Big hair, big money, shocking deceit … no, I’m not talking about the latest episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Warner Bros is releasing on DVD the 14th and final season of Dallas, the spectacular soap that dominated the ‘80s. Many of your favorites are back: from the ones you love, like as Bobby Ewing, to the ones you hate to love such as J.R. himself. Susan Lucci, Barbara Eden and Joan Van Arc make guest appearances.

Full of murder, intrigue and, of course, romance, each episode leaves you with the series’ trademark cliffhanger. The final two-hour episode is no exception, taking the audience on a wild ride as JR witnesses the Big D “It’s a Wonderful Life”-style courtesy of his guardian angel (devil?) … Once he sees how much better off everyone would have been if he’d never been born, the audience is left hanging – in true-to-form Dallas-style – never to know if JR commits suicide. (Unless you happen to have seen the reunion show Dallas: JR Returns five years later.)
