Dude. The Pensevies aint got nothing on you. Aslan is the God

Alan Rickman - I started off hating him, but he is just such a deep character and by the end, it was totally understandable. The prince's tale was one of the most heartbreaking scenes ever...and there were A LOT

Helena Bonham Carter - Yeah...just nuts. PERFECT

Imelda Staunton - I saw her in Cranford a few weeks ago, and all i could think was "I HATE YOUUUUU UMBRIDGE" Even though she was the funniest one in the episode

Maggie Smith -"Blow it up?" "Boom?" "BOOM". Never have I laughed so much

RALPH FIENES- I'm sorry. He's not getting enough credit. He was FAB. I hated him. Hated. And was terrified, he physically made the character

Though, out of the trio Emma is my favourite, I don't think they held their scenes quite so well next to these Five. Genuinley stunning and amazing British actors. Shows alot about our calbire of acting I like to think
Tonight we are young. So lets set the world on fire----------------

5 - James/Oliver Phelps - they just make me laugh everytime they are on screen

4 - Rupert Grint - love him as Ron he has great comic timing

3 - Helena Bonham Carter - i think she is brilliant she plays evil really well

2 - Alan Rickman - he is brilliant as Snape cant think of anyone else that would play him as well as he has

1- Tom Felton - love him as Draco cos he can be nasty but in the 6th film you got to see his vulnerable side. he is brilliant as Draco

i found it reaslly hard to choose cos i love all the actors !!!

5. Robbie Coltraine- There's no one I know who DOES NOT like Hagrid. I'm very pleased with the fact that J.K. Rowling insisted on having Robbie be Hagrid.

4.Helena Bonham Carter- AMAZING as the maniacal Bellatrix! She made me so giddy when she was on screen!

3. James/Oliver Phelps- BEST comical relief EVER! Can't get enough of the scene when George sneaks behind Harry and Ginny kissing and says, "Morning.." *wink* Hahaha!

2. Ralph Fiennes- BEST evil character on screen in a LONG time! So evil and SO amazing.

1. Alan Rickman- Alan IS Snape, enough said

5. Emma Watson - The Perfect Hermione.

4. Ralph Fiennes - His acting was more than EPIC!! HE IS VOLDEMORT!!

3. Daniel Radcliffe - When you read the character of Harry Potter in the books, and you see Dan Radcliffe's impersonation in the films.. it's like if he was mirroring to the exact detail Harry Potter itself..

2. Helena Bonham Carter - When I pictured Bellatrix (even before the films) I knew it had to be her, nobody is so eccentrically awesome to BE THE BELLATRIX but HBC.

1. Alan Rickman - His performance from beginning to end (of all the HP Films) was Excellent! Snape was Always for Alan Rickman.. Alan Rickman was born to play Snape.

Lastly I would like to quote what Steelshen said on Daniel Radcliffe
He has become to the HP franchise what Christopher Reeve was to Superman. His will be the standard from which all other future Harry actors and HP related projects will be measured up to. very difficult to come up with an actor with incredible acting talent who can outdo Dan's looks as Harry.

although most actors and actresses are excellent, this is my top 5:
5.Helena Bonham Carter-her portrayal as bellatrix is well adapted in the books.when you

4.Rupert Grint -there will be no ron weasley look alike than him
3.Daniel Radcliffe -Dan is Harry Potter and Harry Potter is Dan..
2.Maggie Smith -Ive watched Maggie smith's movie before and personally i like
her.She is the perfect actress for Prof.Mcgonagall
1.Alan Rickman -What can i say?I truly, really love this guy's portrayal as Prof.

1. Alan Rickman - It's kind of a consensus by now. There's never a moment when I question him as Snape.

2. Emma Watson - I've watched her as Hermione for ten years. She kept the essence of Hermione so well, with so many great moments, funny and dramatic. To me, she is the heart and soul of Deathly Hallows Part 1. After all that, there is no other Hermione.

3. Ralph Fiennes - I like what he said once about Voldemort being quieter at some moments and in your face at others, and of course how he played those two modes. He's so scary in DH2.

4. Jim Broadbent - He did a great job with pretty much every aspect of Slughorn.

5. Imelda Staunton - She's not just passably believable as Umbridge, you actually hate her by the time she gets carried off.

Some of these were tough calls, so I'll include Helena-Bonham Carter and Kenneth Branagh as honorable mentions.

My favorite actors would be...

1. Emma Watson- She was my first girl crush for actresses. She was so smart and not afraid to show it. She proved girls can do anything. She could also be a tomboy and yet show her girly side .
2. Daniel Radcliffe- I mean come on, he played the iconic harry potter and he is so dorky and adorable. How can anyone not love him.
3. Alan Rickman- Severus Snape. No one could have played him better. His voice is unique and one of a kind and he had such a presence in the film that everyone would just stay silent to hear him.
4. Bonnie Wright- I loved she played an only girl in a family of boys. She and I could relate on that level. She was also the underdog that rose to the top.
5. Evanna Lynch- She is Luna. She has the attitude I love in a girl. She doesn't care what people think and she pursues what she loves.

I am not going to count my favorite in my top 5 b/c he is really such a secondary character and was only featured in 1 film, but Robert Pattinson as Cedric Diggory is my favorite. He is kind, brave, and well very easy to look at. Now for the more featured characters.

#5 Robbie Coltrane as Hagrid: Loved how he was the lovable Giant.
#4 Emma Watson as Hermione: She grew into that role and was so brilliant. Love how she interacted with Rupert Grint on screen.
#3 Ralph Fiennes as Lord Voldemort: He was the perfect evil character.
#2 Rupert Grint as Ron Weasley: Not only was he a great character that complimented the other big characters. He also provided some comedy.
#1 Evanna Lynch as Luna Lovegood: Just loved how she played the free spirit. She was perfect and just carefree with all her mannerisms.

Thumbs up

1) Rupert Grint - He is so funny and really good at being grumpy under the influence of the horcrux.

2) Alan Rickman - His performance while playing Severus was brillant! Especilly the wand battles... oh they're soooo coool!

3) Richard Harris - The most amazing teacher in the series, other than the amazing acting, the character is really good in itself.

4) Emma Watson - She was the perfect person for Hermione Granger, i mean, if you read the discription in the books, she practicly IS her!

5) Ralph Fiennes - Imagine having to play a character with white make - up all over you, your hands, feet, FACE and still having to act well. also he had to imagine he had no nose, that would affect his speech and everything, so there was a lot for him to think about!
