1. DA positions are not posted nor can they be applied for at this time. They work about the same way as becoming a Prefect or Captain in the school RPG, meaning the head of Diagon Alley ( Con_Stripes) hand picks members whom fit the role based on activity, helpfulness, ect.
If you'd like to be considered for a position in the future, I'd say just make sure to be active (not only in DA, but the School and/or Ministry too!), helpful and most importantly - Have FUN! 
2. That would be the head of Diagon Alley, Con_Stripes.

Thanks...  Hi. Ollivanders isn't my shop, but I can answer your question. Once you've taken the wand quiz, you post here (which I see you've already done), and once the shopkeeper can process the quiz, and get around to helping you, you should find out the result. In an RP fashion, at least. So I'd say just keep checking the thread.

I was just sorted and I am confused about the wands. When we go to the wand shop do we just start to RP for our character? Do we have a quiz in order to receive a wand or do they randomly choose one for us?

Naw, so long as you can keep track of where you've "dropped your character off to play" you can RP in as many places you like. I will add to this, as far as the wand quiz goes:
You MUST be sorted in order to access the quiz, just as with the sorting quiz you can only access it if you are not sorted. Furthermore, we are currently editing the quiz and intend to revamp it a bit as it has remained unchanged for several years now (real time years ).
However, if you go to Ollivanders to RP, and play with the shopkeepers there, sharing some of your character's personality and traits etc, they'll be more than happy to find you a fitting wand. You can even PM Roselyn (shopkeeper) or The1HBIC (assistant) if you wish to arrange something out of character.

As for your second question I could be wrong, but I don't think it was ever mentioned (even briefly) in the books how much a Healer earns  but that's a very good question! I tried to research it, and nothing came up. So my best suggestion would be to either decide that for yourself, come up with what YOU feel is a good and reasonable amount for a Healer, or perhaps if possible do a bit of research on how much a doctor/nurse makes and base it off that?
And yes, sorting before wand quiz is correct!

Just a question. Is there a limit to an amount of money we spend (for example we can only spend 100 galleons? Or can we just buy and buy to our heart's desire?

This is a common question, but still a very good one!
The answer really relates to your character, where or not they come from a family that is willing to allow a first year to be spending 100 galleons on their own. I believe that even if they were that wealthly it wouldn't be all that likely, however if you had designed your character that way, then go ahead.
Be sure to check out the Gringotts threads, there they have conversions that show you just how much 100G's is in muggle money, to give you an idea of the amount.

To become an employee in the MoM, you'll need to fill out a quiz similar to the quiz you filled out to become a Gryffindor. MoM sorting (placement) isn't open right now, though. Basically RP stands for Role Playing, which is where one User posts the actions of their character often coupled with dialogue with the intention of another User, replying with a reactive post.
