Were those so-called activists quite done making a spectacle of themselves yet? Katja assumed so, given the current absence of loud voices. Good, that meant they could get back to enjoying the event like civilized people! Was it too much to hope that they'd leave now that they'd said their piece?
The blonde Danish witch daintily nibbled a few bites of her salad as she listened to one of the gentlemen at her table (Adam) give his thoughts on the speech. He was making good sense! She nodded, smiling sightly. "My sentiments exactly, Mr...." she replied, but her smile faded as she realized she didn't know his name. Goodness, how embarrassing! "I'm sorry; I didn't catch your name."
She turned to the other gentleman (Emeric). "And you, sir? What are your thoughts on the speech?" She would offer her own opinions if asked, but for now she was more interested in those of the people around her.

Grin. Carrigan wanted bread. She wanted cheese. She wanted real food and not kale puke. But y'know... it was almost worth it when Dmitriy Toussaint smiled at her like that. Maybe they were friends now?
"Take the thanks, Toussaint, and keep your chicken. You only have a few more weeks." And she was pretty sure she could get creative with the terms of their bet. "I'm going to mosey over there now. Arrest someone for me later, ok?"
She dumped her plate and sauntered toward the door.
