10/10. Out of all the books, this is definitely the best. It was a mix of everything...suspense, horror, adventure and even a bit of romance on Percy's part.

I have to give this one 6/10

I have to say this was my least fav one... out of all the books... I don't know why... Just the plot wasn't exciting enough... I still like reading it and watching the movie but, I don't enjoy this one as much...

I'd Give the Chamber of Secrets a 9/10
It's my favourite book because we meet some really good characters and see how harry has developed in the second book. this may have been my favourite because there were some really good themes, jokes and it was all around entertaining. Lockhart was just the coolest character.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets: 9/10

Probably my favorite book in the series, the Chamber of Secrets was pretty thrilling, to me at least. After just re-reading it, you get both humor and anticipation on what happens between the characters.

Professor Lockhart was a laugh, probably the most self-absorbed character in the series not named Draco Malfoy. The book really shows Harry taking a step up in responsibility, running into trouble all book long.

This book is my favorite, as I've stated. Deffinately worth a read.

8.5/10

I just loved the second book.Though it is not my fav book but it was really good. I loved the part where Tom Marvolo Riddle spelt "I am Lord Voldemort". I loved the suspence too and characters like Lokhart and Moaning Myrtle were added which made it interesting. It was good overall . Dobby was great and the movie was made well too. I have aldready read this book atleast 3-4 times .

9/10. It's not my favourite but I do love this book. It introduced Ginny as a character (love her potential), Tom Riddle (which has now led to all sorts of ships that I support bwaha) and goes well with HBP-one of my favourites. Ron was brilliant, we see him workinh with Harry as an equal rather than a sidekick and they managed to work it out without Hermiones help!

Rating: I liked this book it's definitly one of my favorites. I think it had a great story line. But as some of the other people said it does at times sort of dwell on Ginny and i think the story she be more based around the three main characters Harry Ron and Hermione.

6/10 This book expands the role of the characters. I think JKR realized after this book that she had a gold mine on her hands and had to expand the world of magic and establish the the level of LV.

6.5/10.

A good book, but in my opinion it was a tad long and it seems to drag on and on when I first read it. It was Ginny's first real appearence as a character, though it was a shame that her first appearance had to involve her being possessed by a spirit. I really did like the idea of a spirit existing in an object. We learn more about the magical world in this book as well. JKR was still developing the characters so it wasn't the best, but it was still pretty good.

Bassoons galore!

Review: As previously said, this book was a bit drawn out and tedious. However, we get to see more from the developing characters and new, important characters. However, it's an excellent battle between good and evil.

7-10.

10/10 I absolutly love this book and I was hooked on HP after reading it. The plot was so interesting and I think we learn the most about Harry and Voldemort in this book.

Out of all the books, if i had to pick a worst one, it would proberbly be this one. Although COS film is my favorite.

I think it was a bit boring compared with the rest of them. I still think it was really good but its not as exciting as the rest.

I'd give CoS 9/10.
It was my favourite book until HBP came out.
I love the mystery, the "Gothic" feel about it.
I love Lockhart and Myrtle and the whole chamber part with Tom Riddle and Ginny and Fawkes.

I really liked this book, but I'll give it 8/10. I hated every part with the Ford Anglia in it, I just thought those parts were boring. I saw the movie before I read the book, so I knew it wasn't Harry petrifying everyone. But I was in
2nd grade when I saw the movie, so when I read the book, I was still able to enjoy it because I forgot everything. I liked the book though, probably my
4th or 5th favorite.

I'm fresh from reading Chamber of Secrets (just finished it last night - again), and I was actually kind of surprised how much I enjoyed reading it. I always put it last in order of my favourites because I tend to enjoy the others better, but it is a really good book.

Lockhart is an extremely annoying character, but Jo does not make me sick of him. I enjoy reading him and I think that Lockhart, as a character, helps to portray how much Harry would rather be a normal child. It also gains us some sympathy for Harry. It was also a great book to show Draco's absolute jealousy of Harry.

Overall it was a very good book, but it does have it's flaws. I didn't like the chapter Aragog (perhaps just because I hate spiders) because I found it a bit boring, to be honest. There were times when I was bored and wanted to move on.

Rating - 8/10

It was a bit slow to start with but began to pick up in the middle, I loved the way JK introduced Lockhart and Dobby and the Chamber scene between Harry and Tom at the end. I love all the books but this one isn't one of my favourites.
