| | What is your favorite Wizarding World supplementary material? And why? What is your favorite Wizarding World supplementary material?
And why?
Now that the Wizarding World has expanded so much, you surely have opinions about which new supplementary material is best! Are you a Fantastic Beasts fan? Is Pottermore your jam? How about Hogwarts Mystery or some of the other, older games? There's so much in the expanded universe of our Wizarding World, so let us know your favorites here! The poll is multiple choice, so if you pick more than one option, be sure to tell us why when you post! Rules & Guidelines for this thread:- Before posting, please make sure you have read through the Newbie Process, Snitchseeker's Rules & FAQ, and perused the Site Resources forum.

- Only talk about materials that are not any of the original 7 Harry Potter books, nor the original 8 films. There are separate threads for you to share your favorites of those here and here!
- No spam. This means no posting off topic or posting multiple times in a row.

I find myself coming back here to change my answer from way back when I first answered this question! Back then, I would have said the old games, but with the gameplay reveal of Hogwarts Legacy, I predict that it'll be mine and a lot of other people's favourite HP supplemental before long!

The original video games were a ton of fun, and now I am super excited for the new RPG Hogwarts Legacy coming out this year.

| Pottermore for me
I like Pottermore because there I could find several unpublished pages.
I still don't know why they decided to take it down.

Hogwarts Mystery is one of my favorites! It's hard for me to get hooked onto mobile games, yet I can't stop playing.

I would have to say the illustrated version of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. It's so beautiful!

Probably the Wonderbook of Spells/Potions. Learning about the spells and potions, what constituted them, what they did and all the possible spells/potions in the wizarding world to perform is something that interests me greatly

The Tales of Beedle the Bard! The book made me read a lot more magical children's stories. And the Harry Potter encyclopedia made me know more details about the wizarding world
On Bilibili, a Chinese website, there are many mash-ups of Harry Potter content. These videos are very interesting.

I love the Fantastic Beasts movies as I think they've done brilliantly, but box office doesn't agree (each one has made a weaker opening weekend) - . Wish they didn't have to change out Depp to Mikkelssen as loved him as Grindelwald but guess they didn't have a choice - so will be interesting to see if it can make as much as the last one movie and take the franchise over 10 billion at the box office!

I think Pottermore is the best. I think it’s the greatest achievement of the Potter franchise so far. I love the way that Pottermore is a place where the whole Harry Potter series comes together. I’m a Potterhead, not a Potterholic.
