Alright, y'all. Scene One. The morning before Fallon Arrives.

Aaron woke up in his room excited for this day. Fallon would be coming back from America and she would be staying with him and his family. Aaron looked in his morror from his bed and saw that he looked a bit different. He couldn't tell how. He just did. He jumped out of bed and put on a large t-shirt that said "Gotham City Police Department." It was something his uncle got him the last time he went to America. Aaron looked at he and Fallon's instant parchment and didn't see any new messages. The next thing Aaron did was ruffle out his hair. it was summer and he was getting his natural blonde highlights. He looked to his door and wondered if his parents were up.

Fallon looked at her watch. "Come on mom! I should've left like 10 minutes ago." Fallon was sad. She had already said goodbye to her new friends and Pat, her boyfriend while she was here in America. It was really hard to leave him. She then heard her mother shout that she should bring her things down because they were leaving.

She dug through her favorite purse and finally found her parchment. She quickly wrote a message on it and sent it to Aaron.

Before she walked out the door she checked her clothes in the mirror. She was wearing her favorite dress. She decided to leave her hair curly today and wore a lavender headband. She sighed and walked out of her room. She couldn't wait to go back to England.

Aaron was about to walk out of his room. When he heard writing come from on top of his dresser. He walked over to the parchment the sound was coming from and picked up he and Fallon's IM paper. He read it and smiled. Aaron picked up a pencil on his dresser and wrote back.

Aaron folded up the parchment and put it in his pocket. He walked out of his room and walked down the hallway past his parent's room, the game room, and entered the kitchen. Gonna eat a bagel before Fallon comes todaaaay, he sang in his head. When he opened up the cabinet for a bagel, another thought came in. Okay... Gonna eat frozen waffles before Fallon comes todaaaay. Yet when he opened the freezer, no waffles. Why is there no good food I mean Fallon's coming todaaaaay. Aaron opened the refrigerator and saw the bag of bagels. What are you doing in here don't you know Fallon's coming todaaaay? Aaron untwisted the bag, took one out, twisted it back up, and put it back in the fridge. He then took the cream cheese out and closed the refrigerator. Aaron walked to the counter and took out a butter knife and a bagel knife. Don't chop off your finger 'cuz Fallon's coming todaaaay. Aaron cut the bagel in half and popped open the cream cheese. He took the butter knife and scooped up a wad of cream cheese and tried to spread it on his bagel. You need too spread on my bagel before Fallon comes todaaaay. Aaron plopped the top on his bagel and put everything away before putting his bagel onto his plate and and walking into the living room. He went to the sofa and jumped on the couch back first. Gonna eat this bagel and watch crappy reruns before Fallon comes todaaaay. *Munch.*

Michael woke up groggily to the noise of the half-broken alarm clock, Hmm. He'd have to remind Annabell to fix that later; it was because of him trying to fix it that it wasn't working properly. He looked over to the other side of the bed to see that his wife was still asleep, and decided to give her a few more minutes before waking her up. He got out of bed and slapped the alarm clock to shut it up, then walked over the dresser. Eugh, damned bags ... I look half dead. Ah well, at least I'm not in work today.

Michael quickly got washed and dressed; a casual shirt and jeans would suffice - nothing too fancy - and then walked back over to the bed and nudged Annabell, "C'mon Honey, you need to get up. Aaron's Friend's due to get here soon." He left the bedroom and headed for the kitchen, wondering if Aaron was up and about yet.

He walked through down the hall into the kitchen, and looked in the cupboards, wondering what to eat. He figured that Annabell wouldn't really appriciate him eating the last of the "good for your heart" cereal, so he stuck a couple of slices of bread in the toaster, instead. An owl scraped at the window, with the paper. He let it in, took the paper and payed it. Michael buttered his slightly burnt toast and took it into the living room with the paper, where he found Aaron already up and dressed, eating a bagel.

"Mornin' Aaron," he said with a sleepy smile, "do you know what time Fallon's getting back to England?" he asked, as he sat on the settee and took a chomp out of his toast.

Aaron heard his dad walk into the kitchen and make himself some breakfast. Aaron waited for his dad to come in and said, "Hey, dad," before taking another bite of his bagel. "I dunno an exact time. She just said, like, 'later.' But she'll message me when they're about to leave Diagon Alley... Where she's going first." Another bite. "She's probably going to be wide awake tonight. you think maybe me and her can go out somewhere?" It'd be nice for Aaron Fallon to go and just hang out somewhere. Bite.

...Annabell did a buttonhole stitch on the dress. But it didn't look right. The customer didn't like it either. She suddenly turned into a horrible witch, raising her wand and came towards her. She reached out to touch her--

"EXPELLIARMUS!" Annabell jumped in her bed, only to find it was her husband who had touched her. That was a terrible dream! She shouldn't have eaten so much last night. She nodded at her husband as she still breathed fast, and it took her a few minutes to calm down. Then she too got out and wore her morning dress. Muttering it was only a nightmare and not real, she entered the kitchen.

"Good morning." she greeted as she directly made her way to the fridge. What to prepare. But apparently everyone had suited themselves. Eh. She grabbed her cereal and sat next to Aaron. "When is Fallon coming again? I hope it's late, because we have to clean the house and cook some meal." She talked looking Aaron in the eye, because he was going to help her. Oh yes he was.

Aaron looked at his mom. "She said 'Later,' So i dunno exactly when." Aaron looked at his mom. "There is no way I am cooking. I plan on seeing some of my muggle friends today before Fallon comes." Not anymore your not. Darnit. Munch of bagel...

Later? How much 'later'? Anyways, with a few spells, Annabell Anderson would be finished in 15 minutes at most. Only cooking was a problem. She hoped Fallon wouldn't mind waiting for an hour for meal.

"Your friend is coming today and you have other plans?" She didn't intend to judge her son or anything -he was almost a grown up now, 14 years old- but she couldn't believe him. "Fair enough." She opened her mouth to argue with him to help her, but then decided against it. Why tiring the boy while she could do them quickly? "Still, I won't touch to your room." That was totally his responsibility. Period.

She finished her cereal and getting a sponge and soap, she tapped her wand on them to clean the plate, then halted and waited for her husband and son to wash their plates too.

Aaron looked at his mom. "Uh...Yeah," Now that he thoguht about it, it was kind of weird. "Well, when Fallon's here, I plan on spending most if not all my time with her. I mean, I haven't seen her in over a year." Nom nom nom. "My room isn't all that messy. I just got clothes and stuff on the floor." Finished with bagel.

Aaron got up and walked over to the counter putting is plate in the sink. Aaron wanted to try cleaning with magic... Stupid underage magic law... But he just wen back over to the couch and plopped right back to where he was. he looked around for the remote. "Dad, are you sitting on the remote," he said to him while still tapping everywhere for it.

Michael looked up as Annabell walked in, looking lovely and wide awake. He ate his toast, and didn't really listen to what she was saying to Aaron, as he was reading the newspaper. There wasn't anything new, or that important. He just nodded along to what Annabell was saying, and added a couple of 'Listen to your mum's' and 'I don't see why not's' when it seemed appropriate.

"No, are you sure it's not at the side of the TV, that's where your mum usually leaves it." Michael said in response to Aaron, not looking up from the paper, or checking that he wasn't sat on the remote.

Come to think of it, the chair was uncomfy.

Michael stood up and checked under the coushions. Ah Ha! He twirled the remote round, like he would his wand and threw it to Aaron with a grin.

Michael sat back down at Aaron, "You asked if you two could go somewhere later. Do you mean as in tonight 'later', or at some point in the rest of the week 'later'?" He put the paper down on the coffee table, "either way, I don't see why not. Howabout you, Annabell?" he asked, looking over to his wife.

Fallon huffed as she sat down in the Leaky Cauldron. Her mother had just stayed long enough to get money for Fallon from Gringott's. She started to dig around in her purse for her parchment so that she could tell Aaron she would be coming over sooner than expected. She pulled out a book and a notepad before she found it.

She set her parchment down and laid her head down on her table. She could still not believe how much her mother had wanted to get rid of her.

Aaron caught the remote and looked up at his dad. "Uh... I meant tonight," Aaron said turning on the television. He started flipping through the channels when he heard writing coming from his pocket. Huh? he thought to himself. He took out Fallon's parchment and saw that she wrote back.

"Hey, um. We can go get Fallon...Now. She's at the Leaky Cauldron." He looked at his dad for a response before he did anything else.

Michael nodded at Aaron, "I don't see why you can't, make sure it's alright with your mum though." He watched Aaron as he took out that weird parchment again and read it. Michael wondered what it said.

"Now? ... Well, I guess we'll have to." Michael got up out of his seat and looked at his watch. "We'll Floo to the Leaky in 15 minutes," He said to Aaron, before going into the kitchen.

"Annabell? Fallon's already at the Leaky, I'll take Aaron to pick her up now." He put his plate in the sink and quickly rinsed it. He kissed Annabell on the cheek and took his travelling cloak from the coat hooks and went back into the living room.

"Okay," Aaron said in regards to going to The Leaky Cauldron. Aaron quickly got up and went back to his room to change out of his pajamas. He opened u his dresser and got out Jeans and a polo shirt. He quickly put his stuff on before closing the dresser and going to the bathroom to brush his teeth and brush his hair perfectly.

A few minutes after he left he met back up with his dad in the living room to take the second magical thing in his house besides the wizard's chess board, the Floo Network. It's nice that the ministry let them have it. Aaron took one last look at himself to make sure he looked presentable. He looked at his dad with a face that said 'let's go, let's go, LET'S GO!'

ooc: you know what we should do? We should NOT rp Aaron and his dad meeting Fallon at the cauldron here. We should skip that and just have them arriving at the house with fallon. Then, when Diagon Alley opens for students again, RP it happening there.

Michael was fastening the clasp to his travelling cloak and flattening his hair in the wall mirror as Aaron walked back into the room. He raised his eyebrows at Aarons perfectly brushed hair. He never made that much of an effort on his hair. "ready?" he asked and walked over to the fireplace. Michael picked up the pot of Floo powder and held it out for Aaron to take some.

"Yeah," Aaron said to his dad. He was about to take the floo powder when he remembered something. "Oh! Hang on." Aaron took out the parchment to Fallon.

Aaron put the parchment in his pockettook some floo powder and stepped into the fireplace. He had only done this once before. "Ahem! THE LEAKY CAULDRON!" Aaron threw the powder on the ground and disappeared in the emerald flames...

What, what, what?! Only fifteen minutes?! As in five plus ten? That was SO LITTLE time! With a little gasp, Annabell took out her wand and tapped it every dirty place she saw like crazy. Suddenly, bustle took hold of the house as every cleaning agent seemed to do something. She kissed her husband back quickly--every minute was important!-- and while the house was getting cleaned, he went and took a shower.

After ten tiring minutes, she had taken a shower, was dressed in a white dress big, blue flowers on and the house smelled like fresh jasmine--another handy spell--with no dirt left. There was no meal cooked, but she hoped Fallon would return full. If not, she'd just cook a toast or something, and then prepare a feast for dinner. She lay down on the couch, careful not to crease her dress and waited. They should be home soon, unless they decided to hang out in Diagon Alley.

Michael watched Aaron write back to Fallon and waited for him to Floo. He then turned to Annabell before he followed Aaron.


"Bye Honey, We'll be back soon. 20 minutes at the most." He kissed her cheek again and took some Floo powder, threw it into the fireplace and stood into the hearth "The LEAKY CAULDRON" he shouted, before dissapearing.

Fallon had closed her eyes before she followed Aaron's instructions to use the Floo Network. All of a sudden, she stopped moving. She carefully opened her eyes, hoping that she had shown up at the right place. She cautiously stepped out of the fireplace and looked around what she hoped to be Aaron's apartment. It was really nice and it smelled amazing! She waited patiently for Aaron to show up.

Aaron appeared in his apartment hoping that Fallon wasn't still in the fireplace, but she wasn't when Aaron arrived. He stepped out cautiously and took another look at her. He couldn't believe how good she looked. Aaron's jaw could have dropped a little, too. He looked at the fireplace and moved Fallon back a little so the flames from the fireplace didn't get her.

Fallon let out a sigh of relief as Aaron came out of the fireplace not long after her. She took a look at him and realized he was starting to get kind of cute. Then she thought it was just her horomones and having to leave Pat. She shook the thought and smiled as Aaron moved her away from the fireplace.

"Sorry you had to come and get me so early. I didn't think my mom was just going to get me money and leave. Then again, I should've probably expected it." She let out another sigh and looked around his apartment again. "Your place is great! And it smells really good." She giggled slightly at the last little bit of her comment.

"it's fine. Though, my mom was a bit shocked," Aaron turned his head to see his mom on the far sofa. Aaron laughed at Fallon's comment about the house. "You can thank my mom for that." Aaron brought Fallon over to her. "Mom, fallon. Fallon, mom." Aaron's dad didn't come out of the fireplace yet. Wonder what's taking so long.

"I'll have to do that," Fallon said giggling a little. She then followed Aaron over to where his mother sat. "It's nice to meet you and your place is exquisite. And it smells really good!" She laughed a little because she had sounded so sophisticated and then turned into the slightly childish almost-14 year old she was.

Michael appeared in the fireplace 10 minutes later. He stepped off the hearth and was careful not to get any of the soot anywhere. Michael put Fallons bags down by the side of the settee. He looked at Aaron and Fallon and smiled. "Got held up by someone from work. Never mind that though," he said as he took the travelling cloak off and hung it up. "did you tidy your room before?" Michael asked Aaron.
