Default Which is your favorite Harry Potter film? And why?

Which is your favorite Harry Potter film?
And why?

The original eight film adaptations of J.K. Rowling's blew the world away, but which blew you the most away?! Why is that? Were the additional scenes given to Tom Felton in his portrayal of Draco Malfoy in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince what pushed you over the edge? Was seeing the Quidditch World Cup AND the Triwizard Tournament come to life on the big screen in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire enough to leave you stunned? Or perhaps Alan Rickman's unforgettable portrayal of Severus Snape in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 that propelled it to the top of your list? Whatever the reason, this is your space to share your favorite film and why!

Deathly Hallows 1. The camera shots are used to portray the vast open environment, desolation in the world, and true lack of population in the areas that the cast ventured. It truly was amazing camera work. Order of the Phoenix is also up there

Prisoner of Azkban because it is my favorite story in the saga but I have a soft spot for the first film too. It has an extra special magic because Harry is new to the magical world and it is how both my daughter and I discovered the series.

Order of the Phoenix because it is more dark and serious and not as geared towards children like the first three maybe four.

If I really REALLY had to choose one movie, I think it'd be Prisoner of Azkaban. I loved watching the whole time travel part of the book come to life. Also, I'm biased. I wanted to see Buckbeak so bad, and he didn't disappoint.

I liked harry potter and the goblet of fire the most because of all of the people that came. The different schools really interested me.

I have to say that The Goblet of Fire was the best one!
There are a few things, mainly Draco....But the characters were just so amusing!

I really liked Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire! It was the one where the characters were more developed (in my opinion of course) and we finally got to see more of Ron and Hermione.
I'm not sure if this is allowed here, but I actually have written an article about the movies and how I have them ranked!
Let me know what you guys think!

Has to be Prisoner of Azkaban, the first one to really hit some darkness and creepy atmosphere, beyond just a kids film.

Order of the Phoenix would be my favorite one. While the others were dark, I feel that's when we started getting into the indepth plot points of the story and it feels a lot more intense than in previous movies and sets the tone for the rest.

“Half-Blood Prince” is my favorite film, hands down. While being very dark in terms of what happens near the end, you also get to see the very real ups and downs of teenage romance and heartbreak, and it makes them even more relatable.

The Sorcerers Stone, this was my very Harry Potter experience, I had never read the books until I saw this. This is the introduction to the story and to the Wizarding World, just like Harry I too was amazed by what I saw, a truly magical film.
