Located on the south side of Diagon Alley, sandwiched in between Sugarplum's Sweets Shop and Janus Galloglass, is Cranville Quincey's Magical Junk Shop. The outside of this shop is nothing spectacular. A cardboard box labelled 'FREE STUFF' (containing bits of parchment that have already been doodled on and various items broken well beyond repair) rests on the cobbled street, serving as an indicator of what kind of establishment this is.
Just beyond the door lays a maze of numerous bins, shelves, and racks holding various items with price tags tied onto them. To the left of the shop is where all second-hand clothing can be found for those who don't feel the need to purchase the pricey fabrics and accessories being sold at Madam Malkin's or Twilfitt and Tattings. The back is reserved for all kinds of books and reading material. Of course, they aren't nearly as top-quality as the ones Flourish and Blotts and other bookshops, but the amount you'll be paying for them is quite a bargain. Lastly, the right side of the shop is where you will find a large variety of miscellaneous items. Take your time browsing through these items as not even the shopkeeper remembers what all is here.
When you are ready to pay for your newfound treasures, make your way to the counter in the middle of the shop. On the counter itself, you will find a till and, oddly enough, a rubber chicken substituting as a bell. Typically the rubber chicken doesn't need to be squeezed as the shopkeeper is usually sleeping at the counter. But, in the event that the shopkeeper isn't around, give the chicken a good squeeze and he will be right over.
Sir. Finn had to get used to that. "Think nothin' of it, lass." The junk wizard said as he ducked under one of the feather dusters as it moved over head. They were good kids, finding joy in the little things.
Junk was often overlooked, and in turn was a great place to find hidden treasure. Sometimes it was a simple paperclip, but other times it could be a magical device that sat on the shelf near Ary and Bry. A battered old compass who pointed in the direction of a paired compass somewhere on one of the shelves, instead of magnetic North.
Nesting atop a pile of junk on a high shelf sat a mechanical owl that beeped and booped as it rotated its head, and flapped its wing. A prototype for a device that was intended to deliver and read letters aloud.
Dangling off a gnarled coat hanger was a tattered outfit. With a twist of a button that was hardly hanging on, it would instantly transform into a magnificent set of robes. Some say it was created by a prince who wanted to blend in with the common rabble. Others claim it was made by a down on his luck pauper who desired to live amongst high society. Only one wizard knew for sure.
Sitting in an old mug were some quills made of diricawl feathers. Anything written by the quill will be apparated to a nearby recipient.
Finn would get a sudden urge to create something, and then leave it on the shelves when the next idea came to him. The junk shop was often overlooked and ignored, but to Finn, this was the most magical place in Diagon Alley.

The little blonde didn't think it was all that important for Mister Junk shop man to know but maybe it was?
As Aryan selected the paperclips he liked best, Bry glanced around at the random items close by. Ooooh! "Thanks!" Cue the brightest smile when the pink one was offered to her! "I'll keep it safe always." Reaching out a hand, Bry took the colored paperclip from Ary and taking the worn faded old hat off of her head she fitted the paperclips onto where one of the holes in the hat were. Now the hat had a little bit of decoration.
"Thank you, Sir!" He had been super helpful to them.

Well, sorry, Bryony Rose Paton, for not making proper shapes. He was trying his best to improve. But was it really him that was the problem? How did Bry know it wasn’t her eyes that needed fixing, hmm? At least there was no need for her to figure out any shape of the current paperclip as it was exactly… a paperclip in every aspect.
Ary giggled as the feather duster attempted to assault the man. But as young as he was, he too was on the side of Finn when it came to the junk shop. The little boy already adored it; it was definitely more fascinating than any other shop. Happily clutching the paper clips, he began exploring the nearby shelves while dad Adi paid for those paperclips and that hat.
He was sure he needed nothing else but it couldn’t hurt to look around for a minute more before they moved on to someplace else.

Geeze boys could be so touchy sometimes. It was a good thing she hadn't said anything out loud. If she had though, what Aryan needed to understand was that she hadn't meant anything bad by it. Sometimes she simply liked being silly. Didn't he know this by know? Silly was part of her personality, just like being loud was. Really though? Realllllly? Her eyesight was perfectly fine! She had A+++ sight to see what an adorable boyiefwiend she had, didn't she?
As for the rest of the stuff in the shop, well it was rather cool. This ten year old was going to do her bestest to restrain herself and keep her little hands in the pockets of her shorts and NOT touch anything else. Yep, no touching so as not to break stuff.
She really didn't get why everyone thought she was such a handful of a child. She was being a good girl today.

Ary knew that Bry meant nothing bad. He didn’t mean anything in that manner anyway. Weren’t they friends for a long enough time to know how the other thought? Plus, they always got along even if there were disagreements. But yes… Bryony was incredibly silly in a good way.
Already Ary was happily shaping his paperclips, trying to work on a hippogriff. And when dad Adi beckoned them out of the shop, the littlest Atreyu-Rehman wiggled his fingers in goodbye at the shopkeeper. He stuck close to Bry, trusting her to be his eyes so that he didn’t bump into anyone or anything while he was busy with his paperclips.

The young blonde would sure like to hope so. She only knew him since his daddies brought him home for the very first time and introduced him her family.. shhhhh, never mind that she was hardly a year or so old at the time. She remembered! From that moment they had been besties and he had been hersssss!!!
Huh? Oooooh! Uncle Adi was calling them to leave the shop already. Bryony mimicked Aryan in finger wiggles aimed at the shop owner man. "Byyyyyeeeesss! Thank you!" She called out happily as she followed along after uncle Adi. The boyiefwiend need not worry at all, she had him covered. An arm was wrapped around his waist so that she could very easily steer him around anything that could possibly get in their or stop him super quickly if need be. This all made it super easy for her to constantly glance over at him to see what he was working on.
