Hello again, we'll see if I can keep this one even shorter than the last one.
We've had a couple of major hangups on the site this past week due to some ridiculous searches being made. We've made it so that you can no longer search for "Harry" or "Potter". When you perform a seach for a particular word or phrase in all forums the server has to search each and every post and log it when it finds that word and when you search for something so common, it hangs up the site. So, please be kind to your fellow members and refrain from searching for extremely common words like Harry, love, etc.
I'm starting to run low on tee shirts and some of the admins think it might be time for another batch. Please head on over to
the poll to vote on whether or not you'd like a tee shirt, and what color. I've posted a few color choices that you should look at before you vote. But, please note that the colors depicted may vary slightly from the actual tee shirt color and that we may not be able to get all of the colors in XXL and XXXL. Once we determine interest and colors, we will be running this same way we ran it last time where we will take preorders for a certain period of time before officially ordering.
Many of you may have noticed that we've changed the display order of the smilies and even added some new ones. Some of the new HP icons we've added (such as

And last, but certainly not least, a HUGE thank you to everyone who participated in WiYM. The competition was fierce and we're still tallying the votes. I suspect we'll be announcing the winner by the end of the weekend. I hope you all had fun and I look forward to our next inter-Fan Club competition.
