Wizard Rock Concert Date: Easton Rhodes and Gabrielle LeBlanc

Put on your concert togs and head out to meet your date at the Bott Concert Pavilion just outside of London. This brand new concert venue only recently opened, and the world famous band Disorder of the Phoenix is doing a huge, loud show tonight to help introduce the facility to the Wizarding world.

Dapper men in uniforms stand at each entrance and hand out little gift bags containing a variety of free products for the first 100 fans, including Bott's beans, Ellsberry cosmetics, and a signed Disorder wristband that glows in the dark. Once inside, the place is subtly lit until the loud music comes up and the lights go down, at which time the screaming fans will surge toward the stage to watch Gilbert Vickers singing lead and Zap on drums. Dance the night away to catchy hits like "There's a hole in my Cauldron (and also my heart)."

You might want to grab a bite at a nearby diner once the concert lets out, as most restaurants will already be closed.

Gabi couldn't believe that Maine had signed her up for this stupid thing. Refused to, actually. It was so highly out of character for her and honestly! Why did Gabi need a date? She'd just run away from gran mere trying to set her up, and now Maine was trying to?!

Well, on the bright side, she was going to a Disorder of the Phoenix concert. That had to be awesome. Now, she was here on a date. A blind date no less. Great, now she wouldn't even know if they guy was like... mean like Alan. She never liked the guy, couldn't understand why her sister married him in the first place!

Right. Accepting a free gift bag, she peeked at the stuff inside before checking her watch. Where was he? That Juliet Rapha-something person said he'd be here.

What if he stood her up?!

Easton frowned and stared at the letter he had recieved. For some strange reason, his brother had wanted him to come and 'experience' the London area. He wasn't entire sure what that had meant, but figured he'd stay at his brother's house for a little while like a normal person. But apparently, that wasn't what Emery had in mind for him. Em had wanted to take him everywhere and make sure he got the tourist experience. But Easton would have no part in that.

So, he evaded his brother one evening and signned himself up for some sort of dating service. It wasn't like he really needed to go to a dating service- he always did fine on his own when it came to girls. But, he was extremely curious as to what it might be liek to go on a blind date, so here was the young man, all ready to meet some new faces. SMIRK. He just needed to find the girl first, didn't he?

With curious green eyes scouring the place as he entered, Easton paused. Surely, there had to be an easier way to find this woman rather than just screaming her name and hoping someone responded. Someone who was preferably good looking. Feeling that there was no other option, Easton went up to each woman standing at the entrance. Using his natural charm, he asked each woman if their name was Gabrielle LeBlanc.

Having no luck with the first few, he continued to a blond woman. A rather beautiful blond woman. GRIN. "You wouldn't happen to be Gabrielle LeBlanc, would you?" He batted his eyelashes sweetly, grin plastered across his face.

Checking her watch idly, she toyed with her hair. If this guy just happened to stand her up, she'd go beserk. Probably on Maine. Maine doing this was just strange, and Gabi just couldn't believe it. Now, at least she wasn't getting married.

Her grey eyes scanning the area for someone who she wouldn't mind dating, she sighed. All the good looking ones seemed to be taken. Checking her phone, she tried pronouncing the name. "Easton Rhodes," she murmured. Strange name, but she just shrugged.

But then, while she was still fiddling around with the Muggle device in her hand, she heard someone asking if she was Gabrielle LeBlanc. Shoving the phone into her jeans pocked sheepishly, she looked up into the gorgeous green eyes of this really cute guy.

"Most people just call me Gabi," she smiled nervously. Wait, Gabi was never nervous! "You must be Easton Rhodes!" she realized. Maybe Maine signing her up for this wouldn't be so bad after all...

Standing in front of this woman, Easton eyes fell down toward the object she hastily put away. Huh. Wonder what that was. Though, for fear of being rude, he wouldn't really question it. He didn't see the point anyway.

Either way, he greeted her beautiful face with a smile. Honestly, it was even prettier than he thought she'd be. Not that he thought she'd be ugly- no. But let's face it. This girl was HOT. And at the time, that was enough for the shallow eighteen year old. A pretty face and an attitude that wasn't completely crazy or saint-like was all he really cared for.

"Oh? Gabi? Well i'll be sure to keep tha' in mind," When she spoke his name another smirk appeared and he made a little sort of bow. "Yes, thaas right." he nodded, Australian accent coming out a bit. Now, now. How to go about this?

His eyes wandered further into the concert for a moment before landing back on Gabi. "So, where ah you from?"

Gabi was rather still for a moment, in a daze of sorts. His eyes were so... green! And well, honestly, he was cute. Maybe even hot... But Gabi shouldn't be so swept away. It was only a guy, and there were many more good looking ones at Beauxbatons. Well, as long as he wasn't one of those creeps, she was happy.

"You do that,"
she smiled. If he ever dared to forget her name, she might just rip his throat out. Just maybe. Good, so he was Easton. "I thought, for a moment zat you would stand me up." He was lucky that he didn't.

"Champagne,"
she smiled. "France. I grew up on a vineyard. You?" she asked, before letting her gaze flick towards the band. They weren't really quite as bad as Maine said they were. But then, Maine was always just weird.
