"Do you need any further food advice, Mr. Bellaire?" She was smirking slightly at this point...No one else needed to know she was frazzled.

"Firm grip." He noticed approvingly out loud.
There was a fleeting smile.
"I never thought I'd need such thing ever. Usually I'm pretty good at knowing and getting what I want, but since you're at it. What goes best with washing a....BLT...down?"

To be perfectly honest, Marilyn could sense that he was a generally decisive man. He certainly seemed like that type. Mhm, you know the one.
She casually matched his smile.
"I suggest tea. It's not of the gourmet variety, but it's still very tasty." Not bitter or too sweet. Mar found she enjoyed it more, actually, in comparison to her more high-priced blends. Expensive clearly wasn't a mark of quality. "Order it hot, as well."...which was added as an afterthought.

It made her laugh.

Tyler's eyebrows raised then relaxed in quick succession. He might have even let out a little chuckle. Tea wasn't an answer he was expecting. He motioned towards the seating area. He wanted her to join him but he wasn't going to ask her, ask her because that would give her an option to say no.
"Join me for tea then..." Tea and BLT...
Did did as she instructed though, Earl gray, hot, because how else did anyone enjoy earl gray tea and the BLT.

If people hadn't voted him into office for his good looks (which was clearly the case), it HAD to be for his sense of humor, no?

Tyler follwed and was a little chuffed when she pulled out her own seat, but he didn't question it. Some women were like that, however, most weren't as antsy as she was, and her behaviour was making his auror senses tingle.
He waited before taking a seat himself...
"I'm sorry....is something wrong?" He was sure that she could tell from his robes he was MLE and not some dark wizard wandering the ministry. Having tea with an employee wasn't that risky was it?

Kai was hungry...she wanted food and she wanted it now. Why was there a line with all of this food here? Silly people. She walked past someone and grabbed food onto her plate, right in front of them. Why would you wait and stare at the food??? Take the food and eat it! She was zooming in and out of the line , picking at things.....until she saw something that caused her to make a gag sound. "Eww, who put innards on here!? Its not Halloween!" She proclaimed with a piece of tripe in her bare hand and a full plate of food in the other. Her glittery princess tiara was all askew now and her fluffy rainbow tutu would not stand for this! She tossed the disgusting piece of NOT FOOD and kept walking. Someone would be happy that they didn't eat that. She was happy....happy happy happy, as she started to prance.

Princesses wear crowns......you can be Mera!!!" She looked at the buffet and rushed to grab water, filling a cup with it then throwing it to douse Megan. "Can't be the queen of Atlantis if you are dry!" Right? So wait if she was Mera....."We should go find Aquaman." The fact of tossing tripe and water on someone hadn't even registered in the brunette's mind.
Who was Aquaman though? Bossman? He would look good in tights.....So would Logan....and Mickey....and maybe grumpy Charlie.....all of the men should wear tights...."We should all dress up in our costumes." She said as if a bolt of enlightenment had struck her.
What was she doing here again? Hey look at all this food! Oh wait....this one tray wasn't food.....it was organs.....She grabbed the plate and just tossed it off of the buffet this time, tripe flinging everywhere. "Stop trying to make me eat guts, they are icky not-foods.....!" She hollered at no one in particular.

Kai continued picking food around the table distractedly until she heard a voice that she thought might be familiar. Oh hey it was that blonde chick! Yes she was Kai! Right? Crown? She made a grossed out face at first....innards crown.....but then it struck her as terribly funny and she giggle snorted. "Supergirl doesn't wear a crown. Princesses wear crowns......you can be Mera!!!" She looked at the buffet and rushed to grab water, filling a cup with it then throwing it to douse Megan. "Can't be the queen of Atlantis if you are dry!" Right? So wait if she was Mera....."We should go find Aquaman." The fact of tossing tripe and water on someone hadn't even registered in the brunette's mind.
Who was Aquaman though? Bossman? He would look good in tights.....So would Logan....and Mickey....and maybe grumpy Charlie.....all of the men should wear tights...."We should all dress up in our costumes." She said as if a bolt of enlightenment had struck her.
What was she doing here again? Hey look at all this food! Oh wait....this one tray wasn't food.....it was organs.....She grabbed the plate and just tossed it off of the buffet this time, tripe flinging everywhere. "Stop trying to make me eat guts, they are icky not-foods.....!" She hollered at no one in particular.
"I'm a princess,'' Megan said with a hysterical giggle. "Supergirl needs to get her act together and get a crown.'' Mera? "I'd rather be Mera then! How do we find Aquaman? He could be anywhere in the world right now?" Her face was twisted into a look of concern and worry. Aquaman, where are you? But the woman started to laugh again. She hadn't noticed when Kai had thrown water at her but now that drops were rolling down her face, it was hard to keep from noticing.
"Superhero costumes? I want to be Sherlock Holmes! He's such a great superhero!'' Megan, filled with extreme happiness she couldn't explain, took her tripe crown and flung it at Kai. "I am willing to share my crown with you.''
"Kai.'' Giggle. "Tripe is yummy food.'' Giggle. Megan seemed to have forgotten that she hated tripe. "Go on. Try some. Just a wee bit.''

Whoa she was talking to a princess!!!! She bowed. Wait? Was she a princess too? She had a tiara. Yup, she must be a princess too. "Me too!!!!" Kai giggled and bounced. Yeah! "She has to be a princess to wear a crown! Like us." She giggled and twirled, then sort of....what was she doing again? Oh they had to find Aquaman! "He plays in the sea. So we need to go to the beach!" Yes, they should go right now! Giggle snort. "You're wet."
Sherlock Holmes? Was that a super hero? "What kinda costume and powers does he have?" Did she know that hero? She was sharing her crown? *splat* "EEEEWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" She danced around and swatted it off, very disgusted look on her face. "I don't like your crown. It looks like viscera!"
Tripe is yummy? "What is tripe???" Try a wee bit of what....hahaha wee. "But I don't have to wee." That was soooo funny! She started laughing hysterically and bouncing around the room. "Whhheeeeeee!!!!!" Yup she whee'd! Just a bit. Hahahaha. Everything was fun, they should dance and be merry. She twirled back to the table and started throwing plates like frisbees. "Wheeee!!! Just a bit." Cue more hysterical laughter.
Gallowglass walked in after a short walk to the elevators and a quick trip downstairs. As he entered the room he held the door open for Fate who was following him in. He then walked by her side to the Buffet display and picked up a plate that he promptly gave to Fate and got another one for himself "Feast away if you please!" he said with humor, starting to watch all the options available.
He was gladly paying for Fate's meal, since he was a gentleman and all. But also because she reminded him of his older sister, with her passion for something out of the ordinary, and he felt the need for taking care of her. He was a provider. Ye-yes.

Mmmmm, lunch time.
Daisy was hungry so thank Merlin there wasn't a huge crowd at the main buffet because they had arrived before the rush. She didn't want to wait long and already knew what she wanted. Smiling at Milo, she went ahead and got herself some chicken Parmesan and ceasar salad. There were more options, but she didn't want to go overboard with food and would leave it at that. For the moment. Maybe they could head over to the dessert bar after lunch.

Milo followed Daisy to where the main buffet was, and as soon as he smelled all the delicious food, his stomach started to rumble. He picked up a clean bowl and made his way to the Dragon Breath's Stew. It smelled heavenly! Plus, it was spicy, and he loved spicy food! He scooped himself a good portion before heading off to pay for both his and Daisy's food.
"Let's sit over here," he said as he went to take a seat at a table near a window. As soon as he sat down, he asked his girlfriend, "Have you heard from either Hazel or Odeya today? I think it's about time for Odeya to send an owl to tell us how school is going..."

Fulton made his way down to the buffet for lunch. It wasn't a normal occurrence for him to be eating lunch at the ministry... Usually he would go and meet his husband for a bite to eat at one of the cafes near Gavin's offices. But hubby was busy in meetings and such so Fulton was on his own.
He grabbed a tray and plate and all the utensils he might have needed and slowly made his way down the buffet line... ' And now I know why I don't eat here...' , he thought as he looked the choices over.

That wasn't the case this afternoon seeing as to how her husband was busy with potion making and she hadn't been in the mood for anything that was available in the break room. So straying away from her level, the blonde made her way to the buffet for a proper meal.
Getting into line behind a gentleman she didn't quite know, she picked up all the needed items. First a tray and plate then her utensils. "I hope there's something good this afternoon," she muttered mainly to herself trying to see what all was there before it was her turn, without getting in the other mans way.
" Hmmm?... " , he said as he heard the young woman that had just joined him at the buffet .. He hadn't really meant to react to her statement it was just one of those responses that could happen at the market whilst looking at melons, right?
" Oh.. Sorry.. you probably weren't speaking to me, but for some reason I had one of those auto response moments...", Fulton smiled with a little chuckle. " The name's Fulton Remington.. And as it looks .. There are few things that look pretty good down a little further.."
