looking up as Miley walked into the room Piper sighed and rubbed her eyes

Gabriella walked into the office, rubbing her eyes. She hadn't even had a chance to come to her office even once since the wedding had been on the day when her application had gotten through. Seeing two women inside she went over to one of them (Miley) and said,"Hi! Sorry to disturb you, I'm kind of new around here...... could you please just show me around a bit? I'm a little lost."

Miley looked up from one of her papers and looked up at thhe woman."Sure I can.I'm Miley Carter."She smiled."Do you want me to show you around the Ministry or Around this Department?"

Holly was excited, though she had missed the wedding anyway she was glad to be back at work and thinking up ways to help students.

"Just around this Deparment will be fine, thanks," said Gabriella. "I guess you're busy, so I hope I'm not taking too much of your time."

"Oh,no,your not taking up mt time,"Miley said.SHe stood up form her desk and walked over to the girl."I'll let you see the Deparment's Head,Samatha.Then we will go from there."

Forrester made his way towards the department of education.
"Hello I need to talk to miss Samantha please?" Forrester said as he looked at employees. "Tell her it's Mr. Hufflpuff, Auror Head division." Forrester added.

Samantha came into the office to see how her employees were getting along and happened to notice an employee there from another department, then she realized who it was. "Hello, Mr. Hufflepuff, how many I help you?", she said quietly. "Perhaps you would like to come with me to my office where we can talk without disturbing everyone." She didn't want everyone to be upset by someone from the Aurors Division coming to visit her, and couldn't help but wonder what the matter was about.

"Well yes of course lets head towards your office if it's more confortable" Forrester said as he looked around him. "Please lead the way"

"Of course," Samantha said. She began walking towards her Office, showing the man the way.

"All right.....um, where is the Deparment Head's office?" she asked. She gave a small, embarrassed smile. "I am so lost......"

Samantha smiled at the new employee. "My Office is just this way," she said. "I also have an area where both committees can work together on the OWLs and NEWTs."

"Gabriella,this is Samatha.The Department's Head,"Miley said."Samantha this is Gabriella."

"Hello Gabriella, welcome to the Department," Samantha said with a smile. "I hope you'll be very happy here. I think we have some really great people here, people like Miley, so you should fit right in. Just to let you know, we are working on a very large project right now, which is writing the OWLs and NEWTs. Feel free to help out any way you would like!" Samantha smiled. "That goes for all of you ladies, of course. We have all the ladies from Education working on this, including yourselves, plus a few gentlemen."

J. J. Starr says helo to everyone in the office. "So when should I get started on the Owls amd Newts, Miss Rose?" Joe Jon Montcenaggio (J. J. Starr) asked her. "Remeber, I am doing Muggle Studies and I think Transfiguration class, right?" J. J. asked Miss Rose another question.

"Yes, that is correct," Samantha answered J.J. "We should probably get to work on the exams as soon as we can, so that we have plenty of time." She turned. "Oh! For any of you who haven't already claimed your portion of what part of the OWLs and NEWTs you want to work on, please be sure and do so. And remember you can always come to me for any help or questions." She smiled.

"I will do my best Miss Rose but will ask you for help if I need it" Joe Jon Momtcenaggio told her.

"Samantha,what parts of the test aren't taken,yet?"Miley asked.

Samantha checked her list. "I have the following subjects available - Astronomy, Care of Magical Creatures, Divination, Herbology, History of Magic and Potions," she said. "Just let me know what you would like to take."

"I'll take Potions,"Miley said."And for the tests,what type of questions do you want on it?"

"Potions it is," Samantha smiled. "For the questions, I would like to see as many practical exercises as possible. By that I mean just don't have question and answer type questions, but if you can also include things they have to do in front of someone, such as make a particular potion and demonstrate they are able to do that successfully that would be excellent. This is really what we are looking for on this test and I will put you down, Miley. Thank you. Don't worry about what you come up with, we will all work on it and refine it before it's actually submitted. That's all part of the fun!"

"Thank you, Samantha," said Gabriella, smiling. "I'll try to help any way I can."
After she heard the list of subjects that were still available, she asked," Excuse me, Samantha, could I please take Care of Magical Creatures?"

Piper looked up "Can i have History of Magic please?"

Samantha smiled. "Yes, both of you may have the assignments you requested. Thanks so much, and I know the OWLs and NEWTs are going to be wonderful!" She reached for her quill and wrote both names in on the assignment list. "That leaves only Astronomy, Divination and Herbology," she said happily.

Piper smiled "Never been any good at them" she giggled and walked out to go to the OWL and NEWT planning room
