I've enjoyed quite a few but if I have to choose - I actually love making pizzas from scratch at home! Making the dough can be a little tricky, like the consistency needs to be just right but yes. It's great fun. Um what else.. oh I also made a walnut and coffee sponge cake recently, with icing, and it turned out so GOOD!! I must say, I felt rather proud of myself.

I don't know.. I guess it helps me to de-stress in a way. Even making a simple cup of coffee - I love coffee by the way!! - can be so calming, I think. Also it gives me the opportunity to be creative?
