couches and a clear glass table that sits upon a very fluffy rug that feels more like a cloud than anything. Hair styling magazines lay upon the tables as oddly shaped shelves of products the store sells line the walls.
Just before the styling stations is the receptionist desk, white and bizarrely shaped. The six styling stations themselves are both uniform and distinct in their own ways, each having a different shade of color as it's theme while the hair washing stations in the back are tranquil with blues and purples. Monte himself seems to blend into his surroundings as he is quite a colorful man, but never fear. Despite his unusual look, he is quite brilliant and talented at what he does!

Hogsmeade was finally opening for the students and Yoongi woken up early in the morning to go to the village. Wrapped in a Gryffindor scarf and a thick coat, the sixth year rushed to the Simply Stylish Salon. He would show everyone that red hair would look good on him. Actually every color would look good on him if he said so himself.
He opened the door where the loud wizard rock music was playing and entered. After a quick look around he found the reception desk and walked to it. “Hello?”
Cinna was thinking about doing something different with her hair. But she didn't know what she wanted to do. So finding out that the next hogmeade weekend was coming up she knew that she would have to owl Lux. She needed her bestie. This year just wasn't the same without her. They were meeting here at the hair salon. Yay.
Honestly, this whole term had been something different. Not to say that it was either good or bad. It was what it was.

Lux was excited to have her hair done with Cinna, she just wasn't too sure what she wanted to have done. Maybe she would walk out of here with a cute little bob, but part of her didn't want to lose most of her pretty red hair.
Entering the building, Lux spotted Cinna right away. It would have been hard to miss her! "Heeey!!" she said as she made her way over and gave the girl a hug as she sat in the seat. "This is going to be awesome! Do you know what you want to get done yet? I haven't made up my mind!" Maybe they could help each other out.
Choosing the chair next to Cinna, she got comfortable.

Okay so Fiancee took Jackson for an hour to show him off and that gave Cassie exactly enough time to go to her favorite salon to get her hair done and maybe a manicure while she was there. Plus get some special BFF time. Yes she had of course told Nessa to meet her for the time so they could catch up without a baby crying. Though he was the cutest crying baby ever.
Moving into the shop she looked around to see if Nessa was there yet. Seeing no Nessa she decided to go look around while she waited. Oh new smelling soaps, this was perfect timing she was almost out of her own. Yes, this would be a wonderful thing to look at while she waited on her best friend.

However, Tia always seemed to forget that at Hogsmeade, she could see people who didn't necessarily go to Hogwarts; it was open to all witches and wizards. She definitely did not expect to see a familiar blond head walking around with a baby! Okay, that was a lie, because she was pretty sure she saw the baby picture on her Head of House's desk. But she might have been in slight denial about her former Divination Professor together with her house head, having a baby. Even though she was old enough to know that these things happened, it didn't mean she wanted to think about it.
What she DID want to think about is the fact that her former Professor's position had been shammed. But tracking down the blond was proving hard; one minute she had the baby in the tea shop and the next, she was gone. And now, she was childless and waiting for some pampering, it seemed. Perfect timing.
"Professor Morgan!" Because she'd always be a Professor to her; and she was more of a professor then Ursula Black. "Oh, good, Ursula didn't eat you in efforts to compromise your position. That's a relief."

"GAA!!" Kitty screamed in delight she beheld the SimplySylish Salon in all its beauty and glory. Fashion was one of her absolute favorite things in the world and this place had it all. The Gothic girl ran joyfully over to the shelves and began looking through it, worried that she wouldn't be able to see very much before they had to go back to Hogwarts.

Nessa was running so late. She didn’t have a particularly good reason for being late, she was just flighty sometimes and had lost track of time. And, while she was normally rather nonchalant about such issues, today she was a little annoyed with herself. She was supposed to be spending quality time with her BFF and she didn’t want to miss out on that. Well, she was in Hogsmeade now, so she would put that past her and enjoy the time they’d have together now.
Rushing inside, she quickly looked around and soon found Cassie chatting to a couple students. Aww, the students of Hogwarts… how she missed them! And she remembered one of the girls. “I’m here, I’m here!” she smiled widely as she headed over. ”Hello! She reached and gave Cassie a hug. "Hi, TiaMarie! Hello.." Nessa greeted both of the Ravenclaw girls, though the younger one was unfamiliar to her. Must have started school after she left.
"Well.. what are we planning? A new look or just some pampering?" Nessa already had something in mind for her hair, and the picture was in her purse.

Grinning, Haddie stopped when she was just inside the building. It turned out she wasn't the only one with that plan. "Hey Kitty. Hey Tia!" The good news was she wouldn't be the only person changing their look at Hogwarts. The bad news was there only seemed to be two stylists and so that meant she was going to have to wait.
Haddie bound into the Simply Stylish Salon, with excited determination. She needed a change. And what better time to do said change than when she was miles and miles and miles away from parents and their ability to say no. She knew just what she wanted to do too.
Grinning, Haddie stopped when she was just inside the building. It turned out she wasn't the only one with that plan. "Hey Kitty. Hey Tia!" The good news was she wouldn't be the only person changing their look at Hogwarts. The bad news was there only seemed to be two stylists and so that meant she was going to have to wait.
"Hi Haddie" Kitty waved her over and began chattering excitedly. "This store is amazing! I can't believe I never heard of it before. They have EVERYTHING. I'm going to have my hair painted so that only the middle is black and the rest is pink. What do you think?" But before she could answer Kitty was already pressing on. "I know that its not my usual Gothic style, but I had a dream where I looked like that and in looked so cool that I had to try it. Are you here to have a makeover too, or just looking?"

Ohhh! Okay... so they weren't the stylists. They were former teachers apparently. Haddie gave the woman (Cassie) an exaggerated nod of her head. "Yep, yep, yep. Firstie." That was her. "Haddie Denaker." Why she gave the woman her first and last name puzzled even her. It left her blinking in confusion for a second before she pulled herself out of it. "So you used to teach at Hogwarts? What subject?" Maybe she was the old Transfiguration Professor, and Haddie could convince her to train her in becoming an Animagus.
"New look!" Kitty smiled at the latest adult (Nessa) to join in on the conversation, pleased at how many people were asking her questions about her style. "I'm going to have myhair painted pink - all except for the middle." It was going to be awesome she just knew it!
"After getting my hair done I'm buying at least two Silky Hair Potions," responded Kitty to the other grown up (Tia) talking with her. She showed her the potions in her arms. "Before coming to Hogwarts all my make up was Muggle made, I didn't even know all this existed until today. Are you getting hair potions too?"
"Ooh good for you Haddie!" Kitty would have given her friend a high five but she was holding too much stuff. She remembered when she first met Haddie at the feast she had asked Haddie what her style was. Haddie's response had been that she didn't know yet but probably would soon. "I can't wait to see you in it! Multi colored hair rocks."
Haddie grinned at the pile of products in Kitty's hand. She wouldn't have expected any less from her goth friend. Her grin turned to genuine smile at Kitty's reaction to her idea. "Thanks, I hope it looks good."

Oh? Well, what a fun idea to get scent ideas from the students! It would help them stay in touch with their youthful side, even if they were getting a little older. At least they were still young at heart! Only as old as you feel, right? At least Nessa thought so and she wasn't going to think about her age today anyway. Not when she was so excited to be back in Hogsmeade. "How wonderful! What scents are everyone getting today?" Hmm...Candy Cane shampoo might be on clearance since the holidays had passed, but it was still a delicious scent and Nessa picked it up from the shelf.
And another student walked in. Nessa watched with a smile as the girl greeted her friends and Cassie engaged her in a little conversation. Yes, first year, Nessa would have thought about the same as she didn't remember her from her time at Hogwarts either. "Hogsmeade weekends are always so much fun." And it looked like they were just about as excited as she and Cassie were to be here.
Speaking of Cassie, she turned back to her best friend once all the girls started talking to each other again. "So what are you having done today? I'm thinking of this.." She pulled a picture of a hairstyle from her purse to show her. "And of course a mani-pedi." That much was just a given.

"New look!" Kitty smiled at the latest adult (Nessa) to join in on the conversation, pleased at how many people were asking her questions about her style. "I'm going to have myhair painted pink - all except for the middle." It was going to be awesome she just knew it!
"After getting my hair done I'm buying at least two Silky Hair Potions," responded Kitty to the other grown up (Tia) talking with her. She showed her the potions in her arms. "Before coming to Hogwarts all my make up was Muggle made, I didn't even know all this existed until today. Are you getting hair potions too?"
"Ooh good for you Haddie!" Kitty would have given her friend a high five but she was holding too much stuff. She remembered when she first met Haddie at the feast she had asked Haddie what her style was. Haddie's response had been that she didn't know yet but probably would soon. "I can't wait to see you in it! Multi colored hair rocks."

Oh? Well, what a fun idea to get scent ideas from the students! It would help them stay in touch with their youthful side, even if they were getting a little older. Speaking of Cassie, she turned back to her best friend once all the girls started talking to each other again. "So what are you having done today? I'm thinking of this.." She pulled a picture of a hairstyle from her purse to show her. "And of course a mani-pedi." That much was just a given.
"Well it's very nice to meet you. I taught Divination." She missed that tower some days but her shop and baby were what she needed to focus on. "This is Professor Glendower, she was History of Magic." Introducing her bestie to the girls was always a good thing. "She is a professor at WADA now. Excellent reformer as well. She could brag about the bestie it was her job to do. Hehe
Looking towards Kitty she smiled, "Pink will look good on you." She liked to do fun things as well, but lately she had kept it pretty natural and mom like. "Well you girls have a fantastic time today." They didn't want to older women hanging around them all day and she had bestie time to take care of.
Turning back to Nessa fully she grinned. "Just a trim and maybe a style. I haven't just let my hair down in awhile. Jackson has me so busy. He doesn't like to sleep at night, so it makes for a crazy day at the shop. It will be nice to just relax and actually have cute hair again." The nails were a given she was certainly getting them done as well.
"I also am trying the candy cane one," she replied to Nessa when she asked them what scents they were trying. "But this is my first time so I don't know how it will work." Hopefully just fine.
"Thank you, you too!" Kitty smiled at Cassie as she complimented her hair choice and wished them a fantastic time. How cool was it that she used to be the Divination teacher though? Kitty wondered if a lot of former Hogwarts teachers lived in Hogsmeade. She was going to ask her what she thought of the Hag (their most recent Divination teacher) but by then she had already turned and was talking to Nessa.
"I'm going to pay for these now," Kitty said to Haddie and she approached the counter to pay. All together they cost almost all of the money that her mother had given her for this term. It was definitely worth it. Once she was done paying for the items she stood back in line with Haddie to get her hair done. "So...um, what have you been up to Haddie?" They hadn't talked in a few weeks and Kitty wondered what her friend had been doing recently.

She turned back to Cassie and listened as she talked about what she was planning on doing at the salon today. "And how is that sweet baby? I have to see him when we're done here." She wasn't taking no for an answer! She assumed that he was spending some Daddy-Son time while they got themselves pampered. "It will be nice to have some time for yourself and get a cute new style." And as for WADA, Nessa shrugged a little but kept her cheery smile. "Just the usual... getting ready for our Spring show now."

Haddie blinked at Cassie for a moment, and took an unconscious step back. "Y-you didn't try eating anyone did you?" She shifted a little to put Kitty between her and Cassie, so that, you know, in case Cassie got hungry... Sorry, Kitty.
She relaxed a little, though, seeing how unworried Kitty was about Cassie. The older girl was a worrier usually... but then she was also a bit naive too, so that didn't quite convince Haddie. Sticking close to Kitty, she followed the girl to the styling section to wait for her turn. And what did Kitty do!? She ditches her to go pay for her stuff! Rude! Haddie watched Kitty's retreating back, aghast. "Make sure to get a bag!" If need be it can be used as a weapon. An effective one with all the stuff Kitty is buying in it.

Kitty nodded and smiled at Nessa."I think so, but I haven't tried any of them yet because this is my first time at Hogsmeade. Back at home I'm only allowed to use Muggle makeup even though my mom is a witch, because we live in a muggle neighborhood." She wondered if Nessa had kids who went to Hogwarts, but she felt too shy to ask.
Haddie called after her to get a bag as she was leaving. "I will!" Kitty paid for her stuff and placed them inside a purple, sparkling bag and then went back to stand with Haddie in the line. She laughed when Haddie asked Cassie if she tried eating anyone, thinking that she was only joking. But then she saw the look on her friends face and felt guilty for laughing. But Cassie wasn't a Hag! Kitty swerved to look from Haddie to Cassie, eyes wide with apprehension.

Echo was in desperate need of a change and why not do with with her hair, did she just want a cut and style or did she want some green or something in her hair.
Why was she so bad with deciding what she wanted! Wishing one of her friends were here with her to give her the final say she just stood in the reception area, thinking hard on what she wanted!

She wasn't here to get her hair styled this time. Last time she'd only had her newly styled hair for two weeks before Ariadne caused all her hair to fall out during a duel. It was grown back after the duel of course, but the styling was lost.
That was bound to happen again. But Hadley desperately needed a change. Just something. Something to mark her as different from the innocent and carefree girl she had been.
So here Hadley was, again, browsing the selection of potions at Simply Stylish. Yet, she didn't know a lot about hair potions. Did you ingest, or simply drop on your scalp. A few drops on the scalp didn't seem like it could alter your whole head of hair. But this was magic so...And how long did they last? Like did they last the same amount of time as muggle hair dye? Or shorter? Longer? Were they permanent until you removed?

Echo turned around hearing someone say red or brown? ohhh it seemed like a young ravenclaw needed some advice, Echo needed some too but meh she'd help this girl out no problem. "what about a redish brown?" could she recommend a green? green always looks nice with blonde hair. But she doubted that this young girl wanted to have green in her hair.
"what color clothes do you wear most?" she asked, because brown would look better with blues but red would kind of clash with it. Tossing her own hair behind her head she eyeballed the girl, she seemed to have a good sense of style. potential new shopping buddy??? maybe
