Dumbledore and his guests were in for a surprise during the annual Summer Gala, a private party reserved for Hogwarts staff and their guests. Dumbledore had just finished dancing a rousing polka with his pulchritudinous date, Touz, when a ruckus could be heard out in the Entrance Hall. Before anyone could go to investigate, the door to the Great Hall burst open to reveal a crowd of angry people.
Dumbledore was calm, as usual, and merely asked what the matter was. Apparently several members of the wizarding world had felt snubbed by not being invited and had brought along SnitchSeeker members as dates.
James Potter could not believe he'd been left out just because he happened to be dead and had somehow contrived to corporealize himself with the lovely
Sama.
Dobby slaved away for days on the food and other preparations without thanks or an increase in pay so,
Monkey Princess convinced him that he deserved to go. In order to make sure he did, she offerred to be his date, securing the engagement with a pair of mismatched socks (one pink and one argyle, if you really wanted to know).
Allucha had the nerve to put the Imperius Curse on the Dark Lord in order to show up to the party with the rest of them, knowing that SnitchSeeker members aren't really part of the wizarding world, no matter how much time they spend RPing.
The final members of the crashing party were
Padie on the arm of Daniel Radcliffe. No one is quite sure why he was included as a member of the wizarding world unless perhaps it had something to do with the rabid fans who can't seem to get it through their heads that Dan is not Harry, he just plays him on TV (well, the movies but, you get the point).
To make a long story short...ish, Dumbledore turned to stare at Touz once the crashers explained the situation. She took charge by standing on a chair to make up for her lack in height and addressed the congregation. "You are all welcome to stay as long as you each contribute a banana and do the office banana dance!" she announced, then stepped from the chair to the table and proceeded to demonstrate said dance.
They all managed to do both and everyone had a lovely time at Dumbledore's Annual Summer Gala.
