About this role-play:
In this Role play Leelee Blaze and her brother Edward Blaze have just taken custody of their cousin Minerva Wheatborn after her family was killed in a plane crash while she was Hogwarts this past term. This thread will have family events as well as gatherings of Minerva's friends and Edward and Leelee's friends. They will grow as a family and become stronger together. Leelee is hoping to get a job at the ministry this year, Edward is a traveler, and Minerva is headed into her third year at Hogwarts.
First Scene:
It's been a few weeks since Minerva has moved in and the new family of three is trying to get adjusted to each other as well as to their new lives. Leelee decides to have a cookout and invite friends of Minerva's as well as Edward's and her own over.

Before they even had a chance to give the kidnappers the money they wanted... The authorities..." His voice shook slightly remembering it, "The authorites found her dead in the middle of a river..."

Leelee smiled at Daniel "Sorry, you know Edward and I have not seen eye to eye about Minerva's future." she sighed when she heard a conversation going on in the kitchen. It was Minerva talking about their business. She sighed, she didn't want to think about the memories last summer and the stupid mistake they made.
Harvey smiled "Thanks Mins.. yeah I will hang out with the new group.. I do? Mins you just made it sound like we are stuck at the hips.. or did you really tie us together" he chuckled looking at his hips "I guess I do go wherever you go.. but you can spend as much time with them as you want.. cause I am sure once we get back to school.. we will all be busy.. but I will still be around if you need me.. and well Justin will be there for you too " he smiled "Damon? he seems like a good guy.. what you said about him was not wrong.. I think whoever will be with him will be happy with him.. kind of hoping its you" he hoped that what he said sounded good.. cause he didnt really know Damon.. but from what he did know.. he could see that what Minnie had said about him was not wrong.
Daniel smiled and nodded "I know.. but I was just thinking that you are not wrong.. I see Minerva and she is happy around her friends.. maybe I am wrong.. but I dont see a tracking future for her.. she could do alot better than being a tracker.. dont get me wrong when I say that.. I am not saying its not a good job.. I just dont see it for her." he smiled "Even you could do better than that.. but I guess its ok for you to do occassionally until you find another job.. you are probably thinking what if you want to carry it on.. in that case I guess I will support what you want to do.. I know you will be but I will say it anyways just be careful when you do" he knew that it was what she was.. a tracker.. would she be able to leave it completely.. maybe .. maybe not.. but time would tell what happened.. Just as he had finished talking he couldnt help but overhear a similar conversation going on.. he looked round to see it was Minerva talking about the very thing they were talking about.

Ella frowned, boy drama was never good. "So I take it they don't get on well then?" She asked, not having spent time with either boy. "What are they not seeing eye-to-eye on exactly?" She didn't want to pry but she was quite curious.
"YEah they dont get along well at all." She shrugged, "I dont know something about me. I have no clue but Maxwell and I are dating and there has been rumors that DAmon supposely likes me and is trying to break Maxwell and i up." She rolled her eyes to show how stupid the rumors are, "But Damon no way likes me and we are cousins, and best friends. We are like brother and sister." She sighed, "Sorry." Tay laughed.

"Oh I'm so glad you like him. It's pretty obvious where his heart is, isn't it." She looked down frowning a bit, "but who knows I'm not giving up just yet."
Leelee glared at him, she had never seen possessiveness out of him, but his comments about what she should and should not be doing annoyed her. She got up and went closer to the doorway. "shhh" She needed to hear. "That name he asked, what was it again?" she looked at Daniel she couldn't hear them as well anymore. Maybe Minerva did have a few of the talents.
Minerva's eyes widened. Ella listened to Taylor and gave her a small smile when she was finished. "No, don't worry about it. You're right to not believe rumors. It's always better to go to the source. As for Maxwell and Damon..." She really didn't know what to say about that. Boys were...complicated. "I guess they have to work that out on their own, especially if they don't want to keep you stuck in the middle."
Tay gave Ella a grateful smile, "Thanks and it seems like they always fight when i am with Damon and Maxwell comes up." She sighed. "But anyways how is things with Logan?" SHe smiled. Taylor hadnt seen her friend in a few weeks.

Damon shrugged as Leelee walked in the room, "I don't know. We were just talking and..." He motioned with his hands, he didn't know how to word it without letting go what they were talking about.

Ella felt a slight blush color her cheeks when Taylor asked about Logan. That boy could make her blush even when he wasn't around. Sigh. "Logan's great. He's Logan. I guess I've just been sad cause he isn't returning to Hogwarts." She felt the uneasy feeling in her stomach as she said this and shifted in her seat slightly. "I guess it's been a bit weird between us because of that but I really do like him."
Ella noticed a bit of a commotion around Minnie and sat up in her chair, hoping she was okay. It seemed as if her cousin was handling the situation so she sat back once again, but kept a watchful eye out for her friend.

Leelee came back into the room and sat down looking sick. She looked around the room trying to think, think back. She needed more information, Minerva had been through to much to be hurt by her. "Did you get that name they said?" she asked Daniel very preoccupied. "Leave it to my brother to disappear when I need him most." she sighed still trying to listen.
Leelee glared for a second then her face softened. "Minerva what happened, why do you look so pale?" she kept an eye on the boy, Damon wasn't it.
Minerva looked from Damon to Leelee. She couldn't, Edward couldn't, they wouldn't. Not someone close to Damon this could ruin them if there is anything. Damon just stood there quietly. The fear of knowing there might have been a chance of someone keeping tags on Taylor's little sister made him a little sick... even if it weren't the case.

Ronnie sat there, listening to everyone speak, feeling a little left out of what they were talking about, and before she knew it she had zoned out again, humming a tune to herself. She suddenly snapped back into reality after a while. Everyone seemed sort of...tense. She raised an eyebrow, but decided not to ask anything, feeling that would be a little impolite so she kept her mouth shut. She fiddled with her hands and sighed.

Damon sighed, "Of course you do..." He ruffled his hair, "My brother and I got in an arguement at the top of the stairs in our house... I tried to stop him from doing something, he pulled me a little to hard. We both went down. When we reached the bottom he stood up unharmed, and I had a cracked bone and a limp for half a month."
